I went there at 9:45pm to get some wings to go. When I went to the door it said on the paper that they would be closing at 11pm due to thanksgiving. When I tried opening the door, it was locked. I looked up and saw the employee behind the cash register and he told me they were closed so I said OK then nvm and walked away. While I was in my car getting ready to leave, 2 other guys walk up to the door and they start conversating with the guy behind the register. I I was to far so I was unable to hear what was being exchanged. After 30 seconds of talking I witnessed another employee walk towards the door to open it and they proceed to take his order. Their website again says open till 12 am, the paper said open till 11 pm. Where does it say that they close before 9:45pm with the exception of others? I am and will be filing a complaint.

i have ordered wings there twice the first time was mild,original they were lacking of sauce and were not done.the skin was still slimy.the second time i ordered mild,crispy,wet (extra sauce).i picked them up and there was no sauce at all and the wings were so over cooked that it was like eating crunchy leather.so $30 worth of food went in the trash and i ordered pizza. on a good note the wife says the coleslaw is to die for.BUT with this being said we will not eat there ever again.I have had better wings come from an oven I dont like baked wings at all. oh and for the comment made about busing your own tray well if you have a tip jar or a tip section on the receipt.well they can clean up after me for that tip.

I really wanted to give this place more stars... Ordered to go. Boneless wings were severely oversalted. I didnt finish them even though I was hungry and didnt buy many. Also dry, but that is pretty usual in Boneless. Classic were much better, not oversalted. All flavors of wings are deep fried, so much so that the bottom layer of wings were swimming in oil. After eating a few, the oil was too much and made the experience unpleasant. My wife didnt finish her wings either and didnt like them. Customer service is good! Wings arent. If you dont want to feel like you ate a lot of grease and a strong taste of salt in your mouth, pick a different place please.

I go to Wingstop maybe 3 times a week. today was the worst experience. The order was called in arrived around 12:59 p.m. my name was never called for the order. After 30 mins I finally asked is my order ready, turns out it was just sitting there. As I was walking out the door the lady says" we called her name didnt we". my name was never called now the food is cold the fries are cold when I stood up they were just putting another bag in my larger bag.today was the worst experience at Wingstop

We placed a very large order right when they opened and it was ready exactly when we asked for it and that was in 30 minutes. I never received good service from wing stop so i am always prepared for mistakes with my order or just bad service. Richard the manager was amazing hands down the best service i have received at a wing stop and our order was perfect. So if you have a choice go to this one. Hands down the best.

Love this place, the 10 piece meals are a buck cheaper than natomas, the meals come up faster (almost 5 min faster), and the ladies behind the counter always greet me by name and know my order!! As far as busing is concerned any Wingstop patron knows you bus your own trays, stop being lazy and leaving your mess for others to clean up!

Great service! The food was really good. I think The man who made our order I think was the Manager and he was so nice! It was around 2:45pm I really wish I got his name I forgot to check. He really hooked us up. My boyfriend and I had our kids with us and it was so worth going. We will come back here! Thank you!

I belive in you get what you pay for and I dont mind spending my money at wingstop because the wings are well worth it and their fries are to die for and they got this young hispanic fello with the most friendly Customer service I will drive the extra miles for the wingstop out in ikea court

For the last couple of times coming here Ive been placed on hold for at least 3 minutes. The customer service is poor when you do go in to wait. I thought Id try again, today, thinking I might just catch them when they have a bad day, but they are consistent... Im done with this location.

I spend $11 with your business &come to you as a client &you charge me $.86 for small portion a ranch? Are you out of your mind? Thats a while bottle of ranch right there. You deserve to go bankrupt in this economy and hopefully very very soon.

The food is good, and the people who work here seem to work really hard. Itd be great if their system allowed them to just listen to what I wanted and calculate the cheapest price though. I always feel like Im doing it wrong!

There is usually a wait here so make you order it over the phone before you go. Its small not a whole lot of seating and usually 20 mins wait untill you get your food.
