Horrible Horrible Horrible Owner and delivery people. I mistakenly handed the delivery guy a $100 bill instead of a $10. I realized my mistake within minutes and called and spoke with the owner. He took the word of his employee or colluded with his employee and refused to acknowledge my mistake, told me I must be wrong or trying to scam THEM!!! Im not that type of person. I was a newly minted, very, very tired momma feeling despair over the $90 that could have went to diapers, formula, and Dr.s bills. My husband worked hard for that money and would be furious over the situation. All of which I told the owner, begging for his better self to kick in. Still refused to refund the money or even just give store credit. Ive never ordered from them again, instead I give my business to their competitors. I only wish I knew then it was possible to leave reviews as this happened several years ago. To the best of my knowledge, it is still the same owner. I only pay with a secure, fraud monitoring credit card now. No cash. Learned that lesson.

I eat here a lot with my mom. Weeks ago we came to eat on the last hour. We were received by a young lady who speaks better English than the rest. She was very sweet to us. We then had our food served by another lady. By the end of our meal the third lady was vacuuming the place. Im eating and she starts to vacuum under my feet. We get our tab, fortune cookies and complimentary orange. Im still eating and the lady starts to look for things to take. I start to eat my orange, turn to my tea and she takes my orange from under me. Comes back and takes the tab and my fortune cookie then puts it back in the jar. It seriously ruined my meal. I was in a good mood and it was like she was trying to kick us out. It was my fault for not saying anything but it is so rude to treat customers like that. She should be kinder to people or stay away and work in the back.

Have always been happy with the service and quality of this place. Good traditional dishes with very large portions. Everything from sesame chicken to moo goo gai pan and egg foo yung. If you have a special request they will accomodate you in whatever it is you need or like. If you are getting delivery, they say give them 45 min. Its usually there in 20. For the price you pay you are getting great tasting fresh chinese with fast reliable service. They have gotten parts of orders wrong a time or two, egg drop instead of wonton soup or forgot the egg roll. But that is far and few between. Give this place a try if you are in the area, its well worth it.

Delicious food, huge portions, excellent service. Weve called them for delivery for about 7 years, and have never been dissatisfied. Theyve always delivered faster than promised. Ive picked up my order there, on one occasion, and they were clearly a very friendly and nice family-run business. (You can certainly dine in.) Dishes weve enjoyed include Happy Family, Sesame Chicken, Almond Chicken, Lemon Chicken, Orange Chicken, Broccoli Beef, and others. Their egg rolls arent the best Ive ever had, but theyre pretty good, and their soups are alright. Just dont make the mistake weve made several times, and forget what time they close!

This is one of my favorites. The best sesame tofu in town (perfectly cooked tofu...not just deep fried). Delivery is fast and delicious, although dine-in is my favorite. I can usually get two filling meals out of a single, $10 dinner. It is nice enough for a more romantic or private setting, yet casual enough for a friend, a working meal, or a casual dinner. They include soup, tea, and a fruit for dessert, all on the house. They are quick, kind, and accomodating. Ive been ordering their sesame tofu once or twice a month for over seven years now. Cant get enough!

Any of the bad reviews you see on here are bullshit. I came here from California and have been spoiled with the best of the best in all types of foods. That said, Sheridan cafe stands up to the best Chinese in San Francisco down to LA. Everything they make tastes great and their delivery is super fast. I recommend going in because you get the crispy wonton and hot mustard/ sweet sauce setup free. I would eat anything on the menu, they make fantastic Chinese. Cheers to you ladies for great food.

Just recently moved to the area just North of I-76 and Pecos. Tried several Chinese food delivery services before finding Sheridan Cafe. Easily the best Chinese cuisine delivery in the area, and easily in the top 5 in the Denver metro area. The food is of higher quality than most other Asian-style food delivery, and much tastier to boot. Prices are very reasonable and delivery is usually quick. Theyre also friendly on the phone. Sheridan Cafe is now our go-to for Chinese cuisine.

Decent food & large portions for a good price. Im pretty picky with what Ill eat so I stick to the almond chicken and veggie lo mein. The almond chicken I usually request more veggies then meat, not that it isnt good I just dont like meat. The lo mein is usually a bit oily for me, but if you mix it with rice, not so bad. Also they have this house tea you can get when you dine in, hubbys fav. When you get delivery, it usually takes 15- 20 minutes during their lunch/dinner rush.

sheridan cafe owes me both an apology and a refund today they took $19.89 out of my account they then called me and told me that my card was rejected and I had not yet paid for my food and when I told them that they had taken money out of my account they denied it they will see me tommorow with a printout of my bank statement this is not over and they owe me my refund I received no food and was overcharged for the food I did not receive which was only supposed to be $16

I have been ordering from this place at least once a month for the past 4years. And today when I ordered from them, mind you the same thing that I always get, I was slapped in the face with a $12 minimum order amount. Again I have been getting the same thing for 4 years, a great customer and this is the kind of service that I get. Not impressed by that at all. Also the attitude that some of the employees have isnt that professional by any means.

I used to enjoy this place a lot, it still is very good. But the other day I went, and ordered the rare meat pho. I had never eaten the pho there and wanted to try it. After a few bites in I looked down at my bowl and there was a small bug in there. I dont know how it got in, or what happened, but I was disgusted. The food there is great but if its going to have bugs in it count me out.

Great takeout. Havent ever eaten in, but everything Ive had is really good except the Pad Thai. It is a Chinese restaurant so I have to cut them some slack. Ive had their hot and sour soup, steamed/fried dumplings, egg rolls, crab wantons, Lo Mien, and a few other things. All of it is really good. We eat here about twice a month. Good prices. Will go back many times.
