I had the worst experience at IN N OUT burger. I had walked in, my mouth watering, waiting to put a good old fashioned In n out burger inside of me. I have a special way of eating IN N OUT, I like to put it inside my mouth for a bit to taste it, then take it out, just to savor the taste. But this time, it was different. I had asked "hey bro, put some cheese on that burger would you?" and then, right as I looked away, he poured vinegar all over my butger. I didnt even notice the vinegar because he mooshed and mashed it all up, just like the usual fantastic service at IN N OUT burger. So i took the burger, my mouth salivating at the lips, saliva was everywhere, i was drooling and dripping everywhere, I was so wet. I sit at my table, I cant wait to bite into that good old fashioned IN N OUT cheeseburger, but when I do I instantly regret it. That IN N OUT BURGER slid down my throat, its juices got all over the roof of my mouth, it squirted and spit everywhere. I was horrifyd, this was not wahat a hamburger is all about, this was terrible! I swore to myself since that day that I would never come back to IN N OUT burger!

In-N-Out, not much left to say or know about it, it is good period. This location isn’t lacking in the food or service criteria, because In-N-Out is pretty consistent at every restaurant. However the issues with this location are the drive thru placement and parking situation. When it gets crazy busy the car line backs out on to the street and blocks the parking lot next to the restaurant. The rest of the plaza where it’s located is quite busy itself so you’re forced to sometimes park behind the other building in the extended lot (although it is technically a good thing that there actually is parking at all). It is what it is, I’m still going to get my In-n-Out fix if I have to!

I am a california native and have been eating at in n out my entire life. I have to say this store is by far and away the worst store I have eaten at. Unfortunately it is my home store (the closest to my house). The are by far and away the most inconsistent in flavor, which I know is a big no no to management. Their animal style is nothing like it should be (how can animal style have less spread???). The location off the 101 near lankershiem is the exact opposite, very fresh and tasty, one of the best stores around...I guarantee management has issues w the store in on van nuys blvd...love to see some changes Mark Taylor :-)

I wish i could them below zero. I went here on my lunch break to pick up some food for my office. but keep in mind we are allowed certain amount of time. while already waiting in line for the drive thru. all production had stop because of a female no buying anything holding a Donald Trump sign waiting to take pictures of in n out employees while holding the sign. So not only was it very unprofessional but it was a waste of my time as a paying customer I would expect better from a christian business like in n out. when I got to the office. I also discovered my order was not fully correct. SMH

Love In n out but Im upset because I pay for my soft drinks while many others ask for a water cup and fill it with the soft drinks and no one says anything. We watched 4 people come in off the street and fill up dirty cups and thermos type bottles with drinks ice tea lemon etc. and walk out. Whats fair is fair. We pay they dont and you dont say anything and you look around the place and see several people drinking soft drinks in water cups. We are subsidizing their dishonesty.

Despite it getting super busy as all In-N-Outs do, they keep a fast pace. Theres usually someone around the tables clearing them asap and even helping you with trash. While not expected of a fast food joint, its nice and definitely appreciated. I come here often with co-workers and its always a pleasure. Parking can be hectic given the huge lot but youll find that it you park a bit away its still faster than waiting for that spot nearby.

Todays experience was alright. In others words. The the service providedepartment today was undermind upon expectation. Been coming here for over 6 years. See ice is always exceedingly excellent. And request is always provided. Such as xtra lettuce. Todays drive through order was provideo with Rude service when asked for extra lettuce. And no dressing on my grill cheese. Didnt receive xtra lettuce nonetheless. All good! Good day!

For being as busy as they are, this location is extremely well run and efficient. Food is always accurate, and very fairly priced compared to other burger chains (and often times better too). The location is of course busiest from 11:30AM - 2PM and around 5:30PM-8PM, but if you can eat a late dinner, it is much more reasonable late at night.

As a New-Englander, In-N-Out Burger is a MUST. The food is pretty good, especially the Animal Fries (part of a hidden menu, you wont see them on the board.) Pretty comparable to most other fast-food chains, but again, Animal Fries are brilliant with a secret-recipe sauce on the fries topped with delicious grilled onions!

For an In & Out Burger thats always so busy, I NEVER have to wait more than 5-7 minutes for my order after Ive paid, not to mention they ALWAYS get my order right which Im EXTREMELY PARTICULAR about seeing as I have Chrons Disease and its VERY IMPORTANT considering I can be hospitalized for having wrong ingredients!!!

I love In-N-Out Burgers. They are one of the best places to eat at an affordable price. All of their locations are great. The employees are super polite, friendly, and are efficient at processing your order. What can I say? Im a huge fan of In n Out. Especially, the homemade fries. Wow!!

Be prepared to wait in line at the drive-thru for at least 45 minutes. I understand they cook everything fresh, but the wait times are really ridiculous. I love In-N-Out, but its definitely not worth a wait that long. Because of that, I try to never or very rarely eat here.

All In N Out Burgers have delicious burgers, fries, and shakes. And like most In N Outs this place can get extremely busy at lunch and dinner. The staff seemed a touch colder here than at some other In N Outs. But not a big deal. The food is still great.

This spot right here, this spot right here. Been OG since I knew what food was. Been walking here for 20 years. Driving here for 5. And eating it every goddamn time I feel like a good burger whether its 10:30am when most innouts open or 2am last call.
