When we first started going to Red Robin it was great! However service has gone downhill. Wait times have increased. One time we waited about 30 minutes for our order. The servers seem a little overworked...nothing against them, its just the way things are set up. The way the whole place is run needs to get a little more efficient, especially when it is more crowded. They will make a great impression when they step up their game when it is crowded.... When the servers are late however, they know and give some extra fries. This unfortunately has become the norm. We will still keep going because its one of the only nice places to take the family in Woodland, just 3 miles away from where we live. We just hope we go at a time where its not too busy. The food is good enough...on a good day its 4 stars. On a bad day its 3 - some days the fries came a little cold...but the servers once again know and back it up by bringing in fresh fries. The kids like it...

NEVER AGAIN. Besides the poor service our waitress Lyndsey provided, the food was horrible. I ordered appetizers and she felt the need to change the amount I ordered because SHE thought we needed more food to share. Thats fine, but Im not going to pay that difference and she was "offended" when I asked her to fix it. Also I had to keep calling for her because she never even bothered to look at us or ask if our food was ok after we received it.... which it wasnt because we literally got sick right after we ate it. Never got the refill we ask for and when I first got there and asked for her opinion about the flavor on the appetizer she decided to change, she gave me a really smart alec response. She was lucky my friend and I even tipped her the ammount she credited our check for the horrible service she provided. I know the food was not her fault but her customer service was.

Had an absolutely lovely waitress.... ordered the fish n chips....and coffee. She apologized for not having any creamer for me to use....only milk. Not her fault. So I ordered hot tea instead. The fish was very nice.... hot and crispy... the fish itself, very tender. The fries.....were old and cold. Quite a disappointment. Yes, I could have asked for new ones.... but I dont usually complain while Im in a restaurant.... not liking the horror stories Ive heard about things done to food sent back!! I do wish I had mentioned this to the waitress before I left... so she can be on the look-out. She was wonderful and does not deserve poor quality food for her patrons. The place was not overly crowded...so that was not a factor.

Lol omfg this place is so random. I ordered a burger and the ONLY thing i changed was switching it to a turkey burger instead of a cow burger. Got the turkey burger, minus any if the other toppings except lettuce. The cooks here arw HILARIOUS. See my first review (below) for further anecdotal evidence. Best restaurant ever. The weirdest thing happened. Our table got a side of sliced lemon that no one ordered, and the kitchen somehow mixed up marinara and teriyaki sauce and gave us spaghetti with teriyaki. Very weird. Maybe everyone was high?

Really gone down hill and lost any effort at attempting quality. Red Robin used to be a quality large burger type of place. Now tonight we got an over cooked and completely unseasoned burger. Why ask if you still want a little pink if youre just going to cook it to death anyway. And zero seasoning on meat? Might as well have just stuck cardboard in there. Fries were also a mix of cooked OK or burned to death, all were cold, and all had zero seasoning of any kind. Couldnt get out of there fast enough and hope not to go back.

I usually come here around 5pm on the weekdays & we always get seated immediately. If you dont have kids with you and are over 21, ask to be seated in the 21 & over area! The family-friendly area gets pretty loud rather quickly. I tried the new ramen burger and I liked it! The flavor worked well. I love the texture of the crispy ramen bun. It wasnt structured well, though. Dont try to hold it and eat it like a regular burger like I did. It literally just fell apart after the first bite.

Horrible service! Took at least 20 min. To take our order and never had an actual waiter/waitress check on us. I had to get up and ask for napkins and ask some other employee for a refill on our drink. After we got our food a waitress came and told us, "food will be out in a bit!" We had to tell her we had already finished eating. Never again will they get my service again.

I was there last night and ordered crab burger and when they bring it to me it wasnt the same they hav picture on their menu. So i called the guy and showed him and what he replied to me is "Ok sir i will bring u tomatoes to put in it" i cant believe it that i m sitting in restaurant or a street food van.

Jorge provided good service. My radpberry shake and fries were delucious. The challenges were my salad had browned and wilted lettuce, and did not taste particularly fresh. The Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Wrap seemed less full that usual.

For we gluten free folk, Red Robin is a step above. They carry a couple of Celiac friendly beers, and have a gluten free menu ,(on an iPad). Gluten Free bums dont stabler up to the normal fare, but they arent bad.

Very long wait! Once seated service was even slower. Finally came, but brought all 3 wrong oders...and took forever to bring right orders back. Had bad experience twice within 1 month. Not worth going back!

Service was slow. Asked for jalapeños and they brought them after I finished my burger and I still paid for them. I guess you can eat as many French fries as you want, but they take so long to refill them.
