The slowest taco bell I have EVER been to, take your name and give you a number with every order but then the staff auctions off orders and asks customers waiting over and over again what they ordered. I waited for a bean burrito and 5 taco supremes for 20 minutes. A young lady waiting with the rest of us on her break from Target waited her ENTIRE lunch break for her order and did not have time to eat it. It is so disappointin that this the only taco bell in my area because Taco Bell is my favorite food. I chose to go to sonic this evening because the service is fast, friendly, and correct. Sorry Taco Bell on Sloans Lake you have lost my a loyal customer.

This is an absolutely fantastic Taco Bell. I often head south of the border for a triple dose of loaded taco burritos. If you havent had one, you are missing out, mi amigo. Its essentially a crunchy taco supreme, lovingingly massged into a warm pillowy flour tortilla for only 1.49. We are talking crisp shredded lettuce, fresh tomatoes, a double dose of juicy ground beef, sour cream and crunchy taco strips. The service is always fast and dished up with smile. This aint your average abuelas bocadillo, this is the absolute truth.

The employees must constantly be huffing gas in there to run this restaurant as poorly as they do. Theyve gotten my order wrong every single time Ive come through, and the last time, they got it wrong three times in a row. They even repeated it back to me correctly the third time then handed me the same wrong thing they had given me the time before that. This place is either managed by fifth graders or third-world tribesmen that still wipe with their hands. I took all my business to the one on Wadsworth.

Waited in line for too long then I see a hand written sign on order screen saying no ice..? Thats a new one! Told to wait one moment before placing order then when I finally get to the window and 2 young girls are just chatting and didnt greet me or repeat the total. She just took my card, swiped, handed it back and kept talking. Im disgusted with this Taco Bells service! Really got to clean up your staff and the wait times. Be honest...when was the last time you went ANY WHERE and they ran out of ice..?

Poor service!!!! I went through drive through, had missing product. Got home food was so greasy we didnt eat it. Called the restaurant was put on hold for 20 min . I was still on hold when I got back to the restaurant. Called the store manager just be told that she wont be back till thur. Her daughter was in the hospital. Called area Manger no response. Not suprised the worst food experience yet!!!!

Your cook(s) need to learn portion control. I had a bunch of whatever fall on me from my burrito. That or, your burrito wrapping game is weak son. Otherwise, it was OK taste wise. They didnt put sour cream on my taco supreme. They must not like giving out sour cream. And service was OK. I think I interrupted their cleaning. Cuz they werent enthused to grab my order. Lol.

this place is right across sloans lake.. i live on 38th thats lik 7 or so blocks away 2 min drive.. got home and pulled a taco and alll the meat feel through.. couldnt eat it.. none of the supremes had sour cream and my double decker taco had globbbbsssss of beans ! i should get my 11 bucks back andd a hole new experience with Tbell!!!

I put this on my momma that Ive never been to such a slow fast food place. I worked at taco bell before and theyre suppose to give at least free cinnamon twists for taking 30 min to roll a dam bean burrito. I hope this place goes out of business so I can have something more useful near my neighborhood. 0/5 stars if I could.

Even if I came at the last minute to get some food, they still had a great attitude about it and always made everything fresh. And Not only was a fresh but everything tasted great too. One of the only fast food places carries out this kind of business. Plus theyre the only place thats really open this late surprising.

Always rude. This time, I say thank you- the kid snickers and says yeah. They rarely make the order correctly. Their posted open and closed times are incorrect. Theyre open when they feel like. Sometimes theyll just be closed for an entire day with the sign saying there was a scheduling issue. I mean seriously?

WORST TB EVER!!! Always takes forever, the people who work there are so rude, they never apologize for the wait, they never say thank you, sometimes they dont even greet you. Plus theyre out of stuff all the time. How you guna run out of chicken, and Mex pizza, and flat bread, AND ice?? Get it together!!

The worst experience I have had at a Taco Bell in a long time period 25 freaking minutes to get through the drive-through period then my order was and even correct and the customer service was not even close to being up to par period drive a little further down the road and go to a different one

I get it, people working at a fast food restaurant dont give a F.. but come on man. How do I sit here for 20mins on a Sunday and havent even ordered yet. Def in top 5 worst Taco Bells in the area. I should take the hint and not eat here. Slowest Taco Bell in history...wow!

Really wanted a quick bite to eat after a long day of work. Your website stated that your drive thru is open until 4AM. One of your employees has their car parked in front of the drive thru so no one can go in. I am extremely disappointed

Great Taco Bell, Food was fresh was a hot day so I ate inside. Food was hot and I tried the new Naked Nachos and those were great. Friendly staff and quick service which is rare to find in the fast food industry now days.

Sadly, last night was the second night I went here to find a "closed early" sign on the drive thru menu. Isnt the entire reason of going to a Taco Bell for the late night cravings? Dont bother trying to go here late.

Fast service most of the time, but the trnd to mess up on orders and you have to go back to correct it. So i would be happy if the slowed down the service to make sure the orders are correct the first time

After 10, theres always a line out through the parking lot. They are consistent in getting orders wrong, because whos going to wait in that line again. Right now there are at least 12 cars in line.

The food is ok. But be prepared to repeat your order multiple times and still have them get it wrong. Youre better off driving to a different Taco Bell. Itll save time and help keep you sane.
