So I went there on a Friday night with a friend and her daughter, and we were absolutely stunned at the delay. I ordered from the kiosk and she ordered at the counter as an experiment to see who would get their food faster. The surprise answer was neither of us. There were 6 teenage kids in the kitchen. There were no other patrons before, during our order, or after our order for about another 10 minutes, yet it took them 20 minutes to get our order ready. Unfricking believable. I was keeping my eye on the drive through too, I think they only had 3 normal size orders during this time. They seemed to be walking around in chaos, losing orders, and not that many to lose. It was crystal clear the manager was nowhere in sight. It was also VERY telling that a previous patron that had been waiting, right as we were finishing placing our order, came up and grumpily asked them when the order would be ready...who knows how long he and his wife were waiting. We then saw a whole big group come in, and they also were ALL made to wait for long periods for their orders. HELLO MANAGER. If you slack off and dont show up for YOUR shift, you will lose customers like crazy. You OBVIOUSLY didnt train your staff BEFORE you took the night off. Screw you.

DO NOT EAT HERE. The staff are rude, mess up more orders than they get right & dont even take responsibility when they screw up. The food made me want to throw up, and I can take just about anything. The landwhale that took our order tried to lie and argue her way out of trouble (trying to say she read back our order for confirmation, which she did not, and trying to use being new as an excuse, which it is clearly not as she would have gone through POS training), even causing my father--who I have NEVER known to be rude to any service employee--to start yelling at her from sheer frustration. Thankfully the manager (who looked like he hadnt showered for a month) fixed the order and comped a shake. Which is still sitting in the fridge while I decide whether I trust it. Also--for whatever reason, they removed the order kiosk, which had it been there would have at least ensured our order was correct, pretty sad that a machine can do the fronts job better and faster. This hole needs to be SHUT DOWN. EDIT: Also, the 5 star reviews are probably employees. Do not trust them. Also found a bug in my shake.

Beware if you want to dine in. They seem to close at odd hours, i.e. during the day, and only do drive thru. Husband and I went recently and there was a hand written sign on the door stating the lobby was closed and they are only doing drive thru. I asked why they are closed and they said they were short-staffed... there were only 3 people working. Is it really that much work to have guests eat in the dining in area? There werent many drive thru customers either so it cant be too much work to man the counter and drive thru window. Ive seen it done at other places. This same thing happened at other Jack in the Boxes in town and Im beginning to wonder if its the same manager who owns these stores. The other times I just left to take my business elsewhere. I know its just fast food, but sometimes I want to take my time and eat in. Were not all content with stuffing our faces behind a steering wheel.JITB is far from where I live, but at this point I wont make a special trip because it might just be closed. I feel like I cant rate this locations food because Ive never gotten a chance due to their closures.

Bad service, slow, out of everything. I could handle being out of one soft drink, but being out of literally 5 different syrups for 5 different drinks? Okay, thats fine, right, Ill find something else, stuff happens. On to the sauces, no cups to put them in, again, thats fine, guess Ill grab a napkin and dump it on there. Try that, every single sauce is out. Well f me. Food comes out, whatever, brushed everything aside. Meat is chewy like it was from earlier in the day. Fantastic. Then to top it off the employees were just hangning around us while we were getting condiments, her name was "yvonne" I believe. More interested in closing their store on time than helping us or serving us. Each of these little insignificant things would have been fine on their own (although completely unacceptable) but when you start adding up little tiny things they make it the worst experience ever. Jack in the box, new customer service is about the whole experience, and EVEN as a fast food restaurant every little thing counts.

I understand this store is under new management. When you a having people working for that are undermining your efforts is bad new. My story goes I came to your store one morning around 5:45 and ask for a large decafe coffee. The girls where so nice they said sure we go we have a case in the back. I thought great cause before you did not have that. Later in the week one of my co workers was going over I ask her to get me a large decafe. They told her you dont have that. It was around 11:30 or so since she goes almost every day there. She goes to the drive through. I think you should know what your people are doing. You dont need them working there if this is how they are. It is not a way to increase business. I just think you should know. Thank you

They are really hiring from the bottom of the barrel at this location. We just sat in line behind another car for several minutes. Nothing was happening. The customer in front of us said "hello" to the microphone several times with no response. We finally had to call these people from the drive thru to ask if it was open and to let them know there was a line of cars piling up. The bonehead who answered the phone actually tried to argue with me about whether or not anyone was out there. These are the kind of people who think they deserve $15 per hour to do nothing but fail at the simplest possible tasks.

OMG OK I was not ever going to come back here but i was running out of time so i went and took another chance hoping that all will go well. I order the other night 10 tacos and some fries. The employee Ariel was amazing had me in and out super quick and the food was amazing hot and super good plus she explained that they were short handed so she was very apologetic if it takes her a while to get my order which it didnt and it was busy and man was my food on point. Wow that location needs more employees like this just outstanding. Now i am definitely going back there because of that customer service.

This is the worst establishment I have ever gone to. It takes FOREVER for them to fulfill an order if you go insaide(never gone through the drivethru). Ive been here 4 times to give them a chance and I will never go here again. The last time I was here it took them at least 10 mins to even start taking orders from 5 people on the line inside, then another 15 to give me my food. Im sorry but I cant spend 25 mins waiting on a burrito that should take less then 7 to order and be on my way when Im heading to work. The store near Kipling and I-70 is much better.
