We wanted to try a new place since we just moved to this area. We read the reviews of East Dragon and decided to give it a shot. My husband went in and placed a large order for take out, and brought the food home. Once we opened the bag we realized we had not gotten any rice (we ordered fried and steamed), so we called. The person who answered the phone asked if we were sure we had not gotten our rice and we assured him we had not. Why would we call and say we had not, if we had? So he informed us some would be delivered to us in 15 minutes. We thought no big deal, we will just eat our appetizers. Five minutes later our phone rings and its a different person from East Dragon and he proceeds to question my husband. He asked if we were sure we did not get our rice and we assured him we had not. He then asked what we had gotten and my husband told him each thing we had. He then said again, "are you sure your rice is not there and you are not seeing it?" We assured him a third time there was no rice. He then wanted my husband to tell him exactly what he did see in front of him and how many microwave containers we had, and what was in each! Now I am sorry but this is beyond rude and ridiculous. This is not how a customer should be treated, ever! Rice is by far one of the cheapest items and why would you question a customer over and over about rice? I would not ever waste my time calling to say I had not gotten rice just for the heck of it. Our rice finally arrived and my husband was asked to open the bag in front of the delivery person to ensure the rice was there. Well you just brought it so shouldnt you know that? Again you are questioning our honesty? Once we actually got to sit and eat, it was blah! My steamed rice was a big glob of mush. It was so oversteamed and so mushy, I could not eat it. My Mongolian beef was tasteless. My husbands dinner wasnt bad, but it wasnt great. I can assure you with as rude as these people are, we will never, EVER go there again, nor would we ever recommend them. We will drive 20 minutes and go to Overseas 101 or one of the many GOOD chinese restaurants up that way. Signed, so disappointed and disgusted! P.S. Shame on you East Dragon for treating customers so disrespectully!

Tried both dine in and delivery. Food was fresh, hot, with a crisp fry opposed to the over breaded, soggy breading and veggies youll find in most american-Chinese restaurants. They have an extensive menu which is good in this case as you get a choice of Asian foods. Their bubbly tea drinks are fun and flavorful; I would highly recommend going in to try them. As far as the establishment and service you have to keep in mind that this is a small local establishment run on a low budget. Given that they are on par; its clean, comfortable and the staff are good and friendly but not cheerful or personable. All and all this is the most flavorable place in town for inexpensive Asian food.

I live in Security, Widefield and tried all the Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants around the area. Nothing comes close to taste, huge portion and prices. My favorites are when its cold and snowing I love their pho large combination with an order of Shanghai egg rolls good for hangover too. I also order chicken fried rice with a dollar worth of snow peas added hot oil and egg drop soup. Try their eggfooyung not sure if I spelled it right but its excellent. Ive been going their for 15 yrs and a big fan. Im extremely picky on the foods I eat and East Dragon has good selection excellent prices great food. Need I say more...

A friend of mine introduced me to East Dragon. I was extremely surprised on how good the food was. The price for the amount of food you get is great. I now eat there 3-4 times a month. As previously stated, this is a family owned business in a small portion of the building, but it is comfortable to sit in. The staff is friendly and courteous. My family, where we have picky eaters, have all found a favorite food they enjoy. My wife who has steadily been ordering a different menu item each time we visit has not found a menu item she dislikes yet. I would recommend this to anyone.

I ordered Mongolian beef and a variety of egg rolls to try. I wasnt impressed by the egg rolls since I have had better elsewhere; however, the Mongolian beef was the best I have ever had. It had a great amount of flavor and the beef was tender and delectable. It has been the only food I have been able to think of since I had it. I plan on eating it again today because it was that phenomenal. I am excited to try more from their menu. The crab wontons were amazing as well.

I always order the pork noodle, this is the only chinese restaurant that serves this Vietnamese dish & I AM SO THANKFUL because its my favorite and I dont have to drive far to search for a Vietnamese restaurant. I went to Pho & Grill just to compare and I couldnt even eat the pork, it was like cardboard and tasted like freezer burn. The grilled pork here is amazing and has the perfect texture and taste. I order my entree without the lettuce, extra meat and fish sauce.

Not very good! Ive gave this place 3 chances to hopefully make good food and they failed every time. If you order any breaded chicken like sesame chicken you will only receive nothing but small crumbles of batter NO CHICKEN. All 3 times same outcome, even the chicken lo mein had only 2 quarter size pieces in a full order. Hopefully they see this and change some things.

While I was waiting for my order to be ready, the girl at the counter was clipping her nails. I should have asked for my money back then, but I guess my stupidity got the best of me. I ordered chicken and broccoli and some egg rolls and I threw it all away. Worst Chinese food Ive ever eaten. Highly dissapointed and will never eat here again. Waste of $10.00...

There food is amazing! My husband like to try something new each time, but I usually get the chicken and vegetables with the hot and sour soup. The soup is seriously the best I have had from a Chinese restaurant! Great value here as well. My daughters and I can share an entree and be full from it without breaking the bank. Love it here!

The service was friendly. The food was ready when I arrived and still hot when I got home. The food was not excellent. Id say it resembled Chinese food, but it was not good. We tried here becomes I forgot our regular place is closed Mondays and had already promised the family Chinese for dinner. We just wont order in Mondays anymore.
