I was at Red Robin in Tracy, this evening with my family. Table for 5, it appeared to be plenty of seating. The funny" thing the booth we saw, while waiting to be called was empty. The same booth that was empty for 20 minutes, ended up being the one we were seated at. The service from our waitress was absolutely terrible! She never was attentive, one glass of water, my kids sodas were never refilled, 2 napkins, for 5 people. Especially when kids are eating pizza. After our food was brought to us, I asked for the some more fries. It took over 10 minutes to bring what was,supposed to be bottomless fries". Oh it gets worse, the fries were over cooked, I might as well ordered some chips. I saw my waitress once, and I had to flag her down, just to ask for the bill. I guess she could care less, if our food to our liking , or maybe if my kids would of liked dessert afterwards. I thought if you asked for your bill a bit early, isnt that an alarm, or a red flag?.....

Walked in one hour before closing. Several tables had patrons in dining and one large group in bar area. No staff anywhere. Waited and waited. Walked around through bar and restaurant. No waiters, no barman, no anyone. Waited in bar area for awhile and finally realised that one girl hanging out with the large bar group was staff. Ignored me and all others. Kept standing there looking silly thinking she would eventually attend to other patrons. She never stopped chatting with the group of guys. Walked through restaurant to see if there was someone else working there but.. no luck. Walked out the door and dont think they know I was ever there. Last time Ill ever go there. Bummer because good food, but horrific service. Manager should be fired.

I love Red Robin and have never had a bad experience when it comes to the food! However, this location does take their time to get service out to you even during the slow times. Ive come here quite a few times for lunch breaks and have noticed pretty slow service. If you arent on a time crunch, then this place is a great place to get a burger and unlimited fries! However, if you need to be in and out in an hour (which is quite normal and extremely doable for a restaurant during slow times), then to you might want to consider a different restaurant.

I usually love red Robin and there food/ service is usually good but not at this location. It took for ever to get our orders in and we were waiting for our food for at least an hour so my dad finally complained and we got our food shortly after that. The only good thing about the experience was we got our food for free but seriously nobody apoligized or told us when wed be getting it. Worst thing was we were on our way home from the bay area so we already didnt want to be there to long.

This place is usually busy but the service and food is great! I love red Robin and this one is one of the best that Ive been to. I think out of the many times Ive been here two times werent good, but that was due to messed up orders and slow service due to a lot of people dining. Weve had plenty of great servers but Marisa was the best server weve ever had, she was polite to us and our kids and very attentive to our needs and concerns. Thank you Marisa!

They were on a 30 minutes wait...no problem, its Friday night, but this momma needed a drink. So my man and 1 year old daughter followed me into the bar area where we were told my baby daughter could not be held in the bar area while I ordered a drink. Then they told me I couldnt take my drink with me into the waiting area!!! Sorry, family establishment....you fail!!!!

It was ok. I dont really have more to say. Food was meh. The waitress was kinda airheaded. Burger was pink even though specifically asked for well done. Asked for more bottomless fries, didnt arrive until we were all finished with dinner. Overall it was ok... probably wont be coming back again.

I usually enjoy the food there despite the poor service but this time i decided to try the new mac and cheese and was incredibly disappointed with their portion size. 3 tbs at most! They burnt it the first time and then served it only slightly charred. Wont be going back for a while.

This is a fun and inviting place to eat with friends and family. The food is very tasty and the servers and happy to help you. The have a bar and all you can eat fries. If your looking for a fun place to eat at I would suggest taking a look at Red Robin.

Super slow service on a slow day. With an order of an appetizer that I barely received before rest of party got there main course very poor service I have been to better red Robins. There answer was more fries and I am sorry.

Was quiet in the bar, sat for ten minutes, no service, then watched the waitress eating a piece of cake and left. Walked 250 feet to Buffalo wild wings and was treated like a king.

Couldnt even get a seat, thats how bad it was.. it wasnt busy, server looked us straight in the eyes. Then gave my mom the wrong name of the manager and wrong number for corporate.

Enjoyed the service. She told us when it was coming out. The onion rings were free because they took to long to hit the table. She was an excellent server. Gave a big tip!
