I ordered online. When I got there, the girl working the counter reviewed my order, I informed her that there was a mistake and that somehow, my order got doubled. No big deal. But, when the employee brought me my order, I double checked with him and repeated my order, he told me I was correct, 15-20 minutes later... I got home, and opened my meal. I am allergic to a pepper that is in both flavors of the wings I received. obviously, they werent what I ordered. Needless to say, Im checking my orders from now on. If II wanted gourmet id go to panda express next door. But just about everything in a chain Establishment is consistent except for employees. Employees were the only problem with my experience. Except for the girl at the register. She was sweet

A sort of fancier looking KFC, I like the food going down...the problem is that I inevitably feel sick afterward. This is on about four separate occasions as well, so I suspect theres either a problem with cleanliness, or something with the oil and sauces they use. Both the wings and fries are great though, so if your stomach doesnt say no like mine does, then have at it! Fair warning, the waits can sometimes be long. Ive waited as long as an hour for an order once when they were moderately busy.

I really like wings and have had them from countless places all over the country, and yet this is on of my favorite. Why? Well because they offer a tasty product that is made fresh every time. Their sauces are very good and they are very reasonably priced. Ever since they closed in Watsonville I have been getting my wing fix here. I especially like the Luisiana rub, its very good.

Not the best quality wing stop. Ordered my food fresh in the restaurant. My boneless wings were very greasy and poorly seasoned. My fries were soggy and tasted as though they had been out some time. I dont recommend eating here.
