My family and I usually go to the Red Robins in Rancho Cucamonga, and their food is delicious. I expected the same here in Chino, but I had an upsetting experience. First my daughters Mac and cheese seemed less appetizing, and she had a tough time finishing it. She loves mac and cheese more then any other, but she didnt seem to be enjoying it after having a couple of bites. My wife noticed it was watery, and a bit discolored. I ordered the Whiskey River BQQ burger, and by the time I ate half of it I felt my stomach starting churning. I also had the buffalo wings appetizer, but my wife ate them as well and felt fine. After eating half of my burger, and finishing my fries I felt queasy. I headed to the bathroom with my 3 year old because she had said she felt sick as well, and I had thought maybe she would vomit (she didnt). I ended up vomiting almost all of food. Coming back to my table, and seeing my burger made me feel worse. The waiter came to ask if I wanted a box, and I told him that I had become sick from eating my burger; that I wasnt going to take it home with me. He simply apologized for me becoming sick, and removed my burger from the table. After taking my burger I tried settling my stomach down a bit, but once again I went to the restroom to vomit some more. Returning to my table my wife told me the waiter came back to ask if I was alright, and brought me a Ginger-Ale. The only reason Im giving it two stars is because of my waiter. He apologized, and brought me something to ease my stomach. I am not happy that I paid full price for half a burger that made me sick. Im not the type to make a scene, and Im a very patient man. My waiter was nice, and I dont blame him for my food making me sick, but I just wish more could have been done. I will not be coming here again, and will not recommend this Red Robins to my friends either. I understand that everyones experience is different, and I wish mine was different as well.

Red Robin... Yummmmm... Haha. That is forever stuck in my head. We have these commercials in Oregon. But no Red Robin! Haha. Just moved to SoCal. Havent seen one commercial. Go figure! When we walked in, we were super confused. There is a host podium, but no host. No sign stating seat yourself. So we stood there for a minute, as staff walked by. Decided, welp, lets just sit. Apparently that was the thing to do. Someone came and gave us menus. It was lunch hour, but not terribly busy. Maybe half full. But it still took 25 minutes for our food to come out. We had to scarf it down, to ge back to work in time. (We did, with 4 minutes to spare! Yesss!) I got the original burger, which I asked for well done. It was still pink in the middle. Grrr! No time to send it back. I delt with it. It was good. But, they arent the best. Garlic fries dont have very much garlic. But they were good. My husband got the french dip, I think it was called. That was pretty darn good! I wish I had ordered that. It came with cole slaw, which was also good. Our server was on top of things. Asked if we wanted refills. Asked how we were a few times. We will be back. Maybe when we have more time. Definetly want to try some of their cocktails.

The drinks we ordered came in dirty glasses and my iced tea actually had lettuce in the bottom of the glass from the dishwasher not doing his job and the server not paying attention. My daughters milk came with what looked like coffee grounds in the glass. The general manager came over and said he would knock a little something off the bill for our trouble but then charged us for the Iced Tea. When I asked them to remove it from the bill they took away part of the discount to equal it back out. Horrible place, horrible service, horrible experience. We wont ever go back!

its hit or miss been to chino location since they opened my one family member love this place we go maybe once a month myself and its either the best place or the worst and everytime is diffent either the food is great or the food is cold and take forever or the server forgets us or is filling up out drinks before i even get half way done so its always a surprice but overall ok place cluck and frys with bbq sauce is good there

This location is actually my favourite red robin burgers because the staff is super friendly and doesnt give attitude if you want to order with them instead of their new little table devices. Ive never waited too long for a table either. The food is always fresh and tasty, and drinks and fries magically keep replacing themselves. And i. Have been here on SEVERAL occasions... Its the easiest place to go to that my hlwhole family can agree on

Our experience today was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! It took forever to get food. Anything beyond 30 minutes of a wait once youve ordered is an eternity in my opinion when folks are on a lunch timeline. Fries were cold. Items were not cooked to order. One plate was just completely a wrong order. Lastly, coffee was cold. this is not typical for my past experiences, but certainly a disappointment.

Food is great at red robin. This is the 4th location I have been to in So. Cal and it is consistently good. But I can not say the same thing about the attentiveness of the staff. At my last visit, it took me 3 attempts to get a refill for my soda and the second serving of the promised, bottomless fries, never made it to my table. This is how you alienate good cutomers

If i was able to give it 0 stars i would. The service was ok but the food was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! Red Robin needs to give cooking lessons to their cooks and if i was able to shut down every Red Robin i would. The food was a complete waste of my money and i will NEVER go back. I rather eat a cup of noodles every day for the rest of my life than eat here again.

Terrible experience. They need to be careful with food allergies and know their ingredients. I asked for gluten free and no dairy meal. They gave me a veggie patty with cheese in it, then substituted it for a boca burger which has gluten! Im going to be sick because of their carelessness and ignorance. They are nice but incompetent.

The food took forever to get and when we got it, it was cold. The hamburger I got was dripping in grease it was running down my arm. The daughter got the broccoli on the side and it came in a contaminant size cup that only had two small pieces of broccoli. The service, besides the slow food, was really good.

Great food, service usually good as well. This place had and still has one problem. It takes FOREVER to be served. I never go, when real hungry. Also, when the bottomless fries are first served, reorder on the spot. otherwise again, will take forever, maybe the time it gets there, youre ready to leave.
