Great place IF you belong to the American Nazi party! Stay away from this store! This is, I have found out, a common practice for Red Robin restaurants across the country. They will sit you at a table, but will never come to wait on you if they dont like your religion or ethnicity. In my case, my wife and I are Sephardic Jews, of Spanish and Middle Eastern descent. The staff, after seating us, refused to wait on us, and then began pointing and making jokes about us as we sat and waited to be waited on, while our waiter waited on all the other tables around us, including all the new comers after us. We finally left, and the host had the gal to ask us why?! I told him because his staff refused to wait on us, and the Kitchen staff and the waiters standing at the kitchen began laughing loudly.... THIS IS ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR IN TH US! Boycott this store until those staff responsible have been terminated.

Food is still pretty good here, but the service has been going down hill fast from what it once was. Tried going on a Sunday night, my wife and I got completely ignored by the staff for a half hour till we just decided to leave. Same deal yesterday on Saturday. There werent enough patrons for it to be too busy for service either. We got service this time after about 15 minutes of not being asked what we wanted to drink, then the guy continued to ignore us for a couple of teenage girls. Its not a dating service, Kyle, its a job. Guy even went out of his way to go around the back of the bar to avoid talking to us so he could get more time with some other young girls. Do yourself a favor and go to Texas Roadhouse instead. The staff are always welcoming and attentive there. Red Robin doesnt have that attitude at all.

So... this review about the jewish couple not being seated is not at all true.... for one thing, if it was true, a case should have been filed. Also. they mentioned nothing of how busy the place was, as well as sometimes when people are pointing or something, things often look like theyre pointing to us. Also, ill bet anything that if they said they had never made fun of anyone before that they would be lying. I just dont believe this at all, im sorry if that offends people but i actually live by this resteraunt and know many of the people who work there and i have talked to them and they were absolutely enraged that people would say anything like that. If people feel this way then things should be taken up with actual authoritiative officers.... not an online review site... sorry.

Not the best Red Robin out there. Service was good by our waiter but the host was a dick, my wife and I walk in and he just stands there not saying a word and doesnt say a word until I say Id like a table for 2 then the talks to the woman hostess and she seats us; major dick. Like I said our waiter was good, attentive without being intrusive. My wife had the chicken salad and I had the Nantucket Seafood plate. Wife liked her salad but the bottom-less fries and the fries served with the seafood plate were under-cooked and tasteless; very poor. Ive eaten at this Red Robin several times over the years and it is consistently the worst Red Robin Ive patronized. For the price you pay one would think the food would be better. Cant recommend anyone eat here.

My first time there bringing a friend for her birthday. First we had to ask for silverware and napkins. Got our burgers and Frys. Great food! As we watched a nearby table with a party of 15 get refills of Frys 3 times we were never asked. Finally waitress Caitlin came to our table and we had to ask for more, after waiting 15 minutes she said they were still cooking.We said forget it we had to go somewhere.She replied OK. I know maybe the larger group might leave a bigger tip but my friend and I are just as important. Sad because our first time there might be our last

Ive been to several red robins, but the food at this one was not good. I ordered the big tavern burger and it tasted and looked like it was a fast food burger. Last time I pay 9 bucks for a burger there. I dont know if it was just this particular location or if they all serve food that way but I dont remember the food tasting like that in the longmont location. Also the restaurant was at least half empty and they still took 15 minutes to seat us.

Not much to say - its a Red Robin. Its not as big as some of the Red Robins Ive been to but it does the job. The weekday night I went wasnt particularly busy so we were able to get seating right away. They now have bottomless broccoli which was a nice option if one of your dinner mates is already getting the fries to share (you werent expecting me to say get the broccoli instead of the fries were you? Haha). Overall, this place is A-Okay.

Would not go there again . Service was good . The food was not high quality as promised . They forgot alot of the stuff we requested on our food. We had to wait almost 20 min for our food and when another family came in and order and got there food with in 2 min and we still had to wait more do not recomend going there again go to high quality one instead.

We had part of our party meeting us who showed up 45 min early so we could get a table for 10 and they dont take reservations. The staff had them wait for the rest of us in the entryway. Then when we arrived they informedbus they just gave the table to another party as we were walking in. We left and went to Spice China.

Its your typical Red Robin, what I like about this place is that it is always much less crowded than the one at the Orchard. We like to grab some drinks & food before a movie & this place is always much easier/quicker to get seated at. Its worth the few extra miles to do Red Robin & cinema here.

I was enjoying my experience up until I saw a mouse!!! I get they didnt want me to make a scene but it came up on my babys diaper bag! I will never go there again and neither should anyone else! Even the manager says he hadnt seen one in years. Which means theyve had mice before!! Gross!!

We were so excited to celebrate my sisters birthday here, and it took the waiter like 30 minutes just to give us our appetizer. In fact, he gave us our actual food before the appetizer. Never checked on us, and never asked if we wanted more food or drink.

Food was ok but my husband was disappointed in the incredibly small selection of craft beers. The waitress was super inattentive and chatting with her friends most of the evening so we had to page her with the little tablet thing a few times.
