My name is Kennedy Johnson And I was very excited when I found this place, but I Dont really know how to describe this place to a person. They take your order ( which was for delivery) and they make it seems like that theyre on point with customer service. Shortly after placing my order, which I had to change twice because they didnt have what I wanted. So youre asking yourself why I did I continue to order from this place, Its something I do to evaluate restaurants. So they said it would take 1 hour for delivery due to them being busy and a waiting list. So I said to her lets set it up for pickup. The front desk girl then replied, it will be 40 minutes for my order to be prepared. WOW!! She was very apologetic, which I accepted. My order was $50 so I decided to go to the restaurant a little early, for I had a concert to attend. When I arrived there was no one in the restaurant..I mean noooo one. The waitress was standing around with her hands in her pocket talking to who I believe was the dishwasher girl. Now, The girl at the front desk, was sitting down and she said that they were extremely busy showing me the pasted stabbed tickets that have already been served. If I continue to type this out it would take me to long. I have eaten at a lot of sushi restaurant folks and this place...this place... Shaking my head now, please, please, I really mean this dont eat at this place..please. Im a traveler that test out new restaurants and this place in the health department would say a C -

I have been reluctant to review this place, as it really is one of the better options we have, stuck on this medical campus. I have been there no less than 15 times since they opened. We have ordered delivery twice (I will get to why.) I have gone with one other person, up to 8-10 other people. There has very rarely been a time when theyve 1) gotten everyones order completely correct, 2) brought sauces appropriate for what youre eating (i.e., sweet and sour for egg roll, ginger soy for sushi) without being asked at least once, 3) refilled water with any regularity and 4) seemed to given a crap about any of the above. Because the service was so laughably terrible, my co-workers and I began having food delivered. This is maybe the way to go. There are actually packets of sauce that you would like, the order accuracy is about the same, but you can get your own water at your office! The food has arrived somewhat soggy, though. I begrudgingly order from there...its OK Asian food close-by. thats about it.

I ordered Drunken Noodles lunch special today. I added shrimp to the order. The lady taking my order, repeatedly stressed that its 1$ extra charge for shrimp in spite of me telling that I was OK with that. When she delivered the food on my table, she again said "Its 1 $$ extra for shrimp" which I felt was extremely rude !!!!! The drunken noodles was too salty.I had to resend the dish back to the kitchen to get it fixed. My friend ordered a sauteed shrimp with garlic sauce which was good enough. From my experiences so far, I have observed that this is not a good place to try Thai dishes !! they are only good with Sushi and Chinese dishes. Ambience is clean and good though.Just hope that lady mends her ways else I am not going back !

Many times, when weve ordered for delivery - they get the orders wrong. Online: It seems they just dont read the orders but just scan them quickly, phone: they dont listen. It seems only time the orders have come out right is if we ate at the restaurant. To be fair, they always made an effort to rectify the problems....but this has happened so frequently now, we will be finding another restaurant. The vietnamese dishes ive had are below par in my opinion: iceburg instead of romaine and the sauces just arent as flavourful as traditional vietnamese restaurants. Depending on the chinese food dishes, some are quite tasty.

Blue Lagoon has proficient, if uninspired food at a slightly higher than warranted cost. The dishes wont disappoint terribly, but they will leave you with a vague feeling of being taken advantage of. This is especially true of the sushi. It is hardly better than what you would find at a supermarket and they treat it as if it were gourmet. If they embraced their status as a sub par grub stop and lowered their prices it would be a favorite spot for college students like myself, however I fear they have found a niche for well paid medical professionals jonesing for delivered asian food, and they are exploiting it.

I love this place. I would have given 5 stars but sometimes they have people working that speak very poor English and it is hard to communicate with them. So if I want to try something new and try to have them explain it they really cant. Also its been a pain when ordering on the phone. but their food is fabulous its always fresh and their sushi is amazing. They have a beautiful little dinner so eating there is nice to. Never had a problem with there food unless it was someone who didnt speak English so I thought I was ordering one thing and got another. But they fixed it and took back the food I didnt want.

We live around the corner and just tried this place for the first time. Peanut Curry and Panang (with tofu) were to die for! Im so excited that good food is coming to this area. You get what you pay for; large, super delicious portions. We are vegetarians, so we are delighted to see so many veg options on the menu. They are also small enough to take care of special requests. No liquor license yet, so that is the one down side, and it isnt the most beautiful location. But we really think this area is improving overall, and the establishment is clean and friendly. Welcome to the neighborhood, Blue Lagoon!

I wish I could give this review 0 stars. We had ordered food from here for lunch as a birthday lunch for a coworker. To ensure we gave them enough time, we ordered 1 hour ahead and was quoted 50 minutes. 1hour 20 minutes later we received a call asking if we still wanted the food. Not only were they unfriendly, they were unwilling to discount the price, asked if we still wanted the food, and told us they never received the order even though they had information to call us back and also had sent an email confirmation of the order. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. What a rip off. 0 of 0 stars. would not recommend.

My date and I got very very sick after eating here and we are certain it was from their food. The manager told me that it was our fault for eating too much. I lost fluids out of every orifice, was feverish, and in pain for 36 hours - I did not eat too much of their cheap bacteria-ridden food. I wasnt looking for compensation when I called, just trying to warn the establishment they may need to evaluate their cleanliness. To find someone so defensive on the other end that they refuse to acknowledge there may be a problem leads me to believe they probably havent done anything about it. BEWARE.
