If I could give them 0 stars I would. Our company orders from East Moon at least once a week with 5-8 orders each time. Needless to say, we spend a lot of money at East Moon. Normally everythings fine, nothing above average and nothing below average, its just the only Asian place around that delivers. Yesterday we had 5 orders for over $60 total. After an hour and a half, and 3 phone calls where the guy says "It be there any minute!" the food shows up and it was under the wrong address so it had been driven to another place first, and all of the food wasnt even warm at all. They still expected us to pay for it! The driver said for the inconvenience we could get a free order of wontons....OH WAIT they already forgot our free order of wontons we get every time with the coupon on the menu, so he said he would give us 3!!!!!!! Oh my gosh, $60 and we get free wontons? I called and spoke to the manager and he said he would give us the wontons and 1 meal for free. This place has the crappiest customer service! I will never order from this terrible restaurant again! If you think its ok to make customers pay for cold food, not comp anything and then offer a freaking order of wontons for 5 meals? You just lost a lot of money, and I hope this review warns people about your sub-par food and your terrible service!

It took over an hour for my lunch order to make it here, then they delivered COLD food, then I was left with NO FORK OR SPOONS...$30 later I have cold food that I have no way to heat up or eat because Im at my office building. When I called instead of giving a solution to this problem, the man on the phone said forks must be requested...okay well I told the lady who I ordered with that I was in my office at work. Is there seriously no way to inform or ask your freaking customers if they will need it considering every single place I have ordered from does this without needing to be special requested. This is a joke. Maybe your management should avoid cutting corners and serve the customer in an honest way. The cheese wontons are good but heads up, these are MINI wontons...not regular size or large...they are by far the SMALLEST WONTONS I HAVE EVER SEEN.

i really love this place and they are always on time and they get my order correct. but not this time i am giving it a one star because we order online and we order 1 hour ahead of time and they were suppose to be here at 12 noon but they took like almost 2 hrs to deliver my food and we called a couple of times and they said yes, they will deliver it a noon. it is understandable there was traffic , but like for almost 2 hrs? we called a couple of times and they told us different things about our delivery. when the guy got her and gave us our order he gave it to us incomplete we were missing some stuff that came with the order. we called and they told us that they could not do anything about it they were sooooooo rude i did not like how they treated us.

I called an order in for pickup. My company has a coupon book where there is a coupon for buy one get one entree. It says to look on the back for restrictions. On the back there is no mention that it needs to be dine in only. My coworkers and i ordered and drove about 5 miles for our food. When we get there the lady tells us that it is dine in only. She will not honor the coupon and it is up to there discretion as to how the coupon can be used. She was very rude and would not let us get the deal. I would not recommend this business. They do not know customer service at ALL, maybe that is why the dining room was empty at around 12 Oclock ! Good luck getting customers. Beware of this if you have a coupon!

Excellent restaurant and great food. The chefs are always trying to find new foods and always have something interesting on on the television. I usually eat in and love the service but saw no change in quality when I ordered delivery. Exceptional restaurant and I personally give my compliments to the owner every time I eat there. Would highly recommend it for a business lunch or for newcomers just looking to try quality sushi without having to worry about getting sick. Id I could give it more stars then I would but I look forward to eating there every week and have never had a problem with the crew or fought over coupons, delivery, prices, etc.

What a rude person at the front desk today! We specifically went there for lunch today and used a buy one get one coupon from an Entertainment Book. They wouldnt honer it because we ordered take out. No where on the coupon did it say that dine in was required and my group of four ended up leaving because they wouldnt honor the coupon. It was straight up noon and the restaurant was empty. We should have realized when we walked in that something was up when it was empty at that time of day. I cant believe how rude and unprofessional she was. I will never go back there and neither should you.

I used to order from here occasionally when I wanted a cheap, quick, decent meal. I had to stop because the quality started going downhill fast. Its probably been over a year since Ive ordered from them. But since I live somewhat nearby, and they offer FREE delivery, I decided to give them another shot. I dont know if they have new management or new kitchen staff, but I was extremely impressed with my most recent meal. I got massaman curry and drunken noodles - both with tofu. Both were excellent and very reasonably priced. This place will definitely be in my regular rotation from now on.

Our family has been going there for 2 years. Best of both worlds of sushi and chinese/thai food. Their sushi is really good so much so that Im starting to eat Sashimi which has always been too much raw food for me. Ive tried their live scallop, then the fatty blue fin tuna, kapachi (baby yellowtail) and it has converted me to a sashimi lover. Best cheese wontons that I have ever tasted and my 4 year old loves them. Their Lo Mein is great, Thai Basil sauce, orange chicken, volcano shrimp too many to list.

Im not sure what problems the reviewer with the delivery problems has, but my family and I have been coming here for about nine months. We live in Castle Rock, and there is NO, repeat NO good sushi in Castle Rock. We enjoy the food, the staff is friendly (at times when very busy they may be short, but polite), but overall a very good experience. "Jane" is AWESOME!!! We go as a family for dinner, and my wife and I often go just for lunch. Will be meeting a client there today. Looking forward to it.

I think this place is ok...definitely a great place to get takeout delivery, not the best to actually GO TO. I actually love getting delivery from them, but wasnt as impressed with the experience in person. In person, the service was ok and food came FAST, but not friendly at all. Felt like I was being a nuisance to the staff with my children there (who were actually well behaved). Id recommend this place but just dont expect an AMAZING experience.
