What a disappointment. So much hype, but just another mediocre burger place. Meat was coarse, not very tender, not seasoned, and rather flavorless - some cheap cut Im sure. Lots of toppings to choose from, but all besides the jalapeno tasted nearly the same; like bland nothing. Also, the amount given is sparse. Cant afford to give me a little more lettuce. Most of the toppings are chopped, so they fall out. Got a couple slices of hard, green, unripened tomato - nice. I could buy better buns at the grocery store than these smashed and dry seasame bricks. Do they employ special manglers to wrap the food. Cajun fries were okay, but seasoning was inconsistent: one minute you have a bland, oily, potato stick; next minute you have a season-salt lick. Dont order hot dogs (had a cheese dog); I wont bore you with the rest of the details beyond cold, unmelted cheese falling out of another smashed-to-hell bun. Would have taken Whiz in a can over this mess. Lots of drink options (e.g., Mello Yello, Fanta, Mr. Pibb); you just need to bring some of your favorite spirit to get over just spending $6+ for a crappy burger when In-N-Out and Tommys are only one freeway exit away. Drive right past Alicia and get off at El Toro to enjoy some better, cheaper fare. Is this a temporary location? Seems like they set it up hastily and cheaply. Crap stacked everywhere on counters and prep tables; nothing has a home. Cheap table and chairs; I didnt know you could make the inside of McDonalds look nice. Hey, In-N-Out called; they want their red and white tile back. Lastly, youve got to love the all the cheap plastic laminated prints of blown up articles/reviews literally stapled (as in the stapler on your office desk) to the wall, even inside the bathroom. I guess they too know their food really isnt anything new and/or good tasting, so they spend every inch of wall space in a desperate attempt to try and convince you otherwise. Saw one print on the wall of a review that rated Five Guys first over Red Robin in second for best burger. Seriously, thats funny and explains it all. Not Recommended

The outstanding customer service and music dont make up for the overpriced mediocre hamburgers. Seriously, why do they charge so much? I dont drink soda so I ordered a burger and fries and it was nearly $10! The service was friendly but fake like every other southern California place where they ask how you are when they really dont care and are just saying hello, but that is a pet peeve of mine so... I do like the fact that the burgers come plain and you customize it to your liking. I took the order to go and the fries came in a tiny cup and they poured the rest in the bag which I thought was sort of ghetto. The fries were over salted but where decent in quality. The hamburger was just okay, nothing to rave about and certainly nothing Im dying to come back for especially for the prices they charge. In my opinion Id say your much better off going to In-n-out and pay half the price for a more delicious burger. If your allergic to peanuts stay away from this place because there are peanuts everywhere! They dont have any ranch dressing which was a no go in my book.

We love Five Guys, but more specifically, this location! My husband insists we go here even though theres another location closer to home. He swears they make their burgers perfectly, just how he wants. We never had a problem with this location, always on point, friendly, approachable, upbeat, clean, and they make really great burgers! It gets busy during lunch and dinner, but this location pretty much always have a few customers at every hour theyre open. My husband gets the cheeseburger (which has 2 patties) and I usually get the little cheeseburger (which is only 1 patty). Sometimes I get a hotdog and though its okay, the burgers are definitely so much better. We also get milk shakes here and we absolutely love the soda machine! So many soda flavors! And oh, dont forget those tasty, spicy Cajun fries!

It was not the best experience. The menu calls for two size burgers. This was my first time visiting this establishment. I was not advised of my choices and ordered two cheese burgers, one fries and two sodas. This order came to $26.00, unbelievable. My soda of choice was not available in both machines. Had I been advised of my choices, my experience might have been better, but still pricier overall. Have to go back to In-And-Out, quality is awesome, and pricing realistic. The overall price for the food was more expensive than at a high quality restaurant.

We went in there when it was getting closer to closing time (about an hour and a half before closing). The burgers were rushed to be made and didnt have all of the ingredients on as ordered. Not the biggest deal to me, a burger lover, that would eat just about anything, but it could get frustrating, Im sure, to people that care about specific orders. The employees just seemed a bit rushed, maybe it was just the day.

It wasnt bad, but wasnt good. The burger was small, and bland, the meat wasnt seasoned the at all, The cheese seemed like it was craft American Cheese. I dont understand what the fuss is about. In n out is better, for a great burger I go to Alton Square in Irvine to Mooyah. Was really looking forward to this as I love burgers, but Five guys was a disappointment.

Good burgers and fries, albeit for a higher price than other burger places, you can put many sides and condiments onto your burgers and their fries are top notch. You can also help yourself to in-shell peanuts while you wait. Has a Coca Cola freestyle machine for many different drink combinations and serves shakes with multiple different flavors.

Food is good but its definitely not a place that you want to run in and grab a hamburger. I spent 15 minutes waiting for one hamburger and one grilled cheese with no fries or other sides. Overall taste is good to above-average but the wait time is crucial to me. I will come back but when I know that I have a lot of time spend here.

Burgers are great as well as the fries. Staff is on par if not better than In & Out as far as friendliness goes. Wait can get slightly long but they do make the burgers to order and there are free peanuts so well worth it. I highly recommend Five Guys.

Somehow tasted a bit worse than other five guys, and they forgot to make my shake. Had to run back in when I realized. They were generous tho, I added too much stuff so I asked them to fill it with plain vanilla when it was half gone and they didnt mind.

5 guys is great. Just order it all the way and youre golden. Fries are solid. Employees always seem to be happy. Good culture. I love coming here. All you haters take a hike. Probably just competitors making up fake reviews

Fries were over cooked. I ordered the little bacon cheeseburger and got no bacon. The so called idiot cook was busy singing a song instead of getting the order correct. I was the at 7pm on a Tuesday.
