These idiots cant get a simple order right. Fish taco NO SAUCE and a quesadilla. This is the 3rd time i get back to my office and theres sauce all over my taco. NO SAUCE!!!! This concept can be applied to all fast food service franchises. If you work in fast food and cant remember to leave the sauce out, then get a job that requires even fewer skills. Access to the location is difficult, incompetent employees, and dont dare be in a hurry or low on gas, cause with no one in front of me they took 15 min for a taco and quesadilla. I stopped at this Del Taco 4 or 5 times while visiting my dad in California during Aug 2014. It was usually between noon and 2PM, there was one person there (I wish I knew her name) who was extremely nice and always helpful; even came around to the tables asking if the customers needed anything. You dont find friendliness like that too often anymore.

Just finished washing my truck. Wanted a soda and small bite to eat. But first I wanted to wash my hands. She looked at me and told me somebody stole the key to restroom. Really?!! I was a little beat and a little dirty. I have been here many times, therefore, it was not because I am black. I dont think I deserved such a boldface lie.

Food was neatly made, not just thrown together. The employees were friendly and seemed happy to be there. Restaurant seating area was clean. Restroom was clean. Parking area was also clean, no trash.

The bathroom had no soap. When the manager was notified she gave me attitude. After 20 minutes... Still no soap. Not sure what her employees are "washing" with before they prepair you food.

Slow Service Fries Never cooked. Soggy chili cheese fries. Bad customer service. When I was there the crew was talking about a customer in the dive thur. An one of the employees.

I left. The person prepping food was not wearing gloves and had on multiple rings. When I asked for the manager on duty, I was told that she was the manager. Very unsanitary!

Always quick thru the drive thru. Not always 100% tho. Sometimes I get okay service. Tacos hooked up every other time and fries once in a while will be soggy.

Food price ratio was excellent. Service was nice and the atmosphere was appropriately shabby. Bathrooms were clean though. Food was far better than taco bell.
