Redeemed. My family and I were really excited that there was a new BBQ restaurant in town, especially one that served chicken and waffles, but our 1st visit was not very good (it was about a month ago).. I won’t go into that rant, if you want to read it you can look through the reviews and find it. After leaving my review on Groupon, I still so disappointed that I decided to use their contact us option on their webpage to tell them just how upset I was. Within hours, I received a personalized response from Joseph not only apologizing for my experience, but he offered me a free replacement meal if we were willing to give them a 2nd chance. So, we decided to take the chance and ordered dinner. I am very glad to be able to say that this meal was VERY different from our first meal with them. They had each item that we ordered, and nothing was over or under cooked, and everything was more meat than fat. My chicken and waffle was delicious, the meat spud got high marks from my son and my husband enjoyed the hot link very much. Unfortunately, my youngest son said his hot link was too hot for his taste (but that was his taste buds and no fault of the sausage), and he was happy to help me finish my chicken and waffle. I was very pleased and I am very glad to say that they, did indeed, redeem themselves. We will be back.

From out of town and stopped By to a sign that said closed due to cleaninh only open through drive through which is very irritating because you really wanted to sit down and eat since we had a long trip even use my Groupon coupon that I had but well we took the food home I was still missing macaroni the fries were cold and my catfish wasnt even half as much as I thought it would be ended up getting food poisoning this morning I threw up which was the actual catfish pieces made my stomach upset when I called her back to the place the manager said that he would go ahead and give us the macaroni back when we go by were about 30 minutes away and really hurt just to go back for macaroni he said next time we visit discount which is really just a waste of money going back all the way over there just to get a 10% maybe 20% discount he should have really just said Ill go ahead and replace those meals for you but he maybe needs a little bit more Management training I am a manager to Subway and I expect my customers leave happy and or return for a happy deal ...wont be returning here

After reading all these reviews I am wondering how safe it is to eat here. I ordered a few months ago and the ribs were so overcooked and chard I couldnt eat them. My sides were also wrong. I tried calling and I got a cell phone that woulndt let me leave a message. Finally the manager contacted me and made it right so, I ordered again a few days later. The ribs were so juicy and thick with a great smokey flavor. So decided to order again tonight and once again dry, chard, thin ribs that are not edible and my side was wrong. Tried calling again and same thing - cell phone with a "full mailbox". Called Grubhub and they were also unsuccessful with contacting them as well. I cant give them anymore chances. Its a shame because when its done right its amazing! My guess is one of the cooks needs training or to lose his job. AND they need a real land line with someone taking calls ... I had to look up photos to make sure this was an actual restaurant. Very unprofessional.

The food was very blah. The ribs tasted of just smoke on their own, not a specific type of smoke just the most generic smoke flavor like as if it came from a liquid smoke product rather than woods. The fried chicken was had some spices but was again just generic ones. The meat was all cooked through, not over cooked or under cooked. The meat was also not fall off the bone soft note was it rubbery. In all it was bland and mediocre which felt soulless. It was like what I would expect if McDonalds was a BBQ place. I have it two stars because the food was edible and servers were pleasant so it really wasnt a one star place but honestly if I want mediocre BBQ the chains places are even less generic and there are many better local places in the metro area that are worth the extra drive to get to.

Worst first experience, I will never order from here again. I ordered through grub hub and my order was missing quite a few things. Tried calling Blaze bbq and soul food and no answer went straight to voicemail and the voicemail was full so you couldnt leave a message. Called grub hub who had the same problem. Ordered 2 peach cobblers and a pecan pie, 2 sodas and a potatoe salad that were missing. Blaze called to mention they were out of corn bread, but would replace it with garlic bread that was not that great. My poor son ordered the rib and it was charred burnt he couldnt eat it. I tried it and couldnt get the burnt charred taste out of my mouth for awhile. I will never try this place again. The only positive thing I would say about this place is the fried chicken was not disappointing.

This place is awesome. We came in on a Saturday night. They close at 9 PM, so I called earlier in the day and asked if they would stay open a little past nine in case our bowling league ran a tad late. They said no problem, I emailed my orders to them and at 9:05 PM we walked in and they were finishing up. The food is awesome. Fresh fried catfish, with the right amount of seasoning, the best fried catfish Ive ever eaten in Colorado. Red beans and rice were excellent, brought the wings home and tried a couple, good quality chicken as well. My brother loved the mac and cheese and the ribs. The peach cobbler was excellent. We will definitely be back. A nice small spot in Aurora with a friendly staff that you should support. Thanks for taking care of us.

I tried Blaze House BBQ for the first time today. I was in the mood for some BBQ and I noticed that they were not too far from my house. Today is Saturday, and there were a lot of people there. I figured the food must be excellent. The service was good, people were very friendly. However, it took over an hour for my food to come out. Once we got our food, we were offered a free dessert which was very nice. I got home and our food was just ok. The greens were not the best to me. They had a weird, sweet flavor. I had fried chicken tossed in bbq sauce. It was just ok. I was hoping for an authentic BBQ chicken from the grill, but they didnt have that. The cake was the bomb though! The fries were good as well. The food was just ok, not great.
