We were served cold food, not once, but twice. He dropped the food off and started closing work. It took us 20 minutes to even get his attention. We had the "red smart menu" light on and everything. The waiter then went into the kitchen and was talking about our table loud enough that we could hear it. He sent the manager and the manager was confrontational and accused us of eating the food we sent back. He could have very easily apologized and asked us how he could remedy the situation, but instead he was defensive. We had not eaten the burger, just one bite to see that it was under cooked, cold and blood had soaked the bun to make it soggy. The area we were seated in the dining room had a clear view to the kitchen. There was water, trash and food on the floor. I was trying to take a picture and the manager told me to leave. I took a picture of that area because it was so filthy. I am worried that the food I did get to eat is unsanitary. To make a long story short, we paid 123$ for a meal that we didnt even eat. We were given second priority to getting side work done and closing. If the waiter had been attentive in the first place, the manager wouldnt have even needed to come talk to us. He could have just apologized instead of talking crap about us in the kitchen. The manager could have just apologized, but he took a stance immediately that he wanted to argue. He could have simply fixed the cold fries and cold burger by apologizing. As far as the mess in the kitchen, thats enough to not frequent any Red Robin, Ever again.....

Three of us waited at the front for over 5 minutes for someone to seat us. It was 4 in the afternoon and about a dozen tables were full. There was more than enough staff. By the time we were seated, no waiters/waitresses even acknowledged us. Waited 15 minutes before walking out. On the way to the door, a waiter who walked by us many times said "Have a good night". We said we waited 15 minutes and nobody said a thing to us. He said "Sorry" and didnt even bother to get a manager. Weve never had any issues with this Red Robin, but wont be returning anytime soon. Dont waste your time.

Terrible... there was no wait to sit, and the burger was cooked perfect which is why i gave it any stars at all. A blind and retarded geriatric patient could have brought out my food faster than the waitress. It took 25 minutes just for a second order of fries.... and like i said it wasnt busy because we didnt have to wait. ive worked in many kitchens and fries maybe take 10 minutes. As much as i wanted to tell this baby beluga whale to kick rocks i held my composure because im a nice guy. But it definitly ruined my experiance and ill NEVER go back to this location again

Its ok, the restaurant and staff is 4 stars for what a Red Robin is. The 3 star rating is for the food. Not as good as it used to be. For example, the BLTA used to come on a real croissant with lots of sliced avocado. Now it comes on weird hybrid hamburger/croissant bun with 1 chunk of avocado per half. Why change a good thing? Rest of the burgers are ok, just not what it used to be. For the price you can do better.

We really like the food at Red Robin, but we have had problems with the service the last two times we were there. It took a very long time for us to get our food--I think our waiter may have forgotten to enter our order. The restaurant wasnt very busy and people around us were getting their food much faster. Its very frustrating to have poor service two times in a row. We probably wont be back.

The service has always been good but last night it was awesome. Janelle is an amazing, outgoing, friendly waitress that goes above and beyond. But unfortunately, we wont be able to go back I believe I getting sick from there. The last 2x we went in Ive had food poisoning. Love the service but something is wrong with the food. Please correct or losing customers.

The bartender was prompt and courteous. He took my "to go" order expertly. He also made sure my requests were obliged. The burgers came exactly as ordered. They were exceptionally tasty. Burgers are over priced and thats the big issue everything else is ok nothing great except bottomless features on certain items. But when it comes to burgers Ive had much better for significantly cheaper. $13 is too much for a so called artisan burger that just doesnt look or taste like one.

Red Robin never lets you down. Great variety of specialty burgers and other types of food. Join their club for great discounts. Fun atmosphere, nice selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Id give Red Robin a 5 Star review but they are pricey.

We come to this location often. Most of the time its decent food and decent service. Having kids, we enjoy the family friendly atmosphere as well as the ability to pay at the table. (They have the Ziosk devices). You might say were regulars.

Its a standard Red Robin. The food is good, not stella. However, you know exactly what you are getting for the price. The service is great. Very attentive, most servers come by often to check on you after the food is delivered.

Stick with the burgers - the wings and other apps here are just low quality. Not this locations fault, but they should just stick to the money maker. Great staff at this place, everyone was perfect and made us feel at home.

As far as rr go this one is good. Service is saccharine sweet so clearly this is a priority. Food quality is high but portion sizes are lower every year. Good atmosphere, especially since the remodel.

Expensive burger thats full of salt. Get plenty of water before, during and for hours after your meal. Its all very tasty, but I can feel my heart begging me to stop going here.
