I recently stopped into this Starbucks on my way to visit a friend. I tried to use my Starbucks rewards as I had enough stars for a free drink. However, the barista explained to me they are "not an actual Starbucks, just an affiliate store" and she was unable to use my rewards. I was a little confused, Ive never been to a Starbucks that wasnt "an actual Starbucks". Even the Starbucks located inside grocery stores, Barns and Noble, Etc. have been able to use my rewards card. I honestly am only giving them 3 Stars because the interior of the store was clean, organized and she gave me my coffee for free.

I am a Starbucks gold member and today is my birthday, happy day! That means I get to start my day with a birthday coffee from Starbucks! NOPE, WRONG. This location cannot redeem and honor the Starbucks reward program...... WTF? And happy birthday to me right. Have to drive somewhere else, still with no caffeine. Unheard ofStarbucks. Major fail.

I come in here enough to be recognized by the workers. Always great, cheerful service and plenty of places to sit! I am so glad this Starbucks opened. This store is licensed, not company operated, so they cant redeem rewards or do mobile order, but the welcoming atmosphere more than makes up for this!

This place is great, true that they told me that they were not a corporate store and could not receive mobile orders, but another location totally screwed up my order- and they made it right. They were polite, fast and accurate. This will be my new "go to" location in this area.

If I could go lower I would but unfortunately I cant. Very rude, I just wanted a trenta cup on the side so I can pour the drink they made inside and told me they couldnt do it. Just an extra cup on the side... I dont know what is difficult about just giving someone an extra cup.

I stopped in here to get some work done and discovered their internet is useless. I did a speed test and it came back .5MB download and even less for upload. Do not come here if you need reliable and practical internet.

New & clean, Im glad this location is here, just a hop, skip & a jump from where I live. The staff is friendly & helpful, I was glad they were able to help me use iPhone gift card for easy purchase transaction.
