I love their hot turkey sandwich, and have for years. However, its very disappointing to share that their service is just too slow recently. I intentionally visited off-hours around 2:30 in the afternoon. Despite there being absolutely no one in line and no waiting orders when I arrived, it took longer than 10 minutes to complete my order. It seems there was only one employee making sandwiches and it seemed like they lost track of my order somehow. I saw several other orders filled during this time and multiple sandwiches made, and they even asked me twice if I was still waiting. I simply hope theyll somehow find a way to make service a bit quicker for waiting customers in the near future.

Why do i keep going back... Just ordered a Cobb salad online hoping to get a better experience and an accurate order. Once again i have been left disappointed in the salad makers ability to read the instructions. I dont know how many salads i have ordered from the deli in the last 6 months. Every time i ask for no egg and extra cheese, every time i get a salad with EGG in it. Unless you have the time to sit there are work with the person making the salad, you may not get what you ask for. I think its time to start looking for another restaurant that can pay attention to detail.

Went in after the lunch rush was over. There was 1 chashiers at each of the 2 registers, was not greeted when waiting to order sp I didnt even know who to go up to. Women who took my order was rude kept talking to other employees while I was ordering so since she wasnt paying attention she had to ask me the same questions multiple times. Food was ok tasted like most of it came from a frozen bag and was warmed up.

Came in for a quick breakfast eat and there was only one other customer so one would think the service would be fast. Guess again. It took about 10 minutes just to get my bagel with cream cheese. That is not good when there are 6 employee and 2 customers. Was not even greater and had to ask for service. All this being said the bagel & cream cheese was outstanding.

Do yourself a favor and skip the Smiling Moose. The food is third-rate and way overpriced, and every time Im in there Im never even acknowledged, much less served, for at least 10-15 min while the super unprofessional girls behind the register talk and show each other stuff on their phones. Booooo

This place is GREAT!!! And yes, I shouted it. The Mountain Deli is the bomb and so good that you dont miss let alone think about beef. If you are craving, good deli sandwiches come here. Lets support this healthy alternative business in areas of the Denver thats down the street. Thumbs up guys.

Food is great especially if you are gluten free they have a lot of options! I definitely recommend the food! Smiling moose has always been a favore of mine for good sandwiches and grinders. The staff is the only issue and the Manager was obviously drunk on both occasions I went to this location.

I got the wildfire chicken. The lowest of quality processed chicken was piled high in all its rubbery grossness. Even if they used good chicken though, the mixture of other toppings was not a good choice. I have loved everywhere else we have eaten in Denver.

High quality food and cooking! These guys take the time to make sandwiches right. I highly recommend the turkey club! Note: It might take a little extra time for your order to come out, but thats because they dont just nuke the sandwich in a fast food oven.

We found the Smiling Moose as we received coupons while we were walking on the 16th St Mall. We LOVE the sandwiches. The Kickn Nashville chicken sandwich is soooo good. Service is terrific too. We will return again!

Not even open til 10 and closed on sundays. What kind of breakfast olace doesnt open til 10? I guess this one, good thing tho, i didnt waste my money on this garbage anyways.

Calm and peaceful down by MCA and Union Station. Food was awesome. I had the Mile-hi Thai and would recommend it if you love peanut sauce.
