the guy that was taking my order sounded like a monster and he was impossible to understand and i had to repeat myself about 7 times and there were long pauses where he wouldnt say anything or respond and they were unfriendly at the window and we sat there for like ten minutes and they didnt even greet us and when i asked for sauces they gave half a thing of sauce also the food is god awful it feels like i just ate straight from the dumpster and the chili dog tasted like rubber and the sprite tasted like dishwater with lemon soap, idk how you can mess up that badly but they somehow managed

The workers here late in the day 1 lady especially who seems like she could possibly be the manager has a terrible additude an i thought it was just be because Ive been stopping here on an off for awhile even though Im aware the food isnt that good for you.. Healthy wise.. But I recently brought a fellow Veteran here who noticed the same thing I did without me contributing to his experience.. She(they) didnt want to give any ketchup ranch etc an the whole experience wasnt pleasant but hey they prolly will never see me again so Cheers... And 1luv Ciao

Came in a hurry on my way to a job site and had to stop to get food and use the restrooms, found the restrooms a mess with trash on the floor and the toilet a complete mess that I didnt even want to stay I just washed my hands and left after I notified the staff but they seamed to be too busy to care. I ended up going on the drive thru to get food and get on my way.

Came here around noon on a Sunday and the service was fast and friendly, the only reason I didnt give 5 stars is there are some interesting people that frequent this establishment. The food came out fast and fresh, the employees were nice and the place was mostly clean, someone spilled ketchup on the floor but it was eventually cleaned up.

Guy asked me 3 times what I was getting. He still got it wrong and looked like it was the manager taking the order. Pay attention man. Stop trying to multitask when taking an order, your not good at it!!

Customer service is horrible (night shift). The employees are rude and work like they dont want to be there. The place is better off being closed after a certain time instead of having to deal with that

Really underwhelmed with bk these days. Turning into jack in the box. Fried foods, greasy, cheap. Fries are the worse. Chicken nuggets greasy too.
