Been coming here for years for solid affordable food. Not really a fan of paying $9 a plate for small portions at chain restaurants. The location is run entirely by a family, and while it doesnt gleem, it is certainly kept clean. Ive shockingly only had breakfast in the 20-plus times Ive come here, but I see a large majority getting the burgers. I always get the breakfast burrito, which I recommend. The rest of breakfast is the regular fare which youd expect. In short, I can get a large breakfast for the whole family for around $25. The same meal would cost around $45 at IHOP or somewhere comparable.

We ve been coming here for over seven years throughout our marriage. Though the current owner is the former employee of the first owner the food is still great. Ive always ate the Gus Special Burger and i love it. Especially if your looking for that thousand island sauce thats usually found in southern california on burgers at places like Tommys and In n Out this place has it the only place in Denver where ive found southern california style burgers. The other negative review i really dont understand??? For $5 its way better then any McDonalds or Wendys burger for sure!

My husband bought me a pastrami burger from here. I can honestly say it was the worst burger I have ever had. The pastrami was so over peppered, the pepper was all I could taste of it. The tomato was clearly not ripe. It was almost white and very mushy. The beef patties were so dry and tasteless, the yellow lettuce had more flavor. The only good part of the burger was the bacon. I am never getting food here again. If my husband offers to get food from here again I will tell him I would rather eat my own shoe. No joke, it was that bad.

Ive been here once, and it was good, but subsequent visits have always been the same since: I would go in the afternoon, during when their website said they were open. As I approach the business, I see that they have lights on, and open signs turned on in their windows as well. However, both entrances are locked, nobody is inside the building from what I can tell, and their phones dont answer, wasting peoples time.

ive been going to NGL burger a lot since its next to my job. today i ordered a bacon cheese burger with everythinng on it as far as the basics of a burger. when i got it there was no bacon and it had mayo. the guy said i didnt ask for bacon and he didnt charge me. what kind of customer serive is that? he was unwilling to take care of a customer for his mess up. ill be finding business else where.

I ordered a simple burger with fries and drink for $5. Honestly a major fast food joint would have been SO much better. First they forgot my fries, second my soda was FLAT, and the burger itself was nothing special at all. A 2 year old could have made a better burger. Not to mention the manager was rude when I complained about them forgetting my fries. Dont waste your time and money here.

Went in on the recommendations of two people. Had the Gus Special. One of the tastiest burgers that I have tasted. Two patties, LTO. Fast and friendly service. A non pretentious place to have breakfast and burger. One of Auroras best kept secrets. Closed on Sunday.

Small business that deserves to be a franchise. They mainly serve Mexican food but they do have burgers, chicken nuggets an has a breakfast menu. It has 2 employees. The owner and the cook. I love going here to eat.
