Great burgers and good service. I came with 5 other people and we all used coupons for free burgers. They didnt even look at us judgmentally, which is always a plus. :) The lady taking our order talked SO fast that it was hard to understand (something about asking if we wanted certain condiments). However, we got our burgers pretty quickly. Later I came up to use a birthday coupon for getting a free ice cream with a purchase. The lady just gave me a free ice cream without realizing that I needed to purchase anything. I felt guilty so I explained the coupon to the lady. The manager came over and was basically like, "Oh, just have two ice creams. Dont worry about paying."

I came with my sister and my two year old nephew, my nephew had spilled his food that we brought with us all over the table and when I asked the staff to come and wipe it up, about five of them look to my direction and not a single one of them did anything about it. Is baby food spilled all over the table and onto the floor and it stayed on the floor until we left and brought it to their attention again so nobody would slip. The food is fine, just the same as any other habit youve ever been to you but the stuff sucks period like they really suck

Waited over 15 minutes for an order that was placed online before I got there. I watched three other customers get helped before I had to remind the staff of my order. I was told that they were just waiting for my side orders and thats when I realize my bag of burgers had been sitting up on the counter for at least 10 of my 15 minute wait. They had given out our sides to other customers whod come in after I had. Never received an apology for their mistake or asked to be compensated for my wait. Good food, bad staff.

We like coming here, especially because the service is great. One time, the manager was at the cashier and he asked how my day was going. I told him it had been a long hard day full of bad drivers. Next thing I know, he gave me a free shake. The food is consistently good. Burgers are always tasty, the kids meals come with a gummy burger treat. My husband loves getting the Santa Barbara Charburger and its tasty. Fries and onion rings are great, and their ranch dip is really good.

I used to love the chain.. but recently I found out NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES USE GLOVES!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL THISE PEOPLE BACK THERE AND THERE ALL TOUCHING YOUR FOOD!!!! AM I SUPPOSED TO TRUST THAT EVERYONE WASHED THEIR HANDS AND ARE GRRMS FREE???? NOT TAKING ANY CHANCES... WELL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN UNTIL THEY BRING BACK THE GLOVES!!!!!!!

Was disappointed after I ordered my food I always look at the cooks to see if theyre wearing gloves and they wasnt when I ask the manager she said they always wash their hands. Unfortunately thats not a good answer for me I feel cooks should always wear gloves when making food for the public. Will never go back.

This is definitely one of my favorite burger places when I come to SoCal. The staff are super friendly and the food is amazing. I love the Tempura Green Beans. If you want to eat smaller portion sizes, I recommend the kids charburger and ask them to put everything on it like they do on the regular charburger.

After being advised by the Cashier that the Tuna Sandwich will be pink in the center, I responded that I like it rare. When we finally picked up our food the Tuna was completely try and overcooked. The Malt shakes lacked the Malt and you could hardly taste the Vanilla. Overall a very unsatisfying experience.

I never do reviews but this place is the best. I rarely eat burgers and OMG Im like a fat kid now. The guest service is so kind and the food is amazing. They were training a new girl and she was very nice and the mgr was right by her side showing support and helping customers. High Five to my new Habit :)

Yummy burgers fully deliver on char-grilled favor as advertised. Toasted buns are a nice touch. Fries are a nice thickness inbetween shoe string and steak fries. Honestly, as good an experience as a Red Robin, but better value.

Great food. Great service. Quick and tasty. Love their lettuce wrap full crispy lettuce not a few floppy leaves like some places. Unfortunately there was a mistake in my order, but it was fixed immediately so 5 stars no doubt.
