I dont see how a restaurant that was half full on a holiday, have such slow and poor service. Our waitress seemed nice at first but turned out to be a disappointment. She took our order quick but we waited 20 minutes to get our appetizer. After we waited an additional 25 minutes, we finally got our food but we didnt have our utensils to eat it. I had to ask 2 people for a fork and knife and the manager told me he would "take care of us" to make up for the long wait. I guess "take care or us" is code word for NOTHING because we never saw the manager again and our bill was the same. We dont come here very often and tonight was a reminder of why we shouldnt.

I am sad to say this was the worst Red Robin Experice Ive ever had! Our Server Sam was very rude and acted like our group was a bruden the entire time. Every time we would ask him for something, he would tell us he had other tables he needed to attended to before he could get us another soda or more fries! His answer for everything was I dont know or I dont know how to do that. When he took our orders he pretty threw our food at us. The manager was equally as rude! I am sad to say this location is in need of some customer service help and I will be sure to let everyone else know not to come to Red Robin in Irvine!!

This place is always jam packed, and it seems like they never have enough people working. All of the serving staff constantly looks like theyre on the verge of tears because theyre so busy. The bartender doesnt even have time to make eye contact you because they have to move so quickly. Great food, and friendly service (when they have the time to make a connection) but this place is managed poorly.

Tuesday night... slow as hell. Never thought gourmet burger would come out so dry, tastes like precooked and grilled to heat. Mcdonalds burger tastes better for real. Steak fries is not unlimited, actually it is very limited. Took them more than 10mins on a tuesday night to let me know they are still working on the refill fries which ultimately resulted not getting it.

Worst service Ive had in years. This kid had 2 tables to serve, he helped us 3 times to take our order get extra fries once (haha, not bottomless if they dont serve your table) and for the check. The manager brought us our food like a train stop and he could care less about the customer service. Last time I will ever go here.

The service at this place was just absolutely horrible. I ordered a chicken ceasar salad & there was no chicken, and they gave me 2 head pieces of lettuce.. the lettuce wasnt cut up! with a couple pieces of cheese on it! & the waitress was just very rude. I had a horrible experience at this red robin in particular.

Rose was amazing, she was very friendly and knowledgeable, she took our orders very quickly even though it was busy, kept up on us consistently too. She was great with my kids too, after our last experience coming to this place wasnt my first choice but we will definitely be back because of her.

Food is great and **they are helpful for those with food allergies** . server was prompt in ordering and checked back often. Food was delicious. Get the whiskey river BBQ burger, its amazing. Also their fries (try then in honey mustard) and dont forget dessert, the brownie sundae... Yum.

Waited for a half an hour just to order drinks. No one had come by our table at all and the other servers wouldnt make eye contact with us because they seem to be avoiding us. We left when the two tables behind us were served and we still hadnt even been acknowledged.

1st time I went horrible experience. Decided to give this Red Robin a second chance, but nope extremely horrible experience again. Never going back to this Red Robin again! Going to keep going to the one in Foothill Ranch instead. Horrible customer service!

Service for this place was super slow!!! The place was bot even full. In fact, it was near empty so I dont know why it took them so long to make our food. The waitress seemed grumpy too and took her a long time to get our checks after.

Dont judge.. I go here for the all you can eat french frys. Order a side of ranch and take their house made herb rub and mix it into the ranch. You will thank me later. Good service, excellent steak cut frys. Match made in heaven.

If Im hungry with a mate- Id cruise in here and ask the waiter what his/her favorite burger is with a side of fries and a shake. Very small location and the service is a tad slow. Nonetheless- satisfying!

Fast Friendly service and plenty of refills. I have been to this location several times and each one the service is just the same. Quick to be seated and quick to be served. I couldnt ask for more!

Like receiving, but I am not a fan of the reduced sizes of the burgers. I took pics before and now. The difference is amazing. Also please keep the bathroom clean.

Ordered the wings, hardly worth the money for these scrawny things! Far from hot, far from spicy! Wings look like they came from a anorexic chicken....horrible!

These guys offer one of the best burgers at the spectrum. Absolutely a classic! They have a good size patio and bar section as well.
