I have gone here for many years and always is my go to Chinese place on the Westside. I order usually around twice a week but I will no longer be supporting this business. I ordered today and received the wrong things. When I called, i expected for them to offer to fix it, but the lady on the phone proceeded to argue with me, tell me I ordered the wrong thing (mind you, I did not, I order the same thing everytime), and made me thoroughly describe the food that I had got. And then when I told her I would like the food I paid for, continued to argue with me and then hung up on me!!!! I was in no way being rude, I actually surprised myself on how nice I was being considering. Then when I tried to call back, they put me on hold and would not talk to me. So I had to call from a coworkers phone, and when I did, they finally agreed to make it right, but I would have to return the wrong food. Which is fine, but as a customer, it made me feel like they were super suspicious, as if I was trying to steal food. Their food is quit good, but I can not believe how awful they treated me. I will be telling everyone I know about their customer service and wont be returning. We will see if they even bring it.

Looking at this place from the outside, you would not expect such a nice dining room. Its very comfortable, but not stuffy. We had 4 combo dinners and all of them were good. Each was well prepared with good size portions. There were two downsides to our visit. One, the soup was just so so. The hot and sour was not spicy at all, and slightly gelatinous. The egg drop soup was even more bland than most. I also ordered some wine with dinner, and upon leaving noticed that the special of the day was a free glass of wine with 1 purchase. The waitress never mentioned this fact and so I did not receive a free glass of wine. Overall a good chinese dinner for colorado springs. A solid 4 stars.

There food is off the hook, but there service ruins it all, I called for Delivery, told them I wanted Shrimp Chow Main, the driver comes he is very pleasant, I tip him $5, have a wonderful day I say. I open my partners plate, her order is correct, I open mine, and what do I see, PORK Chow Main. I called to inform them that my order was wrong, she said that I order the pork, I proceeded to tell her that I am a vegetarian and have not had pork in 20 years. And she proceeded to argue with me, this was my 1st and last time ordering from this place. If you are in it just for good tasting food, this is the place, but if you like good service with a good meal, this is sooooo NOT the place.

We ordered General Tsos chicken for take out. Arriving we discovered they had messed up the order. Instead of fixing it right away they spent several minutes arguing and trying to find someone on the staff who was responsible. Eventually we got the right food, drove home and ate it. It was alright, not too wet or sloppy like some other places but it was bit sweeter than Ive had before. The pricing was about right for the flavor, but the portion sizes were very good considering. Ill eat here again, hopefully with less hooplah to get it done. Better than Jade Dynasty in my experience.

Coal Mine Dragon is the best value for take out, sit in, or delivery. If you sit in, they serve you delicious hot tea for free, the meals are very reasonably priced, and the service is wonderful. We live on the Westside of town and Coal Mine Dragon is our go-to restaurant. We have had a wonderful experience each and every time we have ordered from them. Their delivery is also very speedy and the delivery person is very friendly. We recommend this restaurant to all of our friends and family as a great dinner place!

This is one of those hidden gems. From the outside, it looks underwhelming and maybe even, dare I say, sketchy? Once inside the smell and table full of happy customers put that all to rest. We got a heaping pile of food for an amazing price. They have the standard fare, but my they really shine through in some of their specialty dishes. Dont expect a 5-star restaurant, but as far as Asian cousin, this is one of my favorite places for a quick easy-going bite.

I love this restaurant also. best pu pu platter i have ever had,the lo mien with everything in it was awesome. and i need to stress this part... the mustard... WOW... it reminds me of wasabi and mustard mixed....it is amazing. anyone who does not love this place needs to go to florida and try it there. then come back..lol, delivery was FAST., courteous and awesome.,.., Thanks for an awesome experience.

Best Chinese food Ive had in a long time. You get a large entree portion, a heaping pile of rice, egg roll, cheese wonton, and soup for around $7. They even bring out hot tea for the table. The food is very flavorful and large portion sizes for what you pay. The staff were friendly and our service was great. We left with full bellies and very satisfied. I would highly recommend.

Chinese asian manager accused my friend of stealing food with "video evidence" when in reality I knew he didnt. Refused to show the alleged "video evidence" when confronted because it didnt exist. Truly an idiot! Food is also very subpar and theres spilled coke on the blinds that has been there for over a year. Disgusting filthy place! Oh my Word! Never bring children here!!!

By far my favorite Chinese restaurant in the springs! My grandfather had been going there since they opened and my family has gone here since before I was born. Continually amazing food, good service and great ambiance. For a little hole in the wall restaurant the quality is astounding. Love the dumplings, crab Rangoon, soups, and lomein! 10/10

I used to order here quite a bit but the quality has gone down. I called in for pick up once and something came up to where I couldnt pick the order up. After the owner called my phone that night around 10 times, I get harassed every time I try to call in an order if I will actually pick it up or not so I gladly take my business elsewhere.

This place is great and the food is 5 stars, but recently they decided to stop making their awesome egg rolls and now use store bought frozen spring rolls which are awful. I asked why and it is because it takes too much time. I said raise the price. Disappointed. It was the best Chinese in town. Ill will have to try another place.

Food was very good, however both times I ordered for delivery it didnt go over well. First order took 2+ hours to arrive. The second time I only received half our order and communicating that fact over the phone was almost possible. Ended up going to pick up what they left out so it ended up taking 2 hours to actually eat again.

Their food was really good. But the wait was horrendous. They expected us to wait 25 minutes, which turned into an hour. Enough time for my husband and I to walk to king soopers, do a little shopping and walk back. But the food still wasnt done. But the food was worth the wait. Hopefully their wait times get a bit better.
