N.P. and I came here for dinner last night. Since its located in a large plaza, parking is not an issue. The spots all along the businesses, however, seem to be limited time spots so just be aware of that if you park there. Since we got there around 9PM, it was not busy at all. We were immediately seated at a booth with our menus. It did take a while for our server to come see if we were ready, which I thought was odd since they werent busy at all. But after that she was really good about checking up on us and was very nice and friendly, so that was good. Like most Counters Ive been to, this venue is pretty large with both indoor and outdoor seating. So of course I made my own burger. I was surprised to see that the menu got a complete facelift though! Several of the items I got before were gone or categorised differently, which was interesting. I did appreciate that the non-premium toppings are now unlimited. I got the following: 1/3 Housemade Vegan Veggie patty on a Gluten-Free Bun ($1 extra) with Savory Swiss, Roasted Garlic Aioli, Dill Pickle Chips, Sliced Cucumbers, Hard Boiled Eggs, Onion Confit, and Sliced Avocado (Premium). So the build-your-own-burgers are $9.50; with the addition of my GF bun it was $10.50. Why not $11.50 since I had one premium topping, you ask? Because I checked in on Yelp and redeemed my check-in offer of one premium topping! :D So dont forget to use your check-in offer when you come here. Also make sure to take a look at their market selection options; their current market selection bun was Hawaiian Sweet Roll which sounded good. They also have a blackboard with their current alcohol specials and they have Happy Hour here which is always nice. I really liked my burger and thought all the ingredients went well together. Without the aioli it would have been on the dry side, so yay for roasted garlic aioli! Good location, easy parking, good service, and delicious food... this place gets four stars from me!

This is my favorite burger joint. Is pricey, but the best burger experience. Heres why... Food: The food quality is high and they offer a unique customization experience. The meat has natural juicy flavor like when I make it at home. I dont know why many burger joints lose this important subtlety, but leave off all the sauces and the patty can hold its own. I also have a great choice of different meat types: buffalo, turkey, soy, etc. Sizes: 1/4 lb, 1/2 lb, 1 lb. I always go with 1/2 lb. I never choose from their pre made menu because they have a custom order form that has a lot of options. Usually too many options is bad and makes a decision hard for customers, but its well organized. Only one category allows for you to choose as many options as you like, so the extra charge in the others keeps you making a simple decision. Health: With the customization menu, you can easily choose things on all sorts of diets: Paleo, ketogenic, calorie restricted, sugar free, vegetarian, etc. Not organic though. Price: Yikes. 1/2 lb burger plus two extras (avocado & bacon) is easily $20. The last you would pay is $12. Ive never had that great of flavor anywhere else though, so for now, its worth it because the food quality is so high. Service: I cant say anything special, but I can say after a dozens of visits, theres never a single problem. If there was, it was taken care of so smoothly I dont remember. No problems is great service.

Imagine Gordon Ramsey tearing the staff apart and saying, " ITS RAW!!!"...That is all you need to know...Another highly over rated burger joint way overpriced. LAME hair salon pop music blasting in your ears the entire time. Long wait for food even though there was no crowd at the time we went. Late afternoon sun reflected off the large mirrored building nearby is INESCAPABLE anywhere in the place. Fries were pretty good although the portion was ANEMIC - like ordering a small fry at McDonalds. Go there to sunbathe and eat overpriced french fries if you love salon pop. When I complained about the burger being raw, they gave some excuse like their definitions of wellness were different than 500 years of culinary arts defines. I said medium should have a warm pink center not a gooey raw pink center. They offered to remake it but I had waited nearly 40 minutes for the first burger and had to leave. And I also wasnt going to invest another minute in the place after arguing over wellness definitions with the manager.

I used to really like the burgers here but they must have changed something because the one I ate today tasted like lighter fluid. Might be a new additive to make it taste "chargrilled." Theyve always been pricey. A large beer is 9 bucks. Fries are extra and today they were overcooked: tough and bland. Veggie burger is excellent. The best burger Ive had in Orange County was at Sapphire Pantry in Laguna. Also the restaurant at Crystal Cove makes a great one. You should pass on this place unless you want a veggie burger and have money to burn.

My experience was very good and I probably come back again. The concept is that you design your burger by filling a form that enables you to select every items that will go and compose your burger : bread, meat, vegetables, sauces... It is a very casual place. No tie requiered! :-) We paid 25 $ / person for food and drinks. They have a terrace. 1 year later... :-) we went back to celebrate our arrival in USA and the concept is still great and the quality is still the same. If you love burgers, give it a shot!!!!

This place is all about getting exactly what you want. You take a clipboard and check off the ingredients you would like, and your perfect burger is delivered to your table. They have a diverse menu and your burger choice is only limited by your imagination. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. The food was delicious and exactly what I needed. I will be coming back again soon.

Delicious every time whether you eat in or order out. The salted Nutella shake is awesome. They put your burger sauces on the side automatically when you order to go so I appreciate that as I usually find the bun gets soggy by the time I get back to work otherwise. Definitely try it. Call and see what deals they have! They have a special every day (Like Tues & Sun kids eat free!)

I love coming over to this place whenever we need to pass by for a business meeting in Irvine. This place has a great selection of beer and you can make your own burger with a quality selection of ingredients. A few weeks ago we stopped by and Angie (our waiter) took great care of us. Also, if you join their rewards program you can grab some great discounts and specials.

Had a long day at work Massage Envy yes massage therapist get tired. Anywho went for a glass of wine and received a new leash on life. Both the bar tenders were great received great service and information. One is a small business lender also. New business here I come. The other bartender female is a servant at heart exceptional.

I like the burgers here, you can customize it to whatever you like. The fries and sweet potato fries are also very good here. I like the shakes as well but I have not tried too many. It can be a bit pricey and crowded at lunchtime.
