Update: Last couple visits have been great. No more overwhelming sauce. Great meat flavor. Back to being my favorite in the area. Update: Broken Bones had been my favorite and I always get the burnt ends. The last couple times havent been the same. Theyre no longer smokey. Theyre more just cooked and the last time, half of them were pulled like pulled pork, not cubes or "ends". The big trouble is theyve been sauced and had much cayenne pepper or something like it. They looked kind of orange with all that on it, and were very spicey. With that much cayenne, you cant taste the meat at all. Its like grocery store taco meat. Ill keep trying but this has been disappointing. Broken Bones is fantastic! Every visit has been legit and for now, Id call it best in the Springs area. Youd never think so being that its in a strip mall. They have burnt ends, which have been very consistent per my visits. One time, I had my wife grab a batch of them, heated them the next day at work and passed them out. They were top notch, great in flavor (right amount of great rub & smoke) and very tender. The ribs & brisket have been quite good every time as well. The sides menu has been a little generic, but in fairness thats not why Id go anyway. If I have poor visits, Ill change this review but for now, theyre my favorite.

We worked with Broken Bones BBQ when catering our wedding in September 2016 at Younger Ranch. Randy was very thorough in his planning as well as suggestions and portions for everyone. There was just enough leftovers, but not an overwhelming amount. Everyone was very extremely impressed with the quality of the food and service that Broken Bones provided. Randy and his team fulfilled the duties that I had specified to Randy for the day of our wedding. My only gripe: We had arranged with Broken Bones the day before the wedding to deliver specific items for the reception. Some of these items were not used as specified during the reception. EX: we purchased bowls for the baked beans (per Broken Bones request), and only a small portion of these bowls were utilized at the candy bar. It was frustrating returning home to a plethora of bowls that should have been utilized for baked beans.

This is currently the best bbq in town. Their sauces are amazing (you should try the mustard sauce with the brisket!...)! Noticably friendly & knowledgeable staff. Better than other places with taste. Spotless dining area. Great place if someone wants BBQ in a pinch. The 1 drawback I did find? Expect to pay above average price, for WAY above average food (compared to other places in town). But even that, Imagine the cost per hour of your time to make bbq. How Much is your time worth? *the last time I got ribs, they were a bit dry, and had little to no meat. This is 1 exception to multiple visits, and I suspect that it was only becsuse it was closing time.

Accueil glacial, personnel très désagréable et impoli, odeur nauséabonde ne donnant pas envie dy gouter, propreté des lieux plus que douteuse. Suis partie sans chercher à commander. Gros changements à faire.. Vraiment trop glauque.. A éviter à tout prix..

Over priced and the quality was low. I had the small rib combo and Im happy I ordered an extra side, Cole slaw and baked beans, because there is no way one would be satisfied with the amount received. $9.95 Ranch dressing seasoning does not belong in cole slaw and the beans tasted like barely altered canned beans. I understand the rib combo is just two ribs but dont give someone the butt end of the rack where they are three inches long. Extremely disappointed. First and last visit.

Great local BBQ! Diners Drive-Ins and Dives should do a spot on this place. The Sausage and Brisket are sooo flavorful, especially with their store-made spicy barbecue sauce. The spicy cole slaw is tasty, southern, and unique. The beans are sweet and soulful. Dad is from N.Carolina, knows his BBQ and asks to go to Broken Bones everytime he comes to visit. Be sure to order the Cobbler for dessert. It is a "Blue Ribbon" recipe and a sure bet.

I was disappointed. I tried the pulled pork and ribs with baked beans and cole slaw. The pulled pork was good and moist but lacked a little flavor. Tried adding the original bbq sauce but it tasted like I was just adding maple syrup. The ribs were good, moist and slightly flavorful. The baked beans and cole slaw probably would have been good other than they were too spicy hot and not really flavorful.

Ribs had a good amount of fat and were perfectly cooked. Pulled pork was average but with BBs great variety of sauces was delicious. Sweet potato fries were perfect but coleslaw needs a little more tang to complement the mustard and spicy sauces. Service was appropriate for an "order upfront" place though I recommend dining in the restaurant so you can take full advantage of the sauces.

They had me at fresh fried okra! The thing I didnt like was that the blonde female staff member wearing short shorts bent over, FAR OVER, in a very inappropriate manner over the counter from the patroon area to grab something from behind the counter exposing her backside and other things in full view to my family including to my teen boys! So much so I edited my post.

BB has a good feel. I had the brisket sandwich and I thought the meat was marginal: little tough, no flavor. The saving grace of this restaurant is the variety of sauces they make in house, which I had to use a lot of. A secondary hit is that the combo is a pretty steep price and doesnt include beverage. If Im paying $10, I hope Im not spending more for a drink.

Fantastic!! Meats are delicious and so tender! The fried okra is crisp not soggy and is very good. Variety of sauces but my favs are the hickory and spicy with hickory being the top choice. They have sweet tea and unsweet tea and the usual coke products plus vintage soft drinks. Well worth a trip there anytime. Prices are also quite reasonable.

Food was very good. Staff was very nice. Clean. "smoke" flavor was excellent. Sauces were a nice selection and about a B+. Price was a killer. I am not a fan of two small helpings of brisket and pulled pork with a small side of under cooked potato salad and drink for $15.00. That seems awfully pricey for about 5 oz of meat. BUT, was very good.

Our agency used Broken Bones BBQ for a client appreciation event and the catering was well above expectations. They were on time, courteous and made sure we had what needed including extra warmers to the product for later in the day. I would highly recommend them for any special event or party. The food was fresh and so very tasty!

Have eaten this BBQ a few times at events, I have been extremely underwhelmed by it. The briskit is SO charred that youll be tasting that campfire taste for hours afterward. Its also so overcooked that it no longer has any meaty texture anymore. The potato salad is good though...

The service was good, food came out fast and hot. The food is really over priced I got a 2 meat combo it was 11.00 plus a drink so 14.00 Then had to add on another side for 2.25 ugh. I can get all of that as a combo for 12.00 at bird dog BBQ. It also tastes better there.
