I would give the food here a 4 star review, as with all Deli Zones. Its good food, but there are better places to get a sub. The service here is almost always fast. There are really only two things that bother me about this place: The first is that you can order a small sub, even though its not on the menu. When one of the owners is manning the register, they sometimes try to get you to buy a medium. Sometimes theyve charged me for a medium regardless (and one of those times I actually got a medium.) Theyve told me that small subs are not for men. Silly really. The other thing is that, the owners wear sanitary gloves when making your sub. But then they keep them on when taking your money, basically making those gloves pointless. I actually dont care about this whatsoever - we should all be sharing more germs as a society. Honestly. But if they are this careless right in front of my face with something so obvious and possibly gross to some people, what are they doing in the back where I cannot see what is going on?

The sandwich quality is actually not better than Subway or Quiznos... by any means. They do nothing different or special, their sandwiches are fair quality, but you still get less food than Subway or Quiznos for 2-3x the price. The staff is subpar. I was not helped or greeted for several minutes by either of the two employees and I was the only customer in the store besides the couple who had already been served. At least I cant complain about the chips and drink, they rip you off on that just the same as every other sandwich shop. Theres a subway and a safeway right by the deli zone. There is no logic behind a visit to deli zone.

Since this place changed ownership a couple years ago, the service and product are terrible. This past week I drove my two young kids over for dinner. At 6:30pm the door was locked, even though it is stated they are open until 7pm on door and website. Employee working there was rude and just blew us off. This is the third time this has happened, but never a full 30 minutes before stated close. Sandwiches have become over priced for the quality. Go to Snarfs.

This restaurant is always being run by only 2-3 people and they are consistently pleasant and helpful. Sometimes you have to wait 15-20 minutes but if only two people are taking orders and making sandwiches with a line 8 deep then of course youll have to wait. Good sized menu with vegetarian and meat options. Plus they have Yoohoo!

Big fan of deli zone, usually get the chicken salad but at this delizone it is strictly inferior to the deli zone on valmont. Otherwise friendly staff and good sandwiches

I went in 15 minutes before close and the guy said he had already turned off the grill and could only make cold sandwiches. Very disappointed to say the least.
