I go to noodles because they have things on the menu that I can actually eat (food allergies). In my 7 years of going here Ive never had a problem...until today. I order my usual...small tuscan Fresca with no cheese and a drink. I get my order, and there is hardly any food in my bowl. There was probably only a fourth of a cup of stuff in there. Yes, I ordered the small, but other locations that Ive been to usually give me a good portion (I mean I paid $8 for this...give me my $$$s worth). I took it up to the counter and said sorry I dont mean to be weird, but I was wondering if I could get some more in my bowl. There is hardly anything in there. Other locations Ive been to have always filled the bowl at least half way. They stated that they are "retraining" their employees to give smaller portions, and that they have had lots of people complain about it. I also heard her talking about another group of folks unhappy with their food. I took it back to my table, and when I actually tasted it it tasted horrible. Nothing like the Tuscan Fresca! It was salty, too saucy, and tasted burnt. I ended up chatting with the people near us who were also having problems, and the mom showed me her salad had brown apples in it and overall tasted nasty(honestly how do you mess up a salad?). Her daughters meatballs tasted spongy, and the dads food looked unappetizing as well. I ended up taking mine back and ordering the pan noodles instead. I confirmed with the gal at the counter to make sure there was no meat, eggs, or dairy and she said no there isnt. Not even 15 minutes later Im on the toilet pooping out watery diarrhea (too TMI? Dont forget I have food allergies, and thats the reaction I have). Like I said, I love noodles because they have options for me that dont leave me obliterating the toilet. But good grief...what the hell happened? I hope all your locations dont end up this way. If you plan on changing your portions , lower your prices and shrink your bowls. $8 for hardly any food is ridiculous.

This is the 3rd night in a row that we thought we would give Noodles & Company on 121st Ave on Broomfield a chance, 1st night, my husband went in to place his order and nobody waited on him, so he left, last night he went and his food was fine he ordered me the Butter Noodles and I about fell over when I opened the large black container which was only 1/2 from the bottom and the bottom of the container and they considered it a full meal, I had him take it back, they did nothing not even a sorry and just gave him his money back. So tonight the final straw, he brings home both of our meals, again mine Butter Noodles, this time full to the top, WOW I thought but as soon as I took a bite the noodles were mush, and I mean horrible mush in my mouth, so @ 8:47 P.M. I call them and the phone says for other calls press #2 and so I did and the phone just rang and rang until it looped itself around again with the same messages, of course they close @ 9:00 P.M. So I did not get a chance to talk to anyone, so tomorrow my husband is going to take this mush back to them again, also I might note its his Birthday WOW Noodles you sure know how to shine. I will continue to post this as this is not the 1st time we have had this issue, must be no Managers on duty? I must say this is poor Customer Service

The girl upfront was an absolute sweetheart, they are severely understaffed and the guy in the back cooking threw a temper tantrum, him and everybody were yelling at each other. I asked the girl at the front how long it was going to be she told me 25 minutes per order so I canceled my order and I told her that I understand its not her fault and that they are understaffed and that is not a problem. This was more of a message to management to help out your staff. You are in a high-volume shopping plaza in an area thats growing more and more each day, it is only going to get worse. Im not going to say that I would never eat there again because that is not true but just maybe a little more help during the holidays when everybody is out shopping.

Who is the girl up front with the braided pony tail? She was the worst! It was as though I was talking to a rock with just enough attitude to Make you angry. The impression was the staff could care less people were coming and going and the knowledge level of the product being sold was below par. To add to the already bad experience someone turned the music up to the point we couldnt hear ourselves talk across the booth. I would have asked the girl up front but I didnt want to die of boredom and I most certainly did not want to inconvenience her by requesting something. Pretty bad!

Quite a horrible amount of everything, like half portion compared to other noodles and company. Payed 3 dollars for the chicken in my chicken ceasar salad, got about 4 to 5 small slices. My pad Thai had no veggies and barely any noodles. The employees were unprofessional as well. Sagging, dont think that is very appealing for customers. Overall, not worth the money.

Awful locationl!!!!! Avoid at all cost! Brittany on the cash register put her finger in my cup. When I asked for another one, she just smirked and did not apologize!! I apologize when I asked for a different cup but she did not. No "thank for" at the end of the order either. Then 3 orders of noodles, with one half filled!!! 2nd time here and never again.

Good quality is ok but for the prices I feel I get less and less. The last two times Ive visited Ive got a regular size and a small size noodle and they have the same amount of noodles for the same dish. I used really appreciate the unique nature and quality of food but it doesnt seem to keep up with the expectations anymore.

We have been to this location about 5 times over the last couple months and it had been good service and good food every time. I would of given 5 stars except the last time a salad was made they forgot the meat but fixed that before we left and it was a to go order so they caught it before we left.

Great for something fast. But, I will say that the quality at this location can be hit-or-miss. Service is great overall, but occasionally it feels as though the kitchen staff doesnt even care if the food is edible. I guess the experience is comparable to Russian Roulette for your appetite.

long wait. when it was served, the food looked it just thrown in the bowls. i had the beef stroganoff and the beef was way over cooked. my wife had pad thai. It is usually served with broth, but was missing today. i will never come to this Noodles again.

This was so below Noodles standard. My take out order took long just for buttered noodles. There was barely any beef in my order, the pot stickers were hard and tasted old and my cookie was also hard and not fresh tasted. So dissatisfied.
