Food was typical fast food but waitress over -aggressive in advising me that my order was "take-out" & if I wanted to sit at their tables, Id have to order from full-service. This after Id already started eating. I had to gather my food and leave the restaurant and eat by the gate. If Id have known I was gonna have to do that, I wouldnt have bothered ordering there. Food quality, or lack of, was expected and forgivable. I just have a problem with the way she communicated to me. Her method made everyone in the area turn and stare, and was pretty embarrassing. I wont be back at this or any other location.

I ordered a vegetarian burrito, and was told they didnt have any vegetables, but they could put beans, rice, lettuce, and cheese in the burrito. I was still charged the full price for the vegetable burrito. When the burrito came out, it was served on a plastic plate, and I was given plastic eating utensils. The burrito was barely warm, and the taste was less than mediocre. When I opened the burrito, and removed the tortilla, some of the lettuce was old and brown. I stopped eating it because it tasted terrible, and about 10 minutes later I was in the bathroom vomiting. Do not eat at this place.

As far as airport fare goes, this option is definitely worth a try. The burritos are enormous and the flavor profile is good. There is a salsa option which is only available if you ask for is specifically. This salsa is for advanced level spice lovers only. It is hot. If youre needing a spicy jolt, ask for the habanero sauce. It wont disappoint.

Waitress used inappropriate and offensive language loudly. I had already ordered my food or I would have left. I did complain and the waitress said she was hard of hearing so she talked loud. She clearly missed the point that she should not be talking like that. The food was horrible. I was really disappointed in my visit. I would never go back.

It kills me to even have to give this place a star. I went in with questions concerning my allergy to peanut and tree nuts, the manager spoke no English, laughed and had no idea what "allergy" even was. These people need to be educated not only on food allergies but speaking English as well. Horrible place, horrible customer service.

Relax guys, I bet all the negative reviews were true. But its not downtown. We are in the middle of an airport and this is the best and only one I can suggest for the Mexican cuisine. Food here is bland. I love Rubios > Chipotle. P.S. For food it is to-go only. If you want to sit at their tables, you have to order a drink!

Uneven distribution in burrito with beans clumped in one corner. Some pieces of rock hard rice were used. Tasted bland and dry being devoid of sauce. Avoid the fish... It tastes fishy but in a bad way. Big portion, but pointless if I throw away 1/3 due to the inedible rice.

Great bartender. Fish tacos were okay, but very lacking in taste. Lots of tvs, good music, good crowd. Prices for food are good. I had a cabernet and it was doable in flavor, $8 per glass and very strictly pre-measured. Better than what Id get on the plane!

I ordered the three taco option. I am so disappointed. The food was horrible had no taste at all. By far the worst tacos I have had and I always thought that it is so simple to make good tacos. It is a complete waste of money.

Just had the chicken, steak, and barbacoa taco trio p. All of them were packed with delicious flavoring, salsa and guacamole were very fresh, and the prices were hard to beat for airport food. Will definitely be back!

Ordered a quesadilla and it had no cheese. Employees didnt care that a quesadilla is a cheese filled tortilla. Paid 12.00 for a warmed up tortilla!!!! Worst food and service I have EVER experienced.

Que Bueno offer good Mexican food and is served fairly quickly. The wait is short at take out and eating in is a good option. If you want you may sit at the bar, a table, or at the windows.
