she repeated my order correct back to me but still gave me my wrong food. Thats not even what upset me, I ordered a sandwhich and she gave me a unwrapped burrito. That through me overboard cause EVERYTIME they always leave them unwrapped with all the insides leaking all over the place. Ive showed them and complained and it has not changed. The staff isnt serious there change management and get a new staff. They complained they dont get payed enough but cant even wrap a burrito correctly THEY DONT DESERVE WHAT THERE GETTINGG NOW WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE

They messed up my order beyond comprehension. I had ordered a grilled chicken sourdough jack, drove to Chatsworth, opened the box and found a plain burger with two slices of pickles. If I hadnt spent nearly $10 for the one item I wouldnt have driven back all the way from Chatsworth to this terrible Jack In The Box. Dont go here unless you want the wrong thing!! Check your order at this place.

Worst drive thru experience....i ordered a jumbo jack cheeseburger and the cashier asked if i wanted cheese....smh I also ordered a jr. BACON cheeseburger with mustard and pickles only.....the burger had no bacon on it....after driving home i drove back....just for her to ask me 3 times if i wanted bacon on a jr bacon cheeseburger.... Plz check ur bags ppl

Not the best Jack Ive been to. They mop while you eat, as if for some reason youd be able to block out the bleach/chemical smells to be able to enjoy your food; they dont care for the customers or customer service at all. The restrooms arent the cleanest and your food takes a while to get to you, I wouldnt recommend it!

Horrible customer service, the ppl who work there are so rude!! Camila the manager is such a horrible person I was there when 2 homeless guys came in and she sprayed perfume all over the place including next the the 2 homeless man all to have them leave after she repeated multiple times they smelled. Never going back.

I got here at 530 and they were closed the sign says open at 5 so i waited 15 minutes and came back and they still didnt open and the worker there just looked at me like i was crazy so i didnt eat here and had to go to the tommys next door to eat something before work

Staff acted like they did not see me waiting at the counter , all i wanted was ketchup i literally had to reach over the counter for it and my fries had a brown color to it like if the fryer hasnt been cleaned out . Very dissatisfied with this place .

The food is great, but the service is awful. They claim to be open 24-hours, but the time spent waiting for a milkshake could take you until dawn. It is one of the only 24-hour places in the area, though, so you may just have to wait.

Our experience @ Jack today was nothing like we ever experienced @ any other fast food restaurant. The workers were so pleasant. It was Wonderful! They welcomed my family with a big Smile. They were very helpful.
