Hoping they work out their kinks. Parents beware the table numbers given out: there are sharp metal spears under the colorful balls your kids will grab and try to pull off. My 20 month old came one inch from impaling himself in his eye. As an east coaster having lived near NYC and Jersey I can vouch that this is a valid attempt at replicating things but the fact that young Coloradoans are running things makes me not sure how successful it actually is. For example my prosciutto was clumped up in balls on the sandwich instead of spread out and neither me nor my carnivore husband could chew it without rearranging the meat first. They DO have the real deal paper coffee cups that I love and remember but itll take more than that to get my money.

Good variety of fresh sandwiches with quality ingredients. Nice, small, outdoor patio seating; great for people watching. Yummy and tender Short Rib Grilled Cheese. Also had The Frankie, but would have liked more cheese (maybe some fresh sliced Mozzarella in addition to the Burrata) and a little more seasoning. Light and refreshing cucumber salad. Farmers Market right outside on Sundays.

Im a big fan of their breakfast sandwiches! They serve Rosenbergs bagels for breakfast and make a variety of sandwiches for lunch. Im a fan of the fire starter (egg sandwich on jalapeño cheddar bread) during the AM, and the yard-bird (turkey and Swiss) for lunch!

One of my favorite local spots for a quick and enjoyable lunch. The meats and cheeses are quality- its hard to make a bad selection. Patio is great for Highlands Square people watching and relaxing in the sunshine.

A little bit pricey but definitely tasty! I had the cubano and it was great, the chicken parm looked really tasty too. Good location and will go back next time in the mood for a great sandwhich.

Great food. Terrible hours. How do they stay in business by not being open in the evening? Would come here often for a sandwich dinner after work but theyre always closed.

Our go-to for sandwiches. The bread is always fresh and they also have great sides. Havent tried the salads but they always look good. Would definitely recommend.
