I would never recommend this place to anyone. I ordered a vegetarian lunch meal and a combination lunch meat. They got my lunch order wrong. I called them to let them know they sent me 2 combination lunch meals and they said they would send me the correct vegetarian meal. They informed me that they would pick up 1 of the combination lunch meal they accidentally dropped off. About 10 minutes after they delivered the correct meal, they called me back 2 times to inform me that the meat lunch meal had been eaten! The lady stated that someone ate the shrimp and chicken out of it. WHAT! I explained that she left the meal on my desk and no one ate the meat out of it. She argued with me until I hung up and told her not to call me anymore. The food was not good. I have had better and the customer service was the worse Ive ever had! They were probably going to serve that food to someone else.

I received incredibly rude service at this restaurant. Upon approaching and asking a man for a to go order of orange chicken, the man promptly turned his back to me and walked away with no indication that he had heard me. Obviously he did though as he brought the requested meal to the table where I was dining and immediately started clearing our places. I had not even set my fork down after finishing my last bite, and I had to place my hand over my tea cup to keep him from taking that away. I was surprised he actually left the tea pot on the table. Although these actions do not seem terribly offensive in writing, he was exceptionally ill-mannered in person. I will be going to a different restaurant the next time I want to order Chinese food.

There are few restaurants that deliver in the area I just moved to. I have ordered from this restaurant four times, and the food is very good. However, the young lady who delivers for them is awful. She either tells me she has no change (thus earning an $8 or $9 tip) or is simply rude, telling me "gee thanks" when I mistakenly gave her $25 instead of $30, thus not giving her a $6 tip. She never thanks me for ordering or tipping her, simply walks off. I would assume restaurants would hire friendly servers/delivery people to keep their business flowing. I would advise you to spend your money inside the restaurant, but NOT on delivery!

It all started so wrong, i was hung up on 4 times, called back like 10 times until I finally got and answer and finally I didnt even get to order, the lady who answered the phone didnt even let me finish my order. She got super angry when I told her I hadnt finished my order and that the prices I had were different from hers. She rudely told me to go online and check out the prices that I was looking at an old menu, and she said she was too busy to answer any questions I had. She told me to call somewhere else! Really? I get it you might have been busy but then maybe have someone who is friendlier and more patient answering phones?

Loved going to this place since I was a child. Friend and I sat at a table for 10 minutes, and we were ready to order 8 minutes prior. Lady came after us and it took her a few minutes as well and the same waitress who sat us down, served her first. We had waved her down but were still ignored as she and the waitress were serving others for another few minutes. We decided to leave, but as we were leaving, the waitress tried to get us to stay. At least I was professional enough to tell her that wed rather go somewhere else. Will never go back again. Heartbroken, but this new management and set of waitresses need to reset.

By far the best Chinese Restaurant in the Colorado Springs region, and the best Chinese Restaurant I have ever been to. Delicious, well priced meals with plenty of amazing vegetarian options. You can ask for no MSG in many of their dishes too. Lightning fast service, friendly staff, and wonderful management. Also, they do not charge a ton for extra rice on the side, which is important! After eating there again recently, it has become my favorite restaurant. Bottom line: Definitely go. You will enjoy it, and eating here will leave you satisfied and keep your wallet from bleeding after dining with the family.

Sitting here right now!! NEVER BEEN HERE before. Kid was hungry, we wanted Chinese food, serrie directed us here...OMG!!! This is the best Chinese food i have had, in Colorado Springs, CO. I normally go to Bamboo Court, but I think this place is better!! The price is EXCELLENT!! Food portions are PERFECT!! Customer service/waitress is awesome!! We our beverage was always topped off , and she allowed us to eat in peace. Most places bugg ya.! Even the bathrooms are clean, amazing atmosphere, well lit. Compared to other places. IN EVERY ASPECT 5 STARS!!! Oh we will definitely be returning here!!! :)

We called in an order for delivery and everything we ordered was tofu (vegetarian). When they arrived over the hour they said for delivery one of the dishes had chicken and tofu. We called to let them know and they said it should have been just tofu. At first they only offered credit for a future order, but we insisted on a full refund. They said they would only do a full refund if they picked up the food. We said we had thrown it in the sink and they didnt care. We are now waiting for them to pick up our order. Eaters beware... you may be eating food that came out of our sink.

Having never been here, I was expecting a somewhat decent Chinese meal. Ive been to quite a few shady Chinese restaurants, and have never had food as bad as this. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken. I was somewhat surprised to find the sauce under the container instead of inside it. On my second bite, I found cartilage in my mouth. Right before my third bite, this irate ginger found a short black hair. I can say I at least enjoyed the rice(?), though I was unable to eat more than a quarter of it out of anger and disgust. The crab wonton was good. Never returning.

When to order food first they have no milk products they have only sweet tea thats green or green jasmine tea thats hot no coffee they charged us 5.40 two sodas that we didnt even drink we didnt stay long enough when we were told that it would take over 30 minutes to basically make anything on the menu I understand that you should be cooking food at some point in time but really that long even for an appetizer of wings ridiculous survyor sucks place sucks expensive and overrated just some cheap Chinese place thats trying to charge more than they should

Im honestly shocked that this place has any bad reviews. Sure, they dont deliver past 3 miles, but they are so worth going and picking it up if you live farther away than that! The staff isnt the most friendly, but they get the job done and the food is the absolute best Chinese food Ive ever had. I always get takeout, so I have no experience dining in, but it seems like a nice environment to sit and eat in as well. After eating here a couple of time, every other Chinese place is disappointing. I would definitely recommend it
