I stopped going to Taco Bell over 2 years ago because they forgot part of our order almost every time we went there. The kids really wanted Taco Bell today, reluctantly I agreed and to Taco Bell we went. And what a surprise. They again, forgot part of my order. I get home and a Burrito Supreme is missing. I spent almost $30 worth of food and they cant it right still. So I called them to let them know I was missing a Burrito. I had to call them 10 times before they finally answered the phone. No surprise there. Taco Bell food is good but they the worst service Ive ever seen. I cant believe they still function in such a terrible manner. Guess I will take another 2 year hiatus from Taco Bell. I grew up eating Taco Bell. I remember when it was across the street. Service was way better then.

The food was very good but we discovered that the there are two Tostadas, one is in the $2 dollar range and the other is on the $1 menu. We did not see a very much difference in the size even though they told us that the $2+ is there "bigger" size. So be careful when ordering.

Its kind of a hit and miss with customer service. One time I went a kid just gave me and my friends free drinks, just cause. Another time the girl forgot to give or ask if I wanted sauce and I had to run in the store and get it.

My drive-thru order is almost always wrong here; carefully check your order when you go here. Staff is nice although there tend to be lots of homeless peopel during the day that go here.

Everytime you walk in this place it smells like sewer. Not something you want to smell right before you eat. But food is alright when they dont forget your items.
