TO MANAGEMENT - WHY I WILL NOT RETURN TO CHERRY VILLAGE! I really want to like this place. The food is good but you refuse to give decent portions of meat! About a month ago, I ordered take-out for our family of five. We sat down to eat and opened our boxes. Every box was lacking in meat. We had Chicken Lo Mein, Beef & Broccoli & Szechuan Chicken - plenty of noodles and rice - just severely lacking in meat. I called for management to complain about the portions and was told management was not available but they would let them know. We have tried the MANY other Chinese food restaurants in the area and all are generous with their meat portions. This week, we decided to give Cherry Village another try as they are closest to us. We ordered dinner for three but paid $36 for another rice, noodle & veggie dinner with a sprinkle of meat! Come on guys, chicken is less than $2 per pound! There are many choices in Parker for Chinese food with ample portions of meat. They will have my business from this point forward!

This will be the second time I have put in an order they refuse to fix problem. Food is very good but customer service very poor. I called to say I had asked for 2 lunch orders before I could finish the hostess cuts me off and says lunch only till 3pm. I work about 5 miles away I have the order in my hand and and I am calling her at 3:05.Apparently it was before 3pm. I told her I wanted orders bagged separately since we work in different departments they were mixed in same containers. I told her I needed separate sauces got one of each to split. and asked for lunch portions got dinner no napkins just thrown in bag. She refused to credit back any money. and pretty much played dumb and didnt understand now. I work in a large facility who used to order a lot from them but she would rather argue a few bucks then fix the problem. I find this rather ridiculous and refuse to order from this place again. When we order as a group I say anywhere but Cherry Village. Its ok to make a mistake but own it and fix it.

Id give less if I could. We have ordered numerous times thru thrun their delivery and every time something is wrong! Besides that the last time we ordered human beef and it was so disgusting I brought it into them. It looked like left over scraps rolled in flour and fried. You couldnt even chew it. Tried it again today and I ordered General Tso chicken w/ white meat and they over cooked it so bad I couldnt cut it with a knife let alone chew it. Not to mention they always mess up our rice. Ordered the appetizer OF BBQ roast pork and there was absolutely no sauce on it! Called to complain because I think when you spend $50 you should. They brought out new chicken and told us not to order from there again! Well... believe me we wont!

Fresh, fast, hot! and priced right...I just moved to the area and am glad to have found this place. Ive eaten in the restaurant and had it delivered as well. They have Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese. They even made an item not on the menu for me, Egg Foo Young. My standard is Combination Moo Shu and they definitely compete with some of my favorite places Ive ever ordered it from. The Egg Foo Young wasnt the version I like best, but it was still very good. When we ate there I had the Panang Curry and it was a bit spicy (I should have ordered it medium), but it was great. And they have brown rice... Not all places do. Happy belly... Happy wallet.

We have been ordering from Cherry Village since they opened. That ended today. My wife placed an order this evening. She was told it would be ready in five minutes. She texted that to me at 6:31. When I walked in at about 6:35 I was told it was not ready, which I expected. Minutes later I watched our order come out of the kitchen and be set on the counter. At about 6:50 someone finally asked for my last name. My dinner sat on the counter, growing cold, for nearly fifteen minutes while FOUR employees ignored me. Sadly, there were only two tables with diners seated at them so they cant even say they were busy. Extremely disappointed.

We have dined here many, many times the last few years. The food is excellent and priced reasonably. They have everything from the staples like fried rice, orange chicken, szechuan beef, etc to Vietnamese and Thai selections. Have not been disappointed by a dish yet. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. My husband and I love to come here for a dinner where we can hear each other talk and share our dishes. We often see families dining as well, so I would say its both date and kid-friendly. The decor is neat - fun and ecclectic art on the walls. There is also a small bar. We always take family and friends here.

Ive always liked this restaurant until the last two visits. One server was very rude to my mom for asking about the bill. The most recent(and final time) I went there, the waiter was extremely rude and demeaning to my girlfriend. She told her that it is "polite to leave a tip" and then she raised her voice to her to say that she did not leave a tip. My girlfriend had paid in cash and planned to leave the tip on the table when our party of four left. Ive never heard a waiter tell a customer to leave a tip. Clearly they do not understand how leaving a tip works. I will not be returning

I have gone here for the last five years for Asian food. Within the last six months they have messed up on two orders. The first they fixed and the second they said that I ordered the wrong thing and if I wanted to what I wanted I would have to reorder. (There was a room full of people that heard that I ordered what I said I did.) It was the same lady whom messed up the first order. She tried to argue with me about it and all I wanted to do was reorder it (and pay for it). The food is great but the service is terrible and sadly I will never go there again.

The food was ok, the lunch menu you get a good selection. However, the service is just awful. We walked in and the hostess just point to the table for us to sit at. She then proceeded to just toss the menus on the table and walked away. The waitress then came and put waters on the table and asked what we wanted. We ordered and wasnt given an option of any other drink other than water. Ill never return to be trade so horribly. There was only 3 other tables there and they didnt not seem short-handed with people sitting in the back booths eating.

We popped in to Cherry Village after reading some great reviews and we were not disappointed. The egg rolls were so fresh and not too greasy. Both of our meals (Beef with Broccoli and Kung Pao Chicken) were excellent. They tasted so fresh. The service was great- our water glasses were never empty. When I asked for a to-go box they brought me extra rice to have with my leftovers. How thoughtful! After dinner you get a small glass of plum wine with a cherry in it and fortune cookies, of course. A lovely little place for a romantic dinner! :)
