Long time Blizzard fan decided to stop by this location since we were close. Big mistake. The non-english speaking staff took a long time to understand my order (Heath Blizzard??) and then gave it to me with no Fudge/Hot Fudge in it. When I explained that they forgot the fudge, they said they dont give fudge unless you order it extra. What? A quick review of DQs website shows an ingredient list including fudge, but after arguing with the rude staff for 5 mins I did not feel it was my job to educate them on their own menu. Recommend you avoid this location.

This place is like a small piece of heaven, we go there at least twice a week. Barb is a blast, the manager and her family are all awesome. Ive never had an issue with food or ice cream, my wife loves the chicken strips and Im digging the double bacon cheese burger, as with any business there are times when stuff breaks but they get it fixed and rock on. Thanks yall for keeping it real and having a place where this Ole Coyboy can get grub. Luke

Ive been here three times. Each time I come I have a relatively simple order and its not busy in the store. I just waited 20 minutes for two blizzards and an order of fries. They passed us by several times and proceeded to serve other orders that came in after us. We went to ask where our food was and they had our icecream sitting on a counter for this period. Now I have two melted blizzards. The fries are fresh though. . .

Ive only had one issue here when ordering a Flamethrower. I somehow received some weird concoction of a burger that isnt even on the menu (worked at DQ for almost 6 years)! It must have been someone elses burger, so I just laughed it off. Other than that, Ive had no issues with this location. The staff is always polite and professional and the store is always clean.

Apparently you have to be a genius to work fast food. Sent my boyfriend to get me a banana split, he wasnt quit sure what they looked like, so for some reason they made a banana split Blizzard, he was confused but brought it home to me. He did not say blizzard, he said a plain banana split. How hard is it to get that right.

The staff are very friendly and our food was made quickly and cooked all the way though. The eating area was clean and they didnt really complain when my toddler threw food on the ground. I did clean up after my son but that is what being a parent is about. I will be back here again soon

Clean facilities, decent food, convenient location on way in or out of the Springs for travelers or commuters. Just misses out on a star for being a little slow compared to other DQs and seeming to have newbies on register a little too often.

My wife and I stopped by last week for lunch, everything we ordered was very good and served up very fast and fresh. The girl that took our order was sweet and brought our order to our table. We will diffidently be going back, thanks.

It took 15 minutes to get an A1 Burger, apparently they forgot I had ordered the 5 dollar burger lunch...Brian was awesome though, got me my food quickly once they discovered the problem and refunded the price
