This place is HORRENDOUS. Never. EVER. Go here. Everything in Woodland closes early and it was late so I decided Panda was the best option. I drive all the way over there, the OPEN sign is on and everything (its about 10:08, they close at 10:30). I pull into the drivethru and begin to give my order to a nice girl before this OTHER girl rudely interrupts and says "UHHH were closed." So I look at the clock, its 10:10 at this point, and I respond with "no, youre open until 10:30, it says so online." "Oh, well, were open till 10 on weekdays." I was so over her attitude at this point that I began to drive away, mumbling my thanks before I hear her be like "oh... Well I mean, I guess we COULD..." I didnt even let her finish before driving off. She was SO rude and I wish I wouldve seen the actual hours so I couldve fought it more with her. I know they were just saying it to close early, and because of it it has REALLY made me rethink eating at Panda again. Which sucks, because Ive been a customer since I can remember. If you want to be respected, do NOT go here. I wish I could give this 0 stars.

I have been here a couple times, let me just say complete DISSAPOINTMENT! Everytime i order through the drive thru they seem to forget to give me something from my order,i mean i am already tired and just want to go home and you expect to get everything you order. Last night i was there and the girl forgot to give me the sauce that comes with teriyake chicken,my eggrolls,and my drinks! I live all the way in Knights landing so by th time i got home i really didnt want to drive back. The customer service sucks! The employees are lazy! And have bad attitudes. Never going back.

Our experience last night before closing was great!! Two of the employees were very suprisely awesome. It was a total 360 from our previous experience. We received great 1 1/2 portions like other Panda Express locations whereas when we came there months prior we had 1 very small portion and very poor customer service the employees didnt smile didnt ask if we like to sample anything it was awful. Coorporate clearly needs to monitor this store and probably others as well because the food is great and so should the employees serving us.

The food is typical Panda Express, which means it is awesome. If you are looking for a quick Chinese food option, this isnt is the place. Service is slow whether you go inside or drive thru. I ALWAYS get slow service inside and it is rarely clean. They only have one trash can in the very back, so the dining area always has trash and leftover plates all over them. The staff dont seem to care about their slowness or the dirtiness of the dining room. Also, considering how slow the service, it also isnt very friendly.

The food ( broccoli beef and mixed vegetables) had no flavor and was prepared poorly. The people working the counter had horrible customer service skills. They were more interested in playing games and talking to each other than doing their jobs. I will not return. Raleys is better than this.

Very small portions, and we asked why; one of the employee said that they were only suppose to serve 1 scoop of entree or side, and I see another employee working the drive thru giving others 2-3 scoops of entree and side. Employees seem emotionless as if they were forced to work here..

This place is horrible..opened at 10 am no food ready..its 1026 and they placed our order stating its ready...with no sauces..we asked for teriyaki they said oh that takes another 3 minutes..I have eaten here twice and it has failed everytime...thus particular chain should be avoided

The food is well "Panda" so good of course. What I really come here for is the enjoyment the employees of this particular one have. Theyre always smiling or laughing to just about anything. For that I thank all of them. Typical rating for panda express - 3 stars

They skimp out and have bad food compared to different Panda Express Restaurants. Filled sauce contairner to 1/4th, food was soggy and stale with no flavor. Rice was very stale and not cooked, lots of hard pieces. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Ive always been a fan of Panda Express. Not the healthiest food, but quick, fairly delicious food. Had never seen this particular store, and wish I never had. Got -severe- food poisoning after getting their food. Have never been this ill.

Pretty cozy place. I always get there orange chicken, teriyaki chicken with cho mein. Thats really good. Just need some real nice music and beers and that would tap it off.
