I spent 6 months in south Florida where I enjoyed my first Cuban Sandwich. It was very tasty and not what I expected (in a good way). So when I heard that Buchi made great Cuban sandwiches - I had to stop by and try them. I do not often leave reviews, but I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality and delicate flavors I feel compelled to write about it. I have only had the one mixed-Cuban sandwich here - but I get the feeling these guys know what they are doing. This was better than any other Cuban sandwich I have had before. I liked the way the pickle and the mustard work together with neither being too strong. Then there is the pulled pork and ham combination. I wanted to cut that sandwich into small pieces and savor it with a glass of Rioja!

I live about 18 minutes away from this place & have TRIED to visit twice now. BOTH times we went, the door was locked because they were closed. The 1st time, they changed their hours w/o notice & we couldnt try it. Other customers outside told us it was good food but didnt expect them to be closed either. Today, we went back & there was a sign on the door saying they were closed b/c the coffee machine was being serviced. ARE YOU KIDDING?! Who closes down an entire restaurant b/c you cant make espresso? I dont plan on going out of my way again to try them unless Im already down in the area. From what I hear/read, the coffee IS good. And so are the cubanos. Although I cant attest to the quality/price.

We tried this place after drooling over the Cubanos in the movie Chef. This was our first time trying Cuban cuisine and it wont be our last! The Cuban Mixed Sandwich was so delicious, as was the Platanos Maduros (fried bananas) and Avocado Salad. For dessert we had the Flan topped with a sweet coffee sauce, the Guava Pasteles (super flakey cheese and jam turnover) and a cup of Cuban coffee. The coffee was sweet and delicious and since I ordered mine with steamed milk it came with a beautiful, rich foam on top. If you cant tell from my description of the food, we enjoyed our meal immensely and will definitely be back.

Yes, food is delicious, without a doubt. My husband and I have been eating here for a few years now and it used to be reasonably priced. I called in an order for pick up for two sandwiches, I about fell off my chair when I was told it was $22 and some change! For two sandwiches?!?! We got them. For that price though, Hhhmm Idk I might have to go elsewhere.

If you like Cuban sandwiches, you should go to Buchi. Their sandwiches are glorious. If you like coffee, you should go to Buchi. Their coffee is the best I have had. Perhaps mojitoes are your thing. Yep, the mojitoes here are great. And to tie it all together, the staff does a great job and they are very friendly.

Literally sitting here right now eating breakfast and had to write a review. This cafe is adorable and bright, the coffee is absolutely amazing, the cuban bread breakfast sandwich is delicious, and the barista is pleasant. Love it!

Authentic. This secret hideaway is perfect for Buchi, Cafe con Leche or a Cuban sandwich. Must try chimichurri with any of their sandwiches for sure. Staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Great spot to getaway for a quick bite.

Went for the Cuban sandwich Ive heard so much about. Indeed the best Cuban Ive ever had. Even better than that, the Aye Conyo with more meats and some hot peppers is exceptional. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic, cozy joint! The Cuban Mix is easily one of the best cubanos in the Denver area! Great for a grab and go or sit in. Very relaxed atmosphere definitely feeling the vibes of an authentic Cuban cafe

Was recommend Buchi from the oil change service across the street. I can only speak to the Cordita, but it was as delicious as it was caffeinated. The gentleman working was also very friendly.

The cortaditos are to die for! The food is authentic and delicious and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The ONLY negative to this place, is that it is a little small, always packed.

Im half Cuban and have been to the island, Miami, and have had homemade cubanos all throughout growing up. The Aye Conyo is hands down my favorite version. Excellent Cortaditos also

The Aye Conyo is just ridiculously delicious. It had been a while since I had visited, so I forgot exactly how good Buchi is. Great, best Cubano in town.
