NEVER AGAIN!! BEWARE!!! I ordered a breakfast biscuit to go on Saturday, October 22. I was with my roommate on our way to Boulder. On the ride to Boulder, while I was eating, I bit into something hard that caused a ton of pain. I assumed it was extra crispy bacon and tried to ignore the pain. I thought I just hit a nerve. I was still in pain on the following Monday, so I went to the dentist. Turned out whatever I bit on had cracked my tooth. A tooth that never had a prior issue. I had to have my tooth removed and an implant put in. I called Rise and Shine to tell them. But because I had paid cash and they didnt give me a receipt... I was screwed. I had a witness and they have an automated system to look up orders, but they refused to. They said they would look up a credit card order, but not cash. They also have no cameras. $7000 in dental work because of something hard in the biscuit. DO NOT EAT HERE.

This place is short, sweet, and to the point. In my opinion, any place that has one single specialty is usually amazing. Rise & Shine does biscuits and they do them to perfection. The boyfriend got the biscuit of the day (Gouda cheese) with bacon and egg. He said the egg was cooked just right and there was just a hint of the Gouda with each bite. I got the Raleigh: roast beef, cheddar, and horseradish. It had a good amount of horseradish but was not overdone. The biscuits were flaky but didnt fall to pieces on the sandwiches. The staff was very friendly and seemed to really enjoy helping people. Well definitely be back when we have another biscuit craving.

Biscuits, Internet and coffee are good but do not get your hopes up for a good latte or a hip experience. Other than coffee, ingredients are low quality. They do not offer many healthier alternatives such as almond milk or glutten-free biscuits. Really wish they realize the importance of branding. I am routing for this place but until they make changes, it is just going to be another suburban neighborhood that people go to just because it is close. It has the potential to be more.

This place is addicting! I love the breakfast bisquits. They have regular plus a special daily flavor. Beer bisquit Friday is my favorite. I havent yet tried the lunch /dinner menu but noticed they have a nice beer and drink selection. Limited menu lets them excel at what they offer. Small seating space with patio and limited parking. A huge improvement over the dicey bar that was there before. Good for the neighborhood.

Eat here now. Stop whatever you are doing and walk, run, drive to this restaurant! I dont mean to be bossy but youll thank me when youre happy and full and telling all your friends (tell strangers too!) about the phenomenal biscuits you put in your belly! Priced to sell. Flavored to blow your mind. The staff/owners are just delightful ♡ Street parking and a tiny lot available. Nice outdoor patio. Happy hour drink specials.

The daily biscuit is always worth a try, and sometimes so good Ill pass on the regular biscuit... Which is already the best biscuit in Denver. Try any of the biscuits with ham, but the breakfast sausage is also well-chosen. The fried chicken is also a guilty pleasure. And Pablo s espresso drinks! This place is very "out of the way" for me, coming from Centennial, but its always worth the weekend drive to get my fix.

Every time we do our morning walk around Sloans Lake, we stop here afterward to reward ourselves. Apparently were not the only ones, because there is always a small line ( that moves quickly), waiting for the goodness that comes from each of those biscuits. I recommend adding an egg, cheese, and protein to the biscuit but they stand on their own as well. Hoping they some day add sausage gravely to the menu.

Although they have grown into a beautiful new building, I have been frequenting this spot since they were renting out of BDs and their quality/ service hasnt changed although their volume has! Couldnt be happier for Seth and his team. They continue to be polite and helpful in every way possible. Glad to see you guys are doing well :)

Great breakfast experience. The great homeade feel and amazing food was only proceeded by the smiles of the good hearted people who work here. Local feel. Great food. Clean and affordable. Easily the best breakfast experience Ive had in a while. Rise and shine will always be a longtime favorite.

Ill give it 3 to support my neighborhood but I was quite underwhelmed. The ambience is great but the chicken biscuit tasted like a freezer chicken finger slapped on a par for the course biscuit. Denver biscuit company, or chick fil a chicken biscuits are the way to go.

The biscuits are excellent. I love that they have a biscuit if the day to provide variety. My breakfast sandwich tasted very fresh and the biscuit was flakey. I had the Basil & Brie biscuit - yum! Its a small place, but they move the line pretty fast.

Great food (my fav is a sausage egg cheese on a BOTD) and solid coffee options. Staff is very friendly. Cant recommend enough. WARNING: if you go on sat or sun in the hours of 9a-11a it will be busy but still worth the wait.

Biscuits are spot on. Buttery and substantial but not like a hockey puck in your stomach. Staff and service are great. Disappointing ingredients-- i believe eggs are the liquid kind and pretty tasteless. Good coffee.

I come here almost every day since I moved to Wheat Ridge and I absolutely love it. Their Biscuit of the Day is always fantastic, their coffee is delicious, and the staff is so friendly. Theres nothing not to love!

The biscuits alone were really amazing, and the staff were friendly. Tried one of their savory biscuits (shrimp and spicy slaw, really good) with a local beer and it was all quite good and not too pricey.

My first visit was excellent. Love the biscuit of the day concept. Great coffee from Pablos. My Raleigh sandwich was so good. Cant wait to get back and enjoy a cold beer while exploring the PM menu.

I love that they are open in the evening so I can get a biscuit fix anytime. They make real biscuits, not the fake towering kind. Simple and delicious taste of the south, they even have cheerwine!

This place has got it goin on. The biscuits are flaky, light and yet heavy all at once. The biscuit sandwiches are on point too. Plus they have a great beer selection and lunch options too.

Bomb biscuits. Cant wrong wrong with the biscuit of the day. A little pricy, but worth it. If you dont know what to get, go with the Charlotte (chicken and buscuit) with a little of their jam

We arent from here but this is the best biscuit place in town. Get the Boone and a coffee and you are ready for a day of awe and wonder. 10 out of 10 would eat every day if I lived in Denver

Best latte Ive had in a long time. The roast beef biscuit was definitely crave worthy. The only thing is they dont open until 7am, wish it was earlier so I could make it a more regular stop.
