I love Panda but this Panda doesnt follow the best sanitation practices. I have seen employees eating out of the trays with their fingers, putting food back in the trays after its been served, putting food back in the trays after its fallen onto the counter. The trays are almost always empty and you have to wait 15 minutes or longer. The rice is usually under cooked with hard uncooked rice mixed in. Most of the employees here are lazy. Theres a young girl who rolls her eyes to the back of her head when you take too long to decide. The Asian ladies are the worst. They will stand there doing nothing or talking, laughing and chit chatting while you stand there waiting. The other employees have to ask them to help. And then its obvious they get upset because they were asked. There is only one young man who is very customer friendly and efficient but hes not always there.

Found a hair in my food. I called and said they would replace it on my next visit and put my name in a book. My lunch hour and food was wasted. I went on a later date and they said that they could only replace it if I had my original receipt from that date. No one had told me this so it was not honored. Unhealthy and unsanitary practice. Bad place of business. I had always liked panda express and panda inn but this changes my point of view on how they treat there customers.

I like this place, I usually go once a week, my kids love panda, so every tuesday or thursday I get them Panda for dinner, sometimes the portions are a bit small that depends on who is the server, the place is mostly clean, except on lunch hour when some people dont pick up after themselves. - The staff is friendly. The food is cooked in batches so you might wait a few minutes in case you order an item that is popular such as the Orange Chicken.

Nearest panda express around. Portions arent as big as other pandas either. I hate it when they put in the orange chicken and there is 1-2 pieces on the spoon and they pull it out. Really?!? Its 1-2 pieces...geeze.

Give me meat!!! Please!!! Whenever I get served by the owner I end up a vegetarian for the day. The employees are nice and give up the meat but only when the cheapskate manager or owner is not looking.

Ordered a bowl of steamed rice with shrimp and was disappointed. Too much rice and only five shrimps with alot of vegetables. Too expensive for what it was. A rip off.
