Worst experience from Chinese food ever. Ordered me and my hubs food at 7:10pm. It is now 9PM and food is hardly here. Was SUPPOSED to show up from 8:00- 8:10pm. I called at 8:24 to see what was happening with the delivery. Got "he will be there very soon it is just you are SO far from us!" (Still only takes 20 mins on a bad day to get to my house from that place) waited ANOTHER 20 mins and called again, she says "UGH let me call my driver!" Like I was being a HUGE inconvenience for asking where my food was. Driver finally showed up with my sesame chicken that was cold and soggy, my dumplings that were cold and SUPER over cooked, and rice that was subpar. My son wouldnt even eat it and he loves rice! Looks like I will be making a late trip to McDonalds for mine and hubs dinner since i wont be eating this slip they call food. Also, guy that delivered was not from Grub hub, even though that is who I ordered through, so will be contacting Grub hub about this as well! Absolute CRAP service and food!!

We have ordered from Panda Garden a few times. The last 2 however, were not good experiences. We ordered our food and it took 2 hours for it to get to us, the food was ice cold, and it was over cooked to the point where we just couldnt eat it. I understand that they were busy and only had a couple of people on staff but it does not excuse the wait, the food or the attitude of the driver. I work 3 jobs and my bf works 2 and we take care of his terminally ill mother, we really just wanted to make it easier and have food delivered but then we still had to cook, at 8:30 at night, when we go to bed at 9 because of having to get up at 4. The driver had an attitude towards my mom-in-law and that was not ok. We usually have not have a problem with this place, but after the last 2 times of having this happen and getting the attitude that we have gotten, we will give them one more chance and if they cannot get it together, we will go somewhere else.

Chinese flavors and preparations exactly as expected, with attention to attractive presentation and the freshest ingredients. Weve enjoyed Panda Garden, either eat-in or take-out, at least 30 times. We prefer their eat-in. Take out has been fine, but make the trip to their storefront to get their best work. Service is generally prompt, although timing can sometimes be a little off. The wait staff is dedicated to providing an optimal experience, and once you get to know the staff, they are down to earth, friendly, and conversational. Our favorite dishes include walnut shrimp, orange beef, happy family, cashew chicken, and anything sweet and sour. We also order their egg foo yung dishes, their soups, and their appetizers. Decor is strip shop. All in all, great food, good service, and always a pleasant experience.

This place has the worst service Ive ever experienced. Their manager is rude and knows absolutely nothing about how to manage a successful business. I ordered my food online, and after an hour and a half, they called me, but there was no noise to hear. After calling 16, yes 16, times I tried one final time and they answered, and told me my food would arrive in an hour. I get a call a few moments later and the "manager wants to speak with me." She immediately begins yelling at me and telling me that I will not receive my food, or any refund. $35 down the drain to get yelled at by a rude old Asian woman who does not understand the concept of customer service. Not like $35 is anything to me, but this place is absolutely horrible and I hope that they go out of business.

I have order food at Panda Garden In Thronton Co ever since I have moved to the area about 7 years ago, never had issues there before until now, when I order they very nice on the door, after waiting hour and half for my order I have called back to ask where my order was just when that happened the guy showed up at door finally so I added the total without a tip but forgot to sign it and when the guy came back and ask that I have forgot to sign and I went oh Im sorry about that so I signed apologize again and he said whatever at me and walk off and reply really with that kind of rude of you to say that and I wont ever order from yall ever agan and he just looked at me and give the finet I just shut the door. Thank goodness I didnt leave a tip. They lost a customer.

First time I ordered the food was burnt. The second time I ordered the food was sweetened so much it was sickening. The crab wantons are good, but the meals them selves are not good at all. Every one of them are extremely over sweetened. The sauces on 4 different meals I ordered from this place taste like sugar water thickened with corn starch. The dishes I ordered are traditionally suppose to be savory, not sweet. I imagine the sweet dishes are likely very over powering sweet too. When ordering the lady answering the phone is extremely pushy, very unpleasant. I made the mistake ordering here again. Both times was horrible. This place has solidly earned their 1 star. I will not be ordering food here again. I would rather a hamburger from Wendys.

The fist time ordered here I waited a hour and a half before I called them and asked them where my food was. I then waited another half an hour before they got it to me. So it took 2 hours and when i opened it the sesame chicken was like dried out and kinda stale, the Lo Mein was very bland/Dull just had no flavor. The Rice was ok. but on top of all that I ended up getting food poisoning. I however did not realize that thats what I had up until the second time I ordered, I started experiencing the same food poisoning symptoms exactly after ordering and eating Panda Gardens food. I strongly advise !!NOT!! eating here, the service is TERRIBLE, the food is TERRIBLE, and I will never eat food from here !!!AGAIN!!!

I rarely leave bad reviews but I had to after dealing with this place! I had to call several times after placing my order to see where the driver was and the woman said she would see where the driver was and she would call me back and she never did. The last time I called I told her I did not want my order anymore because they took so long my wife had left for work and now doesnt get to eat all day. She just kept telling me he will be there in 5 minutes ignoring The point I was trying to get across to her. Driver showed up and was super rude and still wanted money and got very upset when I told him I already canceled my order. Horrible customer service. Not even great prices either.

We ordered carryout after reading several good reviews. Not only was the young girl working the front very nice and comforting, the food was excellent! We ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice and the combination fried rice and hot and sour soup for both of us. Its hard to find a good hot and sour soup. It was one of the best Ive ever had. Same with the sesame chicken. Perfect crunch to it. The meats inside the fried rice were tender and it was very flavorful. Barely had to add soy sauce bc the flavors were already there. All in all it was a good experience, beginning to end and we will definitely be back!
