Seriously worst location ever!!! Ive been to wing stop all over the state and never had this bad of an experience! Over 30 minutes for 6 piece meal. Then the manager said the order wasnt late . . . Whats that supposed to mean? If the person taking my order had said it was going to be over 30 minutes I wouldnt have placed my order. They were not even busy. On top of that two other GROUPS of people that came in more than 10-15 minutes after me got their food before me. When I went to check on my order they said it was just waiting on the fries . . . 10 minutes later, my chicken has been sitting their getting cold and Im still waiting on my fries. Yet, the other two groups sheet me got their orders with fries! No apology from the manager or anybody and every single employee was rude! No thank you! Never again will I return to this location!

Worst wings ever! I order 30 wings and was shocked to see what I was served when I came home. Overcooked wingetts pieces, and not even one whole wing at all. I wish I had a picture to share, words can not describe it, they were so bad. As a food business owner I was embarrassed and offended. I called the store and the manager who seemed concern as a manager usually is when they received these calls however his costumer service skills are almost as bad as the food I was served. He offered me a free order of fries with my next purchase, I almost died to hear such a thing. I never knew you can compensate $30 worth of crappy wings with french fries. I understand this may not be the experience for everyone who has ordered here but be warned that it can happen to. Its sad what Corporations get away with.

Open very late and with killer wings this place is awesome. I loved the food here as well as the atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and on my visit I even started joking back and forth with one of the employees. The chicken comes in a DIY ordering style. Choose your cut of meat, your sauces, and your sides and you will get everything fresh and delicious. Try and order the spicy variety as their sauce is very flavorful and delicious.

They are falling off, and by falling off I mean services quality decreasing and the idea of bump ding and insect on the food. The cashier is a "pick me" type and scratter all I the back. "I just touch what I want and come on to work, and work with this food. uses my hand to go to the bathroom and everything". grim and dirt all over the counter. and over priced booz!!!

My husband loves their wings. I dont get the appeal. I would like some simple BBQ wings and that is not something you will find here. They have a large variety of choices to chose from. Their french fries, on the other hand, are amazing. The service is slow. Make sure you have at least 30 minutes to burn or order online/through their app well before you arrive.

The food tasted good, but we had food poisoning the next morning very bad. Only person that didnt, did not eat with us. I will never eat there again and I hope they will take proper precautions after I called to inform them. Most of all I want to make everyone aware before they eat there, I do not want anyone else to get sick. I ate there 11/01/2015

12-2-12 I called twice to order food I waited on hold for 10 mins each time only to be hung up on both times after holding I called a third time had to wait on hold again. After waiting for about 5 more mins on hold I finally just hung up the phone and decided to never eat at this particular wing stop even though its across the street from my job

I avoid eating inside Wingstops because Im more of a pick-up kind of guy. I like to eat my wings at home. The wings here are pretty nice, but theyre no Buffalo Wild Wings-nice, not by a long shot. That said, if youre too lazy to go to BWW, Wingstop is your only option around these parts. (that I know of)

Service sucks, upkeep horrible, doesnt appear that anyone wipes the table down, when you try to phone an order in usually busy, or put on hold forever, call ahead and drive to the Alameda one if your less than 10 mins away, p.s. never any close parking, right next to a busy Target.

The service is terrible here, but the food is great. Even placing an order online seems to be forgotten by their staff. I wouldnt recommend anyone ordering from this Wingstop, unless they dont mind reminding the staff about their order at least two to three times.

Lady by the name of Tarchell gave me the biggest attitude and put "Halle" as the name of the order... I even spelled my name out loud so she wouldnt get confused. Other than that its Wingstop, who doesnt like Wingstop?

Two customers were complaining and one asked for a refund. I had to wait for more than 10 mins. for them to take my order and the line was more than 5 people already. Need better customer relations for the staff.

Worst service of all time , but the food brings me back . Ive been a few times and everytime Im always annoyed or frustrated by the service.. untill I get home and eat. I doubt Ill be back to the location again.

Pretty good lemon pepper wings normal potato fries tasted a little bit sweet. It was very fast to make 50 wings. Overall it was good.
