Went there today with the wife for the first time. Ordered the Lunch combo with General Tsaos chicken to go. We were the only customers ordering food. The cook knocked it out pretty quick and put it up on the hot station. The woman who was supposed to bag it and bring it to the counter just stood there forever texting on her phone. The cook went about doing other things and kept giving the woman at the counter the evil eye to no avail. When she finally did bring us our food we discovered when we got home that the General Tsaos chicken had tons of salt dumped into it and was inedible. We wont ever be back. We should have known when we walked in there we noticed the Habit and Chipotle next door were crowded with customers but Pick Up Stix was vacant except for us.

I Love this place , however this is the third time my order wasnt correct ... I asked specifically and multiple times to make sure my entree was how I wanted it ... I got home and ... NO not done ... I called but just got a mediocre apology .. note to self ... always check your food before you leave .... :-(

I absolutely love Pick Up Stix. This is a healthy version of traditional Chinese food. Plenty of fresh vegetables, organic seafood, chicken and beef. I love that they can prepare my entrees the way I specify. Every dining experience, regardless of the location has been superb.

Enjoyed the food but the cashier was not friendly. Almost to a point I didnt want to eat here. Lettuce wraps are amazing. Clean inside and fast service.
