What happened to my Einsteins? My hubby and I ordered two bagels and coffee. When we opened the bagels we saw that we had less than a normal smear. As I walked back in from the patio tables and chairs a customer chimed in that it had happened to them. I asked the prep person if this was a new commany policy. She apologized and threw them out. As she cut two new bagels I asked that she credit those back and sell me the $6 dozen special and that way I can buy cream cheese tubs and get the amount that I wanted. I told her I wanted 3 of each - poppy, cinnamon raisin, cranberry and blueberry. Grabbed my tubs and walked over to the cash register where a cashier credited me the original 6 order and charged me 13 for what I thought was a box of bagels and two tubs of cheese. I grabbed the bag and went out front . We are our poppy bagels and I didnt ck the bag until I went to put the cream cheese in there. I saw that there were only 6 bagels in the bag. I walked in and said hey Im missing four of my bagels. They went to the back and the "manager" came out to tell me I already made one change, that I didnt ask for the special and that 30 minutes had gone by. I told her I was eating my bagels! - she said "too bad" and that she wouldnt help me - I WONT BE BACK!

My mom ordered a dozen bagels and told the gentleman to include 3 sesame bagels. She wasnt watching him and when she got home she found poppy seed instead. She called the store and only wanted them to let know the associate might need to know the difference. The woman that answered said he had been there a long time and knew the difference between poppyseed and sesame seed. She went on and basically told my mother it was her fault. Service is bad but bagels are good.

I recently placed an order at this location and the entire thing was messed up. I received the wrong sandwich, did NOT receive a bagel I ordered, and upon returning to get it, was told I never ordered it. The manager took my order, advised me I was wrong, and said that I would have to wait 20 min. to get what I ordered. Being in customer service, I have never recieved such poor treatment and horrible service. I will never return and will encourage others not to as well.

I am now officially done with Einstein Bagels!! First off, I quite going to the Kipling Wheat Ridge location because of their poor hygiene and getting the sandwiches wrong more than once! So I decided to try the one at Wadsworth. Well this morning I get home with my food and they gave me the wrong sandwich too!! I give up!! Its been over 4 trips to this place and still not one South West wrap!! How can people be so incompetent?

After seeing an average 3 star review, I set my expectations somewhat low. There were other Einsteins in the area with much higher reviews, but this one was closer... There were three of us in the car and they messed up a couple minor things; cheese when we asked for no cheese, pickle when we asked for chips, and there was no almond milk. All in all, the shoe fits, three stars. They did remake the sandwitch for us.

Corporate office needs to audit how they make the sandwiches and retrain, they are clearly not up to the brands standard. Poor value - small, sad lox sandwich with cream cheese spread so thinly as if they didnt have enough left and were conserving for the rest of the morning. Surely they werent running low on plain cream cheese. Disappointed I drove out of my way thinking einsteins is at least consistent.

I am enjoying my bagel even though I wasnt asked if I wanted it toasted. Turns out that was the least of my concerns. As I see several employees constantly wiping their noses and whoa...was that a bagel thrown by an employee into a busy dining room?!? Yes and now same employee goes over to visit her tatooed boyfriend...maybe he likes food being thrown at him but I prefer simple manners.

I have been to this place 5 times now. 5. I have had to drive to the other side of town because they never have what I want to order. They close an hour before every other Einsteins in town. And they always make me feel like I am inconveniencing them by being there. I have been to bagel places all over the US. This is by far the worst one I have ever been to!

Went there at 12pm and they close at 4pm. None of the drip coffee was made and there were only maybe 2 bagels to choose from. Wish they had a closed sign up if they didnt want I be opened. Also there was an employees girlfriend just hanging out in there staring at us awkwardly. It was a uncomfortable arnvironment to say the least.

I love einstein bagels. But $5 for one breakfast sandwich? In the middle of the great recession? I can get a double cheeseburger, fries and a PBR for $5 at multiple non-corporate restaurants because these places seem to realize a large % of the population might be up on hard times. Great taste spoiled by greed.

Expect to wait way to long for a bagel. If you are in a hurry do not go here. I have waited over 20 minutes on a couple occasions and almost always 10 minutes on a Saturday. Also, on a Tuesday morning...I had to wait for a "hate to wait" bucket. Food is average, service terrible.

The portion size of salmon, tomato and onion that is served with their lox bagel is laughable. I asked the kids behind the counter to remake my bagel, and they glopped on an absurd amount of cream cheese. The man working the register was very friendly.

Extremely cranky employees make it depressing to come here. Have been here several times but treated rudely every time even though I try so hard to smile and be pleasant. Literally had my order shoved into my hand last time. Not worth coming back.

They dident have change for a 50 on an 10 dollar order, and there was bugs in the sugar for my cofee, the staff were kind of inept and fooling around in the back.... will not return They cant even cut a bagel right.... actually angry

Went this morning during a blizzard and was surprised to find that two workers were not only there, but smiling as I walked in! Made my Tasty Turkey with no tomato just like I asked, and were really polite. Thanks guys!
