We LOVE Jade Dragon Restaurant! My family has been going there for several years. Mr. Chao cooks the best Chinese food we have found! (We have visited many restaurants across the nation.) He uses high quality ingredients, and makes most items fresh, after ordering. I really like that you get what you want, not whatever is left sitting in a buffet all day. Fresh, not buffet. NOT exposed to other guests coughs and sneezes, etc. The portions are generous. As a widow on a limited budget, we enjoy buying the lunch special, which comes with your soup, fried egg rice, egg roll, fried wonton, and fortune cookie, in addition to the entree you choose! For me, there is enough to make 2 meals of it, so, the lunch special, (to me) costs under $5. (It is @ $9, but I save half for the next day.) Wonderful food at that price is a good spend! You could pay more than that for cardboard tasting "food" at ...well, lets not say. So, the price is right! (It does cost more on non-lunch special hours. If I had the money, I would gladly spend it then, too.! It is so worth it!) I especially love the lemon chicken, sesame chicken, and sweet and sour chicken. The egg drop soup is really good! One son loves Kung Pao Beef, Szechaun Beef, Moo Goo Gai Pan, anything with shrimp, and even tried the Dragon & Phoenix on a very special occasion of celebration! He really liked that! Basically, he loves everything there! Another son loves Combination Chow Mein and Combination Lo Mein. The fried wontons are amazing! Fortunately, you can order extras from the Appetizer menu! Once, Annie, Chaos wife, talked me into ordering an order of "egg fried rice, fresh, as an entree," rather than the egg fried rice served on the side with lunch specials. It was even more delicious! Guess what? You know that bloated, uncomfortable way you feel after eating at most Chinese food places? I dont get it when I eat Jade Dragons food! It is superior quality food, starting with quality ingredients! You know what? They even deliver! This is a bonus for my friends living in a nearby retirement home. There is no charge for close deliveries, I think within 3 miles. We live a bit further than that, so we usually pick ours up. The ambiance is also nice. If you want a quiet place with amazing food, where you can actually be able to have meaningful conversation-and hear easily- your dining companions, Jade Dragon is one of a very few places left where it is quiet enough to do that! Yes, I would definitely place Jade Dragon at the top of my list of all-time best places to dine! I think it would be categorized as "A hidden treasure!" Guys, great place to take a lady you really like...love...want to get to know!

I wish I could give negitive stars. First of all let me say that I have never written a review before and was so displeased with my service and the food that I feel the need to let other people know how negative my experience was with this restaurant. I dont like spreading negativity and being rude to people I believe in karma and I dont like perpetuating negative things. I didnt want to say anything rude because even though I was so upset I did not want to be negative however I was in a very serious car accident and my boyfriend doesnt cook so he ordered us food. We decided on egg foo young and orange chicken. The egg foo yung was dry and crunchy Ive ordered it multiple times various places and never has it been this bad. We couldnt even eat the rice it was mushy and gross all of the sauces were old. Ive never had such dry and on flavorful orange chicken not to mention that for some reason there was random noodles and veggies thrown in with it. I saved the food in my refrigerator until I had the time to drop in and talk to the owners. My boyfriend and i argued about going in and being negative about it and telling them we were just going to chalk it up to for bad service. We decided that from the management standpoint I would want to know if I was serving food that was unacceptable and if my service was bad I would want to know about that so I can resolve any issues that I was having with my company. I went in and brought the food explained very politely first that we loved the egg rolls, they were great and that I was sorry that I had to come in and say anything bad but I brought the food to show her that it was just unacceptable on every level especially for costing about $15 a person. The woman who I spoke to was very rude very loud and kept telling me that I was being rude, kept correcting me about whati was saying, she kept laughing in my face when I told her what issues we were having. I explained that I expected to either have a refund or that I expected her to replace the food with what it should have been. She refused to do anything and continued to laugh and when asked if she thought it was amusing or funny that she had given us bad service and bad food she said that we should do her a favor and where we ate the food and liked it that we should go there and not eat there anymore I let her know that I wouldnt be going there again and that Ill let everyone else know that they shouldnt go there either. Worst service and worst Chinese food Ive ever experienced.

On February 13, 2014, I ordered beef broccoli, orange chicken, egg drop soup, and two orders of cream cheese wontons for my wife and myself... The beef in the beef broccoli was... grey, however the broccoli was pretty good. The wontons were decent, not crunchy like they should have been, but tasty. The egg drop soup had a layer of grease on the top of it that had the look of when crude oil settles on the top of water, contaminating and killing all life. Annnnnd the orange chicken. The sauce on the chicken was non-existent, and I have seen roadkill fresher than what was given to me. I literally could not stab it with a metal fork... Orange Chicken > Metal Fork. Here is where the hilarity of this disastrous dinner took place. I called back, basically to get a new order brought to me (the initial order was $36, which after tip was over $40 so I feel slightly justified), and jokingly I asked "was this chicken cooked at noon or something", to which she replied "yes, of course"... What? Initially, she offered to replace the order, and when I agreed, she changed her mind, citing that it was too far, and offered to give me a credit when I ordered again. No, I think not. Eat here if you want to over pay for bad food.

DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTARUANT THE MANAGER OS EXTREMELY RUDE AND WILL NOT MAKE HER MISTAKES RIGHT!!!!! I ordered delivery from them today and I am extremly upset about the service they have provided. I purchased combo lo mein and the beef with broccoli meals, the first for me the second for my husband. The lo mein was pretty oily but tasted ok but the beef was way too salty and my husband could not eat it. He called the store to ask for a replacement or credit and the manager was extremely rude to him saying that it wasnt their fault because it had been in our fridge for a few hours. Then I called and the manager again was extrwmely rude to me and said that she refuses to give us a refund or replacement because the food being salty wasnt their fault. I am extremely infuriated with this. I work in a restaruant and I know how the business works. The manager is a flat out rude lady who refuses to satisfy her customers. Worst experience from a restaruant I have ever had and WE WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS TERRIBLE PLACE.
