blah :( WAY TO EXPENSIVE for the quality they serve... I went with a friend... her meal and a kids meal was 20 bucks! MINE WAS 11 WITHOUT A DRINK... all I got was a teriyaki burger and fries (NO DRINK she wouldnt let me get the combo- said everything has to be separate with the chicken burger)... eating that REALLY made me wish I saved my money... it was almost flavorless if the teriyaki sauce wouldnt have been so good...my friends chili cheese fries were gross. she threw them away. tasted like canned chili... seriously. Hormel canned chili... I could have gone to red robin for a burger... or save a few bucks and order carls jr... urg... ill never come back here.. we ordered skinny fries... they werent so skinny they looked regular to me? I thought they would be like the old fashioned type of skinny fries.. nope... I should have known- a place that empty was probably not that good.. usually I find great hole in the wall places .. this.. wasnt it...

The food was great, honestly. It was over priced, but whatever. When we got here, there were 3 people working and they argued over who had to come take our order. The phone started ringing, the lady walked over to it, waited 3 rings for the caller ID to come up and then walked away and let it ring. 1 other worker got here (no name tags, unfortunately) and actually worked. We got our food and the shakes took another 10 minutes because they dont leave numbers on the tables so theres no way of telling whos they are (the customers after us got our shakes and we had to wait for the next round). Most of the reviews are about how great the service is, so maybe we were just unlucky enough to get them at a bad time, but still. Not coming back here again.

I consider myself a burger officiando on burgers and Fatburger is what I compare others to. Ive been to all the other big chain burger joints and they or just mediocre or just down right suck especially if they get my order wrong (which happens a lot). Fatburger has never gotten my order wrong in all the years I have been going there (since the grand opening). The burgers are are always made with fresh beef as they are ordered and they have a big selection of toppings to customize your burger. I love the fries especially because they are always cooked fully and you can choose fat or skinny fries. The staff is friendly, competent, and keep the place clean. If youre hungry be sure to order the King burger.

I waited over 10 minutes for some fries and a shake. After complaints to the manager..she explains to me how steak fries take 8 mins to cook. Instead of apologizing for the poor service. Then she couldnt even give me a refund. Plus im here from Chicago and actually enjoy the brand. ..but this crap show needs some sprucing up. This happened 12/19/16 aurora co. Location between the time of 6:10 p.m. - 6:23 p.m....I mean really its my birthday too...THANKS CRAPPY MANAGEMENT AND POOR SERVICE FROM ALL THE LADIES WORKING TONIGHT...

Best burgers ever. Just by the way it looks your mouth is already tasting the burger the way they taste is painfully too good to not finish it and the amount it is just to satisfying. The first time I went I had a XXL hadnt payed attention to the description finished it because it was too good not to I have ordered a big ever since and told most of the people I know about it just that good. If I could give it more than the five I definitely would to this day it is my #1 pick for a nice juicy burger see the pictures

First off My boyfriend our sons and I ate there and we all got sick we couldnt even finish our food he was disgusting! A huge waste of money! I called to complain and the OWNER BART goes on to say he has never gotten a complaint it his 5 years of being open and all this other uncostomerservice like comments then said I dont know what to tell you but that it wont happen again. Needless today he was very rude very condescending and a very sad image of what an owner is.. Very disappointing

Small menu done pretty well. Food: Its pretty good, not the best burgers in town yet better then Red Robin and other places like that. Price: Fair for food quality. Customer Service: They automatically put our orders in different bags and asked us for names which was perfect! They were fun too. Will return: I think I will, not good enough to be a destination place but if Im in the area and feel like a burger itll be a place Ill come back too.

Went to get a burger with my wife and sign on the door says they close at 9 and it was 8:48pm and there doors were locked and the guy opened the door to tell me his manager said to close early. They we just taking an order from somebody that just had walked in a couple mins before us.Thats there loss on my business so we went to wing stop next door to them to eat.

One of the only Fatburger locations left. This place is comparable in price to places like Five Guys and Smash burger. I think out of the premium burger chains, this is my favourite. This location is always clean and service is fast enough for our lunch hour. They have a little of everything including chicken sandwiches and hot dogs as well.

Fresh and juicy burgers. The turkey burgers are our favorite and they take a bit longer to prepare, but oh so worth the wait. Staff us always pleasant and helpful from first time visitors. The juke box seems to be plating all of the 60s and 70s songs I love. Pull up a seat, grab some napkins, and your tray will be served at your table!

A burger joint. Not crazy expensive like the other reviews mention, but its not the dollar menu. Had an awesome burger (posted pictures) and a cool cashier. Although it did seem like we were interrupting a conversation the staff was having in Spanish, I didnt mind. They seemed like they were having fun at work and thats good to see.

I totally wasted my time going here. I paid $27 for Three chicken tenders and 2 fatburger meals. It had no seasoning, and was sloppily made. I would never go here again. Just horrible horrible horrible. Not to mention them charging $1 for cheese. If I got cheese it would of been $30. Not worth your money. Booooo!!! 10

Good music, good people, and an awesome burger. Sir at the counter and watch the fun while watching your order being prepared, our just kick back at a table and enjoy the good times. Clean and casual, this location is great for lunch or dinner while visiting the shops nearby.

Nothing special honestly. The fatburger tastes like any other burger, and they charge you $10 for the combo meal. Putting half a head of lettuce on a burger doesnt qualify it as fat to me. Id rather spend my money at Good Times, which gives you a bigger burger for much less.

You really cant go wrong here. When in doubt go with regular. Ive not had the XXL because I cant imagine what eating two pounds of burger is like. However its a great experience. Really good burgers, quick service, always the same people. Theyre doing it right.
