Im a big fan of Wingstop. Its my preferred place to eat fast food however, this particular establishment is horrendous. Ive never stepped into another Wingstop like it. For starters, the portion sizes were embarrassingly small. I have always gone to Wingstop and been served both bone-in and boneless wings that are nearly the size of a tennis ball. At this place, both were no bigger than a golf ball. They also did not taste fresh. The sauce tasted flavorless and the breading on the boneless was stale. Like as if it had come out of a bargain bag of frozen chicken from the supermarket. The fries were also pretty bad. They were almost stale and they were served lukewarm. I wouldnt be surprised if they were using chicken that wasnt from their corporate-chosen vendor. The customer service was also the worst I have encountered from this brand and probably any other restaurant. Every time I have gone to Wingstop they have been polite and clear about asking what I want and reading back what I ordered; and I never expect any retail employee to walk on eggshells for me. I think quick, clear and simple service is good enough but I couldnt even get that. The girl who took my order couldnt summon the power to say hello when I walked in or approached the counter nor could she make any sound at all to acknowledge anything I said. At least she was able to estimate the ready time. The guy who served the food did not read back the order or say anything other than my name. To top it all off the inside was gross. The lobby and sitting area looked like it hadnt been swept in over a day. My shoes were resting in someone elses food. Glad I could take some to-go. The table tops were not wiped down. The area with the utensils, lids and paper towels were untrustworthy. The soda fountain was questionable. I would have stopped consuming my meal a few bites in to try and get a refund but all things considered, that didnt sound worth it. I just wanted to get out of there. No matter how much I really like Wingstop, I will never set foot in this place again. It was awful and I cant assume that anything will be done to improve it. The food size and quality is just inexcusable. Keep in mind that this place has the same prices as any other Wingstop in the area. Luckily there are other Wingstops nearby. I would highly recommend the one in Sunnyvale. It is a good example of this brand.

Solo diré que me encantan las Wings que tienen en este lugar, y aún mejor cuentan con la maquina de refrescos Coke Freestyle para mi es la mejor, aunque sigo sin entender por qué siempre tardan tanto para entregar tu orden? Ese es el único punto negativo.

Incredibly slow service and the staff looked so miserable! Instead of cleaning and bussing tables, they occupied most of their time gossiping and talking about their plans for the night. When they finally called my order, they handed me a greasy crunched up paper bag without any napkins. I got home and the chicken was stale and I could barely bite into it because they were so hard. Looks like they should of paid attention to cooking it rather than talking to each other and being unproductive. Nope, never again.

They messed up my order again! Ive been going here ever since they opened and almost every time theyve messed up my order. I dont mean theyve given me the wrong thing or not made it right, they just leave stuff out. Like side dishes or extra dressing. Ive even emailed the corporate office before but nothing has changed. ALWAYS check your order before leaving!

Ordered four flavors. Three on boneless and one on classic. All three kinds of boneless wings were inedible thanks to how much salt there was in the batter coating. Once you removed the batter though, the chicken was flavorless, so that didnt work either. The classic wings were dry, tough, and did not taste good at all. Probably the worst wings Ive had.

The quality of the food has really gone down, or maybe it was the staff who works on a Friday night. If they get your order right the first time.....you are a luck one. Got my order wrong, and then shorted me 4 wings. And the taste wasnt there like its supposed to be. No flavor of what I ordere and the wings seemed old or dry, or something.

Great wings and polite staff but nine times out of ten youre gonna be waiting three times longer than their "estimate" so dont rush to pick up your order. Go do the laundry, pick up your kids from soccer practice and THEN just MAYBE your food will be ready.

I am a regular at this location. The service over last few months has gotten progressively bad. I was left on hold for 5 minutes and the place was not busy at all when I arrived. I order the same thing every time and the pricing is not consistent.

Pretty nicely placed Wingstop, for the most part the wings are usually on point, theres been a few times where they didnt give me all drums when I paid for/requested it and also a few times where they very lazily sauced the wings.

I left my jacket and iPad after dining this location, due to distraction and jet lag. The staff was honest and kept my items for me before someone takes the items. Great service and a BIG thanks to the staff at this location :)

Was good for a short time, now they continually forget to make my order when I call or order online and I have to wait the full 14-20 minutes every other time I go despite advanced payment and everything.

Wings are good. Service is slow. Not sure why. Get to choose what wing flavor(s) you want. This is the first place I tried the fancy Coca-cola machine that lets you choose from about a million flavors.

Great job. Traveling, Ive ordered the same meal at a dozen Wing Stops. 10 pc. lemon pepper and Hawaiian - this place did it fast. They were friendly and got my order right. I couldnt be happier.

The food is so good..and wings were perfectly cooked..The staff was so polite and we received a good response from head Sai(manager) and made my food on perfect time..I and my friends enjoyed a lot..

I like Wingstop but this location smells like feet and they dont know how to take online orders correctly. Do yourself a favor and drive a little farther to the Wingstop on Coleman.

sometimes their fast sometimes took forever. but most of the time food is ready in 10mins. also you can call ahead to order and pick up. lemon pepper always bomb

If they get your food to you within 30 minutes it will always be cold. Otherwise, youre going to wait over a half an hour for food.
