Management changed summer 2015 and the service and food have gone downhill since. I used to be a regular and will not go back. The menu has been downgraded to simple plates and no specials. The food used to be local and fresh, but now it seems like the food is from Costco. There used to be a friendly vibe in the place, but the three times I have been in there since management changed, I have been greeted with scowls, snippy attitudes, and impersonal service. Also, well behaved kids are completely unwelcome now. All, but one, of the previous servers left when management changed. I witnessed the new manager screaming at a server and that was the last straw. No way will I support a place that treats their employees that way and acts like customers are an inconvenience. There used to be two couches and a private area with a large table to have meetings. Now the couches have been removed and the large table has been put in their place. A piano used to be near the front and people would come in and play all the time. Now if you so much as look at the piano, the new management comes over and basically shoves you away from it. I would recommend skipping this expensive and rude brunch shop and going elsewhere.

Weve been going since we discovered this little gem of a coffee shop in 2015. I dont know if they are under new management, or making changes for other reasons, but it seems to be evolving into something else. Its been losing its cozy charm with the removal of tables, and the addition of a coke machine and an ice cream machine. Ive also noticed that they keep reducing the choices of coffee and adding alcoholic beverages. My guess is that it is evolving into a tourist place with a bar for the evening. This morning was the most disappointing day so far. When we walked in we were handed laminated menus and told to order from the waitress. We only stopped in for coffee, but we noticed the only coffee on the menu was the standard restaurant fare. While the cappuccinos and specialty drinks were still on the board, I suspect it wont be long until THEY disappear. I ordered a latte, and it was sadly weak. I hate to see good places change this way, but I suspect it will get to the point where its just not worth going in anymore.

Okay... so I am a HUGE Starbucks fan... but even I have to say.. Starbucks doesnt have ANYTHING on their Honey Mocha... OMG! Best drink to wake up too, best drink to have if you just want a coffee... hands down my NEW favorite drink... Now, lets talk food... their pancakes are HUGE, fluffy and worth every penny!!! My husband saw them as we were walking out the door and demanded that we go back and get some later that day! The bacon is THICK and crispy, the sausage patties have AMAZING flavor... and their potatoes... my word... their potatoes are delicious! Definitely going to miss this place and weve only been there twice in one day!

Cozy spot with everything you need to start your day, whether its lazy, active, or seriously hungover at 2 pm. The brunch menu is a little small but packed with good options for both the hearty and healthy connoisseur. The service was warm and welcoming with the pleasant aftertaste of very reasonable prices. Vegan options, gluten free options, meat lover options, organic and local sources and a smattering of brunch-themed cocktails; genuinely something for everyone here. Taste 10/10 Portions 10/10 Price 10/10 Service 10/10 Comfort 10/10 Did I just give this place a straight 10/10 in every category? Wow.... I did.

Well, although the workers are great, I am having quite the time getting my pricey sunglasses back that i left on a table a few weeks ago. Called right away and they had in the lost and found with my name and number. However, one of the co-owners (whom I wont name at this time) put them in a safe spot for me to get back when I drove the 1 1/2 drive back to pick up. Guess what? They are now missing and said co-owner will not receive a call from me as I have been trying to reach her for a week!! Ill be glad to name her next week with a phone number if I dont resolve. Good coffee and food but they treat their employees like dirt. Had a friend who worked her butt off and got nothing but grief from the owner. Then they had her train her replacement and didnt have the cojones to tell my friend. She simply was written off the schedule. If you believe in employees being treated with respect and decency at a coffee shop, this is not the place to visit. Im giving it one star only because I had to in order to post this.Hard to believe it is a "family" owned business.

Use a friggin toaster for toast! Grilled bread is gross and soggy! If a person asks for toast they want toast not fried bread! You have a toaster and then lie to customers that you dont because you dont want to use it. If you dont want to use the commercial one buy a toaster at Walmart for making toast! Breakfast is so simple and toast should be even simpler! Also eggs were over cooked and food came out in pieces. Need more wait staff, girls are over worked when busy.

Just one waitress that weve interacted with had great customer service. Every other persons that we talked to, horrible!!! Who gets served their food with no silverware? How many times do you have to fix the errors of the orders you took from our table? Who gets served a to-go cup with their iced coffee when youre eating in? No creamer? Tell us dammit! Full service my ass. Half assed customer service right here. I feel like I served myself and my group myself!

Ill start off with the fact that the corned beef on the Ruben was a little on the tough side for my girlfriends taste. But, the green chile was amazing and she loved it. I loved everything I had and the place was really neat. It was pretty packed for a late lunch, but we found seating. We didnt try their coffee, but it looked substantial

LOVE THIS PLACE! They used to have phenomenal cheese cake bites and now when I go they never have them. The food is great and the service is amazing. People are friendly and the muffins are the best muffins I have ever had! I recommend this place to everyone anytime they ask for a good coffee shop. Keep up the good work!

Holy get-in-get-out, Batman! Though its a coffee house, it has the feel of a restaurant. Its obvious by the layout & the staff that they dont want lingerers. + superb brunch + coffees aplenty + charming interior - restaurant feel (not a coffee house lounge) - over priced - rushed environment

To be honest, really sad its changed. Used to love this place and their delicious sandwiches... now they dont even have the same lunch menu and they stop cooking at 2pm. I dont think this was a good decision, but I guess they dont have much competition up there.

Got regular coffee and the croissant breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was big enough to split with my boyfriend and yummy even without opting for the farm fresh eggs option. Bacon was great to boot. Nice atmosphere and great breakfast spot.

Delicious food for vegans and omnivores! Vegan options are somewhat limited, but the breakfast potatoes (fried in soy butter) are delicious and the green chili soup is incredible! You are going to want a bowl and not a cup!
