I was floored. My husband and I were running errands and decided to stop for food. I pointed out the sign since we were in the plaza and we walked in. The place was simple, but very good as it felt relaxing. The cashier was helpful since it was our first time. We just ordered the Larkburger and the Truffle and Parmesan Fries. It was AMAZING. So much flavor and so filling. I barely managed to finish the burger and I could hardly touch the fries (though they were perfect). My husband and I are both very active and are hungry often, but we did not even think of food for a good five hours. Im sad we just decided to try it because we are moving out of state soon :/

We came in 4/22/16 2:30ish. The young woman at the register was extremely unhelpful. Tried to order a particular salad without chickpeas. "Our salads are pre-made, we cant do that". Ok...I guess I will get a house side salad....Can we just get oil or vinegar instead of the dressing? "No, we only actually dont have oil or vinegar, we have ranch, vinaigrette, and Cesar". I wasnt going to argue with her but I wont be coming back. I do wonder what the cook their food in if they dont have oil? I also wonder why they time to sing and joke with the 8+ employees in the back but cannot find time to make one salad. The burgers are good, but I can get a burger anywhere.

I ordered online back in September and the food was no way near ready when I arrived. Hadnt been back since so I thought Id give it another shot with an in person order. It was a little after 1 on a Thursday and they were NOT busy. I waited 20 minutes for a RARE tuna burger and then had to leave without it due to lunch hour time constraints. There were people waiting half an hour for their orders. The manager was rude and uncaring about the situation. When asked, the front order taker said it was crazy" today. The restaurant wasnt close to being full. Last trial for Larkburger. Ill drive a little further to the Skirted Hefer from now on.

I gave this place a second shot after feeling gross a year ago when I went here. I was sincerely disappointed, sadly again. Turkey burger was about same as frozen turkey paddies from Safeway, fries were soggy and dripping with grease. I got a small Turkey burger, small fries and a drink, for over $10.25! I choked it down, but I suggest please, save your money and dont go here. Bleck! Nasty! The turkey looked border raw as well.... I forgot to say, I waited like 20 minutes for this nasty meal and there was 3 parties (total 5 people) in entire store. Literally! Dont go here if youre in a hurry and be Prepared to wait a long time.

There arent many burger joints that have menu items that will please a group with a whole range of dietary constraints - meat lovers, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, and so on. The salads here are the best salads Ive ever had at a restaurant anywhere, hands down. The shakes are amazing. The burgers are good, edamame is good. The fries are sometimes really good and sometimes okay. I didnt care for the truffle fries but some love them. I havent tried the chili, etc. I think they sell a little bit of alcohol, too, for those that like that kind of thing.

I first visited this location a year ago and that visit was awesome. Burger, good, fries, good, ceasar salad with ahi good. Even had gluten free croutons! This year was a different story. The cashier had no idea what a gluten free crouton was, but did offer to prepare some. He then said it would take awhile. I passed. The place was clean and the burger and salad was ok but the Jalapeno slices were grease drenched and I wondered if they were actually gluten free, I forgot to ask. The fries were overdone and greasy. Sounds like a theme with this location. :0/

The food here continues to be pretty darn good, but when this place first opened and for the two years or so, the customer service matched! When they recently messed up an order, the took the food back and just added what they missed, which even if it isnt against code (and I think it may be), it is pretty tacky. I am not one for leaving sub par reviews, but I hope they get back to the same level of great service they once had. Jeremy though, who I believe was a cook, was quite fantastic, and was worth an extra

Incredibly over-rated by non-burger aficionados. Meat is bland and over-priced. Designed for high-brow socialites too snobby to eat normal fast-food but willing to pay 4 times the price for the same quality. Fries are pretentiously offered with low-grade truffle-oil. Minimalist interior with cruel seating. Claims Eco-Powered but outright lies and uses local energy grid. Try "The Famous, A SteakHouse" on Tejon for a decent burger experience.

best damn burger i have ever had. and they only use all natural ingredients so it feels good to eat right. and its not super expensive. you will spend the exact same amount at mcdonalds if you get whatever new premium burger they are slinging meal in all. also they serve Colorado Native beer. its awesome. super tasty. This place is killing it. i have had burgers in over 10 states from hole in the walls. to diners. this is by far my favorite

All 2 ounces of my portabello burger was delicious...too bad I was still starving to death after shoving down my $15 burger and shake. This place offers the most expensive, tiny portions I have ever seen. Inside was full of pretentious hipsters. Clerk running the cash register took my change assuming it was a tip (as if they dont get paid enough selling $10 burgers and shakes to chumps). This place sucks.

Usually our go-to place for non fast-food style burgers with GF options. Recent visits have been more than disappointing though. Not sure if its new staff, new management, or what, but the appeal of going there has quickly faded. Most recent visit included a cashier who needed our order repeated several times, he also tried to hand us someone elses order, and our "medium-well" burgers were barely cooked.

It was good, but I went in with very high expectations. I appreciated how natural everything was, it just didnt blow me away. I dont like very thin and crispy fries, which they are, and the burger didnt really have any wow factor. Not bad at all, and the ambiance was great, just too many better places to rate it any higher. Worth a visit for sure, not really dying to get back though.

Good burgers, good shoestring fries. They serve coke products, oskar blues beer, new Belgium beer, xing tea, etc. The chocolate milkshake was nothing special. Lots of neo-hippie food choices such as truffles, Edamame, and gluten free buns. Compostable cups, silverware, and straws. I asked for extra GMO, but they only chuckled. There is also a small outside patio seating area.

Called in to order multiple times but no one answered phone. Finally ordered when I arrived in store. Burger is ok - nothing too special - better than typical fast food though. However, it isnt very filling which is the biggest turn off. For the same amount of money I could get Chipotle or Qdoba and get much more food.
