Absolute horrible experience from start to finish. The food was average compared to the national chains, but cost way more. The service was atrocious. We went there on a weeknight and the place was not at all busy. When we walked in, there were about 10 total tables (can’t remember exactly) in the restaurant, four of them were filled with people, three of them were filled with dishes, and the rest were clean and ready for customers. The owner asked us to wait to be seated while they cleaned the tables. We waited for 15 minutes! Why couldn’t we just sit at a clean table and order our food? We finally sat and looked over our menus. We didn’t see the waitress again for another 15 minutes. We ordered our main dishes, an appetizer and beverages, then waited. And waited. And waited. 20 minutes later the waitress delivered the complimentary bread and oil (which is usually delivered as you order your food, or just after). 15 minutes after that, the waitress asked if we would like more bread. We said that we were actually ready for the appetizer and drinks. To which she replied, “oh yeah.” She then immediately brought out the appetizer and drinks. 15 minutes later our food came (only an hour and 20 minutes after we arrived at the restaurant). After we finished eating, we asked for the check and waited. And waited. And waited. We finally got the check and paid. After all this nonsense, the owner of the restaurant refused to honor our Groupon because we didnt show it to him when we walked in the door! And he was a complete jerk about it. We were there for about two hours- the worst two hours I’ve ever spent in a restaurant.

If you didnt live in the neighborhood you would never find this place. This is one time a Groupon paid off. We had a Groupon to dine here so we drove out on a Sunday evening. There is probably no other reason to go out to this little town so it was such a surprise to find this Gem. Small restaurant but on a Sunday evening there were perhaps 6 tables full. Everything we ate was wonderful. Wine prices werent bad. Did I say the food was good? ;-) Good and nice size portions. We had a party of three and all three guests gave it 2 thumbs up. Service was a little different as the waiter was just filling in and new at it but what would you rather have, good food and okay service or great service and okay food? The waiter was giving it 100% so I am not taking any points away on account of him. Go find this place. The Groupon got us in and now we cant wait to go back. I would recommend this place for any day but Friday and Saturday. I hear they get quite busy on the weekend so go pick any other day and get great personal service and have your food come from the kitchen perfect as the chef isnt swamped with 50 customers. It was a great Sunday evening meal.

Make sure you read the more current reviews instead of just the general stars. These reviews are not from "local competitors" as stated by other reviews. How bad this restaurant has become has actually been talked about at get-togethers with other parents in my kids class. The ownership has flipped from the nice establishment it was years ago. This place used to be really great! But Ive been in twice recently and have not had an enjoyable experience. The food is sub-par and tasteless. My husband and I have left both times wishing we had not spent the time or the money here. We could have made it at home and it would have tasted much better! The service was slow and nonchalant... there is a general poor attitude from everyone. Its almost as if youre bothering them by visiting their restaurant. Save yourself the time and regret.

Rude and offensive experience at this italian restaurant. Was given two different excuses why they couldnt serve us tonight. The first was "it will be a 45 minute wait for a table" this was at 830pm and they stop serving dinner at 9. We decided to call to see how long the wait was because it seemed a little weird with their first comment about the wait. "We have no wait right now" I told him they told us there was a 45 minute wait for a table the first time. Then he said "we have a party coming in." Not sure if it was a language barrier but it felt offensive and discriminatory to be told so many answers and turned away.

I feel a lot of low reviews here go along this line of reasoning: "I paid 10$ for a plate of decent pasta in a clean and well maintained venue, but the food wasnt exactly perfect. This is an outrage!!!" I personally had Alfredo Chicken Pasta and it was pretty good. It all was 10$ with a glass of water & it came 5-10 minutes after I ordered it. It wasnt the most exquisite food Ive ever tasted, but it was decent. For 10$ its probably the most tasty food you can get in the entire shopping&dining complex. In my book, thats a 5 star rating.

It is (almost) hilarious to me that the owner of Brunellos posted that response to my one star review - laughably insane. I did have a very negative experience at this restaurant that had left a lasting impression. The food was bad (I submitted a complaint), the service was awful and (I know this is going to be a shocker) the owner was verbally aggressive after I posted an honest negative review. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to anyone and I would give this restaurant and the owner zero stars if possible.

This place isnt horrible, I used come here every once in a while. The setting is nice and the atmosphere is perfect for a date night-especially a good price for what you get. Unfortunately the food and the staff here is not consistent. I never know if the same thing I ordered last time will taste the same or even come out hot. My problem is that Ive found the ultimate Italian restaurant down the street and the food here doesnt even come close to meeting their standards.

This place is the best. After not going back here for and entire year, the owner remembered me, my mother, and even asked how a child my mother used to watch was doing. He ushered me to a table with polite conversation and a warm smile. I only know him from going in probably a total of ten times since they opened, but I can tell the owner takes pride in his restaurant and cherishes his guests. My girlfriend was also very impressed and we plan to go again soon!

Poorly executed attempt at Italian food. Sauces and pastas taste worse than what comes in a jar. The antipasto is a shamefull collection of supermarket deli fare. No other people evident in the dining room during both of our visits. My hope is that the owners end their experiment and that they vacate the location as there are too few good dining options on the ridge. Any positive reviews for this place are either exaggerated or solicited.

Really glad we stopped to eat here, best meal Ive had in a while, tortellini has an amazing basil pesto sauce (I recommend getting a touch of cream on it) mixed greens salad was fresh and flavorful with balsamic dressing and gnocchi de la casa had a nice nutty flavor. I recommend this place and had a wonderful meal.
