I wish I could give 0 stars. I was so excited to try this new location out, sonI took my fiancée and his family to eat breakfast and had the worst experience ever! All but 1 meal came out (after about 45 mins waiting to begin with) and that meal didnt come out until everyone else was about finished eating! To top it off we asked for condiments multiple times and she forgot every time! Our waitress "Mimi" seemed to be either high or she just wasnt sure on what she was doing! She left her dirty tray with a coffee pitcher on our table the whole time! Pretty gross! The couple that was sat in front of us, left due to the water tasting bad and hair in the ladys OJ. Good thing Mimis co-worker, Josh was on top of everything we would have sat there forever with no service. I will not return to ANY IHOP location after today.

Wonderful experience our waiter umer was spectacular, The food was wonderful service was great the experience of our overall with our server was the best, the manager Heather was also wonderful as well. Are server went out of his way to make sure we were doing good and everything was perfect. he even took our order without writing it down, then read it back to us, everything was perfect came out perfect even brought us extra coffee we never had to ask for anything. it was just such a great experience I even bought a gift card for friends and family to come back enjoy it. This was the location in Broomfield store 1830 these two people definitely deserve a good pat on the back or even a bonus.

I went here this morning with my husband and two small children. After eating finally (waitress forgot half the order) my kids were getting a bit restless from sitting a long time. There were alot of people in line to pay so instead of disturbing the whole restraunt with crying kids we left money on the table and walked out,only to have the manager chase me down in the parking lot in front of groups of people to ask me where my ticket and money was. I told him I left it on the table including a tip. Needless to say he made me come back in until he made sure I paid and didnt even say anything, just gave me a thumbs up. screw you!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I was very impressed with my upbeat waiter and the general experience I had at this location. I just ate at a very expensive restaurant a few days earlier and didnt receive even close to the quality or service I received at this ihop location. I was blown away at how nice the waiter was. He brought out my pancakes with a big smile on them made from whipped cream and he also had a big smile. Even when he brought the bill, it was folded like oragami, which really surprised me, because he put just that little extra something into what he was doing.. if only more people in the service industry were like that that!

My family and I just left this establishment. For the 2nd time our kids did NOT eat free as stated on their signs. My BLT was DISGUSTING and soggy as were the fries which I found a hair in. Our server, Chandler, was wonderful. Whoever the woman is the took our money though must have thought I was an idiot. She supposedly took off my BLT and our kids ate free but our ticket only went from 42 to 32. There is NO way an omelet and 2 drinks cost $32.00. We will NEVER eat here again and I will personally make sure that if I see someone going there to let them know what a joke this place is!!!!!

terrible management! dont ever go here. our waitress was on break and had not given us the check. the check couldnt be separated. our friends ( a couple) had to leave a bit early and wanted to pay for their share at the counter. Renee the current manager (balding guy) told my friends to never come back after theyve paid. his response was that they were supposed to have a check already in order to pay. rude service! my friends just wanted to pay and leave quietly. there was no need for such terrible management! we will never come here again!

Best IHOP ever! Fast service, super friendly and helpful staff,and great food! We went in at about 7:30 on a Saturday expecting to have a lengthy wait to be seated and get our food. We were seated within 5 minutes of walking in, served drinks right away and our food arrived within 15 minutes of ordering. All the wait staff made sure we were always taken care of. We never ran too low on drinks and like I said the food was phenomenal. This is definitely my favorite IHOP from now on!! Thank you for such amazing service!

Highly dont recommend this place. Not worth the money. I ordered a strawberry Nutella crêpe to go. When I went to pick it up, the cashiers attitude was not friendly. Instead of handing my food over after I had payed, she went to gossip with her coworkers and I had to reached over the counter to get my food. When I got home, I opened the box and only saw two strawberries and on top of that, my crêpe barely had any Nutella. It was more like a plain crêpe. It was badly burn and hard to eat.

Great food, and fast. Service is a whole different story. I had to get my own silverware and syrup. Our server Bianca was incredibly rude, enough where I could not enjoy the great food because she had me so upset. When leaving getting up to the register no acknowledgement just hand out for payment. All around is getting treated horrible for great food worth it? NO IT ISNT WORTH IT. I could go somewhere else and get both.

An excellent restaurant, food is great all the time. Service people are well trained, very helpful and never have to wait too long to be served. The manager is well versed in providing a very nice atmosphere. Our favorite breakfast order is: the Waffle Combo. We order blueberries to be mixed with the batter before grilling instead of the blueberry glaze on top. Hummmmm. Try this place for a great meal.

We were there on a day that school was cancelled due to the snow. We had snow removal to do and stopped here for a quick bite. It was fast, friendly and had the best waiter ever! Nathaniel. He could tell we were working and sent us on our way with two ihop-n-go cups. What a great idea he had and a very kind gesture. We need more Nathaniels in the world. We greatly appreciate him! Will definitely come back!

The food was great as usual. I never have any Isues with this pace. Great breakfast options, even for the little ones. This last visit I felt rushed out the door. As soon as we were seated the hostess was asking us what we would like to drink before we even had a menu. She was offering to get us refills before we even took a sip and 10 minutes later was already bringing the check.

tried calling in an order for 30 minutes and the phone was busy the entire time. cmon, least you could answer and say your too busy to take an order. drove to ihop as to why no one wants to answer phone. was told phone was off hook all day!!!!. (maybe she meant ph RINGING off hook all day) went across street to jack in box and all was well. maybe ihop needs 2 lines??
